This company gets a A+ I’m my books! I called and they were there within a few hrs! They go above and beyond with their workmanship and detail to the repair. Andrew was our service guy and I’d request him for any plumbing repair! He was such a super nice guy and so polite. Any questions I had he knew how to explain it so I understood what he was doing.I was impressed with how he cared enough to cover my new carpet to protect it as he went in and out side. He even came loaded with rags so that I didn’t have to use my towels for water spillage. It’s easy to see that this company cares a lot about detail along with the repair process it’s self! I will be recommending Kellermeier to anyone that has a plumbing need from now on! Thanks Andrew for the awesome new water heater so I didn’t have to wait days for hot water!! Nate came out on an emergency call tonight for water in our basement and was able to quickly identify the issue that the floor drain (that was hidden behind the HVAC unit and I didn’t even know existed) wasn’t draining to our sewer pump on the opposite side of the basement in another room. It turns out the electrical outlet for the sewer pump isn’t working. Nate even gave me contact info for an electrician in case I need to get ahold of someone to fix the issue since nothing is labeled correctly in our electrical panel either. Thanks for all the help tonight!

This is late in posting, but wanted to highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Everyone I spoke with was cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. I was in an urgent situation this past summer with an old water tank that had started significantly leaking. I was having them install a new tankless water heater. They were wonderful about getting me on their schedule in a very timely manner. Alex is the one who came to do the install, and he is the Picasso of plumbers! He did an absolutely amazing job taking care to make sure everything was even and level. He was meticulous with his work and cleaned up everything before he left. I will not hesitate to use them in the future for any plumbing need I have!

We had a fantastic experience with Kellermeier Plumbing. We had a pipe leak issue and a drain field problem. I called on a Thursday and they came out the next day, which is rare these days. The techs that came out were on-time, professional, friendly and engaged. They really tried to troubleshoot the issues we were having and not just try to get in and get out. We talked through a bunch of scenarios for the cause of the plumbing issues and the guys worked really hard to find solutions. They did right by us with billing too and I respect how they handled the whole process. They absolutely will get our business again!

Kellermeier staff was very helpful to me over the phone. Unfortunately, I initially called another company to do a water heater repair and they really botched the job. That other companys technician ordered the wrong heater and had already torn out the somewhat functional one and then told me it would be weeks before a replacement one was available. I needed a second opinion fast, and Kellermeier was very helpful. They will be the first ones I call next time.

We moved to the area six years ago. It has been so challenging finding honest and competent trades. I was stuck on a few occasions with other companies who did a shoddy job and Chris Conrad came in to fix the problem they created. I wished I had just gone with Conrad Consulting in the first place. Even if you get a lower quote, go with Conrad because you know the work will be done right. Chris is prompt in returning calls/messages, reliable with schedules, sticks with a problem until solved, and guarantees his work.

Had a different plumbing company come out to fix a leaky showerhead. They had to order a new cartridge, but never responded to my calls the following week. Ended up picking up the cartridge by myself and called Kellermeier to see if they could do the replacing. They were out on time and fixed the issue no problem. Super pleasant guy, not too expensive, and our shower is no longer leaking. Id recommend them to anyone.

Kellermeirer Plumbing is a great choice for your plumbing needs! We used them during our renovation project to install three new faucets, a garbage disposal, and new shower components. They went the extra mile to find shower parts that would fit our old holes in the tile wall. They were very helpful in saving us money by honestly stating we didn’t need to replace everything or go through the backside of drywall. The service tech guys were very pleasant, professional, and prompt! We will definitely be calling Kellermeirer again if the need arises and highly recommend them to our friends and family!

I couldnt recommend Kellermeier plumbing higher! The phone receptionist (Cindy) was very kind, concerned, accommodating and personable. Don, the technician, was a real professional. He arrived 5 minutes early (before I did) and took that time to get everything he would need prepared and ready to go when I pulled up. His work was quick and clean (area was left cleaner than when he arrived) and he explained everything he would need to do. He gave me several choices to resolve the issue and suggested some great tips to help avoid future problems. From initial call to farewell handshake, Kellermeier impressed me and has earned my business any time.

We have had Kellemeier Plumbing out to our house a few times over the years. We like to stay local and develop trust. They are good about answering calls and making appointments in a prompt fashion. Our last experience got complicated. We had a few issues 1.) leaky master shower head 2.) leak under kitchen sink 3.) faucet handles in 2 bathrooms not turning well. We also communicated that we were getting close to bathroom remodel and wanted to know if we were better off fixing the faucets (if an easy fix) or if they should be replaced.There was an accident made during the shower head fix which caused a flood into our bathroom wall, down into the basement, and across the floor of bathroom. The plumber acted quickly to get it under control but a lot of water escaped while it was happening. Kellermeier sent a company to our house to dry out the basement, took out the bathroom carpet, dried out the subfloor and wall -at no cost to us. This was great and we were impressed with the way they took responsibility for what happened. We were charged for the original repairs and we paid it. ($500+)Unfortunately, water was only trickling out of the master faucet and the shower faucet fell off on first use. They were called back. The faucet was then deemed unfixable and the shower faucet was replaced. We were charged for the part and another service call ($145 -part was $50).FORTUNATELY, they were reasonable when this last service charge was disputed. This experience showed me that they do value their reputation.

I know Mike Hathaway personally and I told him of my plugged 2” drain line from our kitchen sink to the 3” stand pipe. There is only so much a HVAC guy is going to tackle and then it’s time to call in the professionals. The next morning, I called and the ladies in the office set up a 10am to noon appointment the next day with Don. They advised me it would be approximately $185.The next morning Don called about 9:20 and said he would be there in 30 minutes. He arrived and came inside wearing his blue slip on rubbers over his boots. He and I discussed what I had done to unplug the garbage disposal and sink drains including removing all the plumbing to make sure everything was clear. I also showed him the clean out on the 2” drain line in the basement. He asked if I took it apart and I said not on your life! He went outside grabbed a few tools and his power snake. Of course my lovely wife had 20 questions for Don and he took the time to answer every question. He told us that egg shells and Fibrous material like banana stems etc. should never go down the garbage disposal. In 10-15 minutes he was all done and re-attached the plumbing. Filled the sink twice and the water just flowed down!He brought the bill in and gave us a small $10 discount because of Mike!Will welcome Kellermeier Plumbing again if I can’t get it done and need a professional to bail me out again! They got the job done for a third of the price and were done in about an hour.
