My well pump was a home owners special sitting in the middle of the floor. (2 photos of that work) Precision plumbing sent me Chris B. Not only was he polite, friendly and courteous, but professional as well. He installed new lines, filter and pressure tank as well as insulating the water lines, all in about 3 hours time. Relocating everything, (except the pipes going underground) against the wall. My filter is now supported and I wont be afraid of breaking a pipe changing it. As well as he moved it up so I can place a bucket under it to catch water when I change my filter. This is worlds better than the 1 inch clearance I had. Chris and Rob showed up at 8:30 this morning with the temperature 28 degrees. Within an hour they had placed our new Pressure Regulator Valve in the ground. Now we can cut the water on and off to our 66 year old home. They communicated with us (via text, phone and person to person). They are proud, knowledgeable, and impressive workers. Precision Plumbing had the best price, too!

I love that you never have to wait a long time to get an appointment with Precision. After my winter furnace check was complete, i asked my technician how to get a water heater check and he sent a message right to the office to get me on the schedule. Chris and Rob were right on time and confirmed what I thought, that the water heater needed replacing. They were able to find one in my proce range that they had at the office and were able to get it and return within the hour to install. Great service!

Our 20 yr old water heater decided to quit working when the temps were barely getting above 40 degrees. We called several places but Precision was the only one who answered our call. Christopher Blackwell came one afternoon to give us a quote and returned the next morning with Robert to install our new water heater. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional and definitely went over and beyond to get us hot water ASAP. Christopher and Robert were courteous, answered all my questions, and were efficient and quick.

As an employee of a global GC, I have high expectations of a company performing work in our home. Ive worked multiple commercial jobs with Precision Plumbing in the Charlotte area, and they are always some of the best. However, having residential work done with them was an even better experience. On a Saturday afternoon, my tankless hot water heater relief valve decided to fail, so I had to shut off the water supply. I called Precision, and their technician, Chris Blackwell, called me back quickly and was here in less than an hour. While he did not have an adequate replacement valve on his truck, he was able to provide a workaround that allowed me to have hot water for the weekend. He returned the following Monday with the correct valve and had the system working as good as new in about 15 minutes. Thanks for the great service!

I’ve used Precision Plumbing for a few years on and off now. Plumbing is one of the things that’s always hard to deal with because when you have an issue you need someone who will come out quickly and give you a fair price. I called Precision on Wed 7/10 around 1:00 to look at my well pump as to why we kept losing water pressure. Eric and his partner were to the house before 2:30 and had everything up and running within the hour for a reasonable price. Precision didnt know, but they were my 2nd opinion after another company came out and told me that the only thing that could be done is replace the whole system for $6,700 and that was the only option! Instead of just fixing do it would work for a while Chris B suggested that we take the piece that was put in incorrectly by pulte plumber and replace it so that the toitlet bowl would sit evenly and not rock and crack the seal again. Chris Blackwell with Precision Plumbing came out today to help us figure out why our pipes were moaning every time we ran our water or flushed our toilets. He listened to the pipes in our crawl space, explained the problem, and told us the cost to repair the problem. When we had approved the cost he went to business replacing our PRV and when the work was completed, he made sure all the toilets flushed without noise and the water ran without noise. He was personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. We would definitely use Precision Plumbing again.

How often do hear someone say, I love my plumbing company!? There isnt anything I dont love about Precision Plumbing. We had a leak in the main water line to our home. Google search, along with prayer, led me to the Precision Plumbing site. I was able to submit my request online and the follow up communication of email and texts was phenomenal, even to one telling me when Jake Helms was enroute to my home. I was blessed to have Jake and Owen attend to our leak as our home is on a concrete slab, which made for a change to the original plan of replacing the entire water line. We had Precision out this morning for some minor repairs that Chris B took care of efficiently and neatly. We thought our garbage disposal was going bad but the noise stopped the day before Chris arrived. We did not receive any pressure to replace the appliance since he checked it and it was working properly. Chris addressed the other issues and had the needed part on his truck. Chris was also kind enough to answer my question about a few essential tools I could give to a friend who is retiring and taking up plumbing for Habitat for Humanity. We will continue to use Precision for their quality work, reasonable prices, and well-trained employees. This is an update to a previous review from a few years ago.We have used Precision several times for various issues. Every time their staff have been on time, well prepared, and very professional. They clearly explained the problem and what options we had. This most recent time Brad came out to inspect the plumbing from a bathroom renovation project gone wrong. I insisted on using Precision based on previous good experiences and Im glad we did. Brad provided a detailed estimate with pictures from the crawl space that we shared with the general contractor. He also explained the sequence of repairs for the half bathroom and vanity options given the small space and degree of plumbing issues. Ultimately, we hired Precision directly to make the master bathroom repairs since we didnt have a functioning shower and couldnt keep waiting on the contractor. Brad quickly scheduled to come out and was meticulous in his work. He also responded within 30 minutes over the weekend to fix our new shower valve that wouldnt adjust to hot (more renovation issues).We will continue to use Precision as a trusted and accountable business, and strongly recommend them to anyone.

