As someone who used to work at Frinks I highly recommend them. I only left because I moved out of state, and during my time there I was treated well and paid fairly. They were always understanding anytime something came up with my family. On the job they are polite and professional, and they always made sure to explain what the problem was and how they fixed it.It was a delight to work with you all(despite all the lovely smells) and I hope everyone at Frinks is doing well!

Super responsive… Came out right away and helped solve my sewer backup problem. Ran a camera down into the sewer line and saw exactly what was going on and the condition of my pipes and was very careful not to damage them while removing the roots with the power jetting. Thank you for the great service, the great advice going forward, and for ensuring I can use all the water in my house without it backing up anymore!

A bit late for my review however, back in June we had a basement drain stop up completely, heavy tree roots. Mr. Paul AKA the Babe Ruth of plumbing came to our rescue. It was a very tough job, he tried and tried and couldn’t get it to pop. He didn’t give up he traced lines did research and found where the problem was. Did the hydro service and knocked it out and we were flowing. He didn’t stop there. He kept going several more times to make sure we were clear, mind you we already paid for the service he wasn’t making any more by doing this. Educated me on what to do next, a real asset to the company in my opinion. If you call Frinks, ask for Paul, you’ll be happy you did.

Super happy that we called Frinks. We had a floor drain backing up whenever we used water. I waited until I had some time to try and unclog it myself with renting the tool. I should have called them to begin. It took me 3 days of a clogged drain and no success vs. calling them and coming out the same day. Shawn was personable and explained that we had a root problem and showed me on the camera why I had no luck on my own. Not only did they fit me in on the same day without an emergency call Shawn called ahead to let me know when he was on his way. Would highly recommend. Great service and a super fair price.

Lysol Paul was clean, fast, and efficient in diagnosing a 2 broken pipe under the floor. First, he checked the manhole in the street, and then called the city to verify where the drains were located underground. Used a camera to diagnose a broken pipe. Previously another company came out and were not able to properly diagnose our situation. Very happy with the service call. Would recommend. A+++

Best experience!!! We had tree roots in our line.... which i was kind of expecting.... Paul came to check it out, he was nice! He quickly found the roots, suggested preventive care, and fixed our problem!!! He even made sure to tell me its guaranteed for 30 days so if anything happens to please call back!!! Im so very glad we called Frinks... Paul made it easy and went above and beyond! He even found us a rebate (i think because we have clay pipes? He explained but i was just so happily surprised i didnt listen well i guess 🤣 I didnt even have to send it in and wait, he just discounted it!) definitely call Frinks if you need a plumber! It was actually a super pleasant experience!!! Thanks paul!

Had a basement floor drain backing up and called Frinks S&D for help. They sent out their Serviceman Paul to fix our problem. Paul was thorough, diligent and professional in assessing and addressing our issue. He explained all that he saw & did step by step throughout the process. Just the kind of guy youd hope to get in a situation like ours. Within 45 minutes Paul had identified the source of our clogged drain and fixed it. The charge for services rendered was less than Id thought it might be. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Frinks Sewer & Drain and will be sure to call them regarding any future needs.

Lysol Paul was our service person today. He was personable, efficient, very conscientious, and explained what he was doing to me. His work was awesome; he got our floor drain descaled and fixed the problem with our washer leaking. He even wiped down everywhere with medical grade wipes before he left. Awesome job! Had a clogged main that a certain rooter company couldnt fix in 3 hours the day before. I called at 8am on a Friday morning and by 12:30pm Paul was at my house. By 1:30 Paul had fixed the drain, cleaned up, recommended our next steps, and was on his way. Paul was courteous, professional, and personable. I hope to never have problems again with drains, but if I do, Im definitely calling Frinks and hoping to get Paul again! Highly recommended.

We had just closed on our home and my fiance and I had discovered a clog in our main water line which ended up flooding a small portion of our basement. Water was coming up through the drain while our shower was running. After calling Frinks to check out our drain, they arrived in 20 minutes to assess and fix the clogged pipe which all took no more than half an hour. Very impressed with how fast they were able to see the issue, eliminate it, and ensure our drain was free of anything else. We highly recommend Frinks!

Had a clogged sewer system, due to our 2 year old grandson flushing baby wipes down the toilet. Water was gushing up through the drain in our basement any time someone used water in the house. What a mess to clean up! My husband called a plumber we were referred to this morning and he referred us to Fricks for our specific problem. Lysol Paul came to the rescue! He was here less than an hour and got the pipes unclogged. Hopefully we wont have any more clogs, but if we do we will definitely call Flicks.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was having some flooding problems in my basement from the floor drain and wasnt able to pinpoint the source of the problem. After working with 2 other plumbing companies, I was referred to Frinks!! I was already impressed after the initial phone call with the receptionist! Very helpful and even more friendly!! The young man arrived and wasted no time trying to find the source and then a solution. In the end, it was the city sewer line that was backed up. He called them and had someone out to look at it and get it fixed in a matter of 10 mins!!! Now I know who to call for any issues in the future!!

All the plumbers in our area we had to leave voicemails and they didn’t get back to us until well into the afternoon. The gentleman that came out resolved the issue and the cost was extremely reasonable for travel time, equipment and hourly. I will definitely be using this company in the future and would highly recommend them to others.
