Shawn came out to replace my hot water heater after it went out on us over the weekend. He was here at the agreed upon time, was very personable, and didn’t bother me at all during his time at my home. Imaria, their dispatch manager, was super helpful throughout whole process. She got me on the schedule at their earliest availability, provided me with payment options, and followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received. Their prices are also reasonable. I definitely recommend them if you ever need a hot water heater installed and would use them in the future for other services.

I found Honesty through Thumbtack. When my heat went out they were the first ones to respond to my job post and were able to come out the same day. Unfortunately for me I had to come out of pocket as my home warranty was still new and therefore the issue wasnt covered. However, they were able to get me a new unit installed quick and efficiently along with discounts. Curtis and Roger didnt seem to mind as I watched and asked questions while they worked. Very friendly and professional installers.

I had a small but problematic leak from the hose leaving the hot water tank on a Friday bumping into a 3-day weekend and Honesty Services was able to get a very friendly and professional technician, Cody, out within an hour. He was able to flex within a busy schedule, again, being a Friday, to install two bathroom faucets my wife had always wanted and was able to pick up while he was working on the leak. He presented options, potential risks, which didnt happen but I appreciated knowing. (I somehow got more room under the sinks due to the installation.) I had a good overall experience and am having them bid on pipe and HVAC replacements. Full service. I recommend them from what I have seen so far.

Super fast in getting me scheduled, was very polite and always followed up with calls when on the way.Deshaun was a super nice guy got everything diagnosed and approved with AHS. Deshaun installed the parts but due to circumstances he could not control parts fried due to something else that needed replaced. They got the parts and came right back out the next day and got us taken care of. Of course when it broke it was super cold but now in the 80s so havent had to turn heat back on yet. Im confident if we have an issue they would come right back out. Would recommend and request them again.

The Honesty tech was here the following morning and informed me of our options. It took a week to get the authorization from the home warranty company. Initially my home warranty service - American Home Shield sent Honesty Mechanical to repair a broken toilet, leaking kitchen faucet and broken garbage disposal. They were able to come out quickly (within 48 hours) and I was given a time frame and they called when they were on their way. The plumbing technician - Cody - was pleasant, thorough and very professional. He replaced the broken garbage disposal with a new one in no time at all. He explained everything to me such as why the old one failed and needed to be replaced and details about the new one along with the warranty information. He also repaired the broken toilets and explained reason/why toilets had stopped flushing properly, etc. He also advised that I had a warranty on my kitchen faucet and that the manufacturer would send me a replacement, and once received, he would return to install the replacement. He was considerate and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with the service that I received from Honesty Mechanical LLC. I did not hesitate to call on them when I recently made decision to replace/upgrade all toilets in my home plus I had the kitchen faucet replaced, and upgraded shower heads in 2 bathrooms. Once again, the technician (Cody) did an outstanding job. I will not hesitate to call on them again for any plumbing jobs that I may need. They provide excellent customer service and their pricing is very reasonable.

So, AHS sent Rapps to our homes in the past for various repairs, and after we dropped AHS, we called Rapps who are now Honesty Mechanical. Weve had to call them for help at two separate homes, and both times, weve had a very positive experience. They lady is very courteous and friendly, they are able to send someone on the same day, within the window, and will call at least 30 minutes before they arrive, if you request them to. The technicians seem to know their stuff, they have offered straightforward, economical solutions to fix the issue both times. Would highly recommend! Also, their minimum fee is just over half what most others charge ($49 v89).

Kyle came out after we had another company as a second opinion. This was the second time we have worked with Kyle as he did routine maintenance last summer. Kyle was polite, professional and genuine. We were informed from a previous company that we had a issue that would be extremely expensive. His company was used as secondary inspection and Kyle did a thorough and detailed inspection and while finding a few small things that need to be addressed, he could not find the large issue and said our unit was fine other than being old. It was a large relief as we thought we would have to dump a lot of money just prior to selling. After my two experiences with Kyle, I will not use another company for any HVAC needs. Turns out another of his lies. Dealing with this company has been a headache. Followed up today and was told that the plumbing manager is putting a new order and eta is oct 29th. Faucet is not a special item. It should not take this long!!!

Update: Honesty Mechanical stepped up and amended their initial assessment with AHS Warranty Co. and completed the replacement of our hot water heater. Once the prior miscommunications with AHS were resolved they were fast and professional. Its a sign of a good company that they addressed and corrected mistakes and made everything right.This is a very incompetent, dishonest company that has caused me to be without hot water for 14+ days. If they would make any attempt to correct their error it would be one thing but that has not happened.

Honestly Mechanical/Plumbing is an excellent local company. FYI, I have an American Home Shield warranty, and this is my last year with them after multiple years. I called American Home Shield because I had a toilet leak. I paid $130 service fee over the phone to AHS. AHS sent out Honesty Mechanical/Plumbing, they sent Joseph. Joseph had all the water running upstairs, no more water leaked. AHS wanted me to pay another $150 to open my hallway ceiling downstairs to determine the leak. The $150 is not guaranteed either to fix the leak or replace the sheet rock they cut. I said no. A few days later I called Honesty back to ask how much it would cost to open my ceiling, I spoke w/Brooke who was very helpful. She stated it would be $175 but any work they do afterwards the $175 can be applied to that. Joseph came out and leak wasn’t even the toilet or shower from upstairs it was caused by the roof. Joseph wrote me the report which I have submitted to my hoa which now they are responsible for.A few days later Mike came out (paid a $50 service fee) because my efficient toilet downstairs water was running at different times when I was no where near the toilet. It cost $75 to replace valve. $75 included my $50 service fee. I was so happy I never called American Home Shield.Before you give Honesty, bad reviews because AHS is charging more money google American Home Shield Reviews and Lawsuits. AHS tells Honesty they are only allowed to fix very small things anything else, the homeowner must pay AHS more money that will not even be applied to repair.Brooke, Maggie and all the people who answer are super helpful and keep you updated.
