    Chet went to my moms Renate Poirier in Belvidere to clear a floor drain in her basement. She was very happy with the service and Chet was very courteous. He volunteered to turn the lights off so she did not have to go into the basement. She was completely comfortable with him and would recommend his services

    I found out last night that my water heater was leaking all over the place. This morning I called Total Plumbing to see if they could squeeze me in. Bradley the tech was at my home by 11:30. He was on time and very professional, our cat even liked him! ( Our cat doesnt even like me) The water heater was diagnosed, replaced and the old one hauled away by 2! I was blown away but such great service. Highly recommended!

    I can’t say enough great things about Bradley. Our gas had been turned off for 5 days needing a repair, and Bradley stayed until 7 PM to make sure everything was running correctly. I would definitely recommend Total for any future needs.

    Had to get our furnace replaced in the winter. They did a great job! Everything was done quickly and for a decent price. And they have excellent customer service. Later when we had to sell our house, the inspector had some questions about the furnace (they had to pipe through an abnormal route because of the way our house is built). They were SUPER helpful and responsive through the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Rockford area!

    Our air conditioning went out during the last heat wave. It required replacement. We got several bids. Total came in with the best price and was able to install the next day. Both the individual who gave us the estimate and the installer were very professional. They installed it exactly for the estimated price. They did NOT try to up sell us like some of the others. The installation work was very neat and clean and is working great. I highly recommend them.

    They were very professional in talking and behaving. It was very easy to deal with all the people of the company. They showed up at time as said and delivered as they promised. I am satisfied with with their replacement work of my AC unit.

    Recently bought a new home and the sink was draining slow to not at all - turned out to be about 7 feet of grease clogged in the pipes. Jim was here a couple days later, found the problem, and had a new section of pipe installed in no time. Price was great and service was quick.

    My hot water heater gave up the ghost during one of the coldest parts of the year. Definitely not the best time to be stuck taking cold showers. I called Total Plumbing first thing the next morning, and I had a new water heater installed and running before 5PM. The installation technician was courteous and efficient, and did an excellent job all around. I am quite pleased with the speed and quality of the work.

Alyson set it all up with the water department for me, he was right on time, he was courteous, in and out pretty fast for a fair price. I will definitely call you if I need you again and recommend you as well! I think it was meant to be that nobody else answered lol worked out well!
