Matt & Billy replaced a pressure box on the outside well pump.Also detected and repaired a large leak under the house .These fellows were very personable & knowledgeable & were prompt & efficient in doing so. These guys are AWESOME!!! Matt and Shawn went above and beyond and not only fixed what was wrong, but they also were willing to explain things to me and teach me lot about what they were doing and fixing, as I am a new homeowner. In addition, they were very up front and honest about what they were doing/prices and they laid out all my options in a clear way that was easy to understand. All in all, great family business that takes the extra time and effort to do right by people and not just make a buck. I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

After attempting to fix my issue and spending countless hours without success, I reached out to B & B family plumbing and they were here the next day. (I will never attempt any plumbing job again)! While I realize this won’t happen every time, today I discovered that only a few things needed to be fixed compared to what another business had recommended. Saved me $300! The whole team here is great. They were very responsive, came out on time and did a great job of explaining exactly what the issue was and how it needed repaired. Unlike the big companies they didnt try to tell me I needed a ton of extra stuff and were quite reasonable with pricing. They didnt mind me observing while they worked and answered any questions I had. They even helped me get financing for the repair work. They will definitely be my goto for any future plumbing services.

1st of all I NEVER post Google reviews but I was so impressed with the service B&B Family Plumbing provided I had to share it. The first thing that impressed me after leaving B&B a Facebook message was how fast Shawn responded and he immediately asked if he could come take a look at the projects. No other plumber got back to me this fast, some not at all. The quote was very reasonable and I was placed on the schedule for the following week. This past Wed., a team of plumbers came over and even with minor parts set-backs they finished installing a new tub, installing a pressure reduction valve and fixed a gas leak that 2 other plumbers as well as the gas company could not find. No other plumbing company will ever set foot in my home again. Shawn and team thank you for you hard work I sincerely appreciate your work ethic and professionalism!