Right away I was impressed by Precision Plumbing because they were the only place I called who would give me a cost estimate for a kitchen sink removal and re-hook up. Everyone else said they had to come in person with a travel charge. Home Depot told us they could do it for $700. We paid $479 (which I was told on the phone) and there were no hidden fees.Jacob was great. Very knowledgeable and did the job quickly and neatly. He disconnected all of our sink plumbing so our countertops could be put in and removed our old porcelain sink. Then he returned the next day to set up the new sink. After discovering a leak in my main water line I contacted Precision after seeing a high number of 5 star reviews. Chris Blackwell met with me the next day to assess the issue and provide me with estimates for repairs. I agreed to have the work done and after waiting for the utilities to be located, a slow process, we scheduled the work.Chris and his partner Robert showed up promptly on the date the work was scheduled and began to do the work. The repair started on a good note, but shortly went sour when they ran into some very large rocks while drenching for the new water line. Chris tried several times to find a route that was not obstructed by rock with no success. When he could no longer use his trenching machine Chris and Robert had to hand dig the remaining length of the trench. They continued to hit rock and had trouble reaching the proper depth so they had to chisel through the rock. What should have been a routine job turned into larger challenge, but Chris and Robert persevered and got the job done.Overall I am very satisfied with the work done by and Robert and felt the price I paid was very fair for the work.One note to management, having been in customer service work most of my professional life your communication between your customer service staff and the customer could use improvement. While the staff seemed to be knowledgable and on top of the situation they could have been more pro-active reaching out to me during the time it took from estimate to scheduling. Communication did improve after I advised there were problems getting the location of utilities completed and that my leak was getting worse. My thanks to Chris and Robert in the field and Ally in the office.

Answered an emergency call immediately and got main sewer line unstopped. found old cast iron buried under a low crawlspace. had to hand dig 30’ of line to replace. very tough job. never left sewer out of service over night. was worried i wouldn’t find anyone to take this on. they came back and worked two days. i know the plumbing business, excellent job, very professional, friendly, hard working guys. would recommend in a heartbeat!

Precision Plumbing did 3 different jobs for me. I needed a shower head moved up, my refrigerator water line replaced and a toilet supply line replaced. I’m very happy with the work. The 2 workers who came out were on time, professional and took the time to do a great job. They even suggested things that I didn’t think of to accommodate another contractor’s work that affected the plumbing work. I definitely plan to use them again and again.

My sewer drain was clogged in two locations. Eric and his assistant removed the toilet in one bathroom and ran a snake into the line until they were able to remove the blockage. Then they worked on the kithen sink to unclog a blokage in that line. They came earlier than anticipated but the office called me ahead to be sure that was ok with me. They worked efficiently and were very thorough. I will definitely use Precision Plumbing again if I need help of this nature. Thanks, guys!

I live in Chester, and we sometimes have a hard time finding a needed service provider.I called Precision Plumbing and recieved a quick turnaround on a non emergency issue I was having.Both a local plumber and our water dept. tried to figure out our problem, with no luck.Jake arrived on time, and after talking with me, running the water and a quick look under the house, nailed the problem right away!He installed a pressure relief valve, and three months of banging, rattling pipes are gone.Jake even.made me aware of another issue he spotted that isnt plumbing related, but something I need to address.Precision Plumbing is reliable, knowledgeable and very fairly priced!! Exactly 14 days after they initially dug, they said it was on my end and I need to hire a plumber. I called Precision Plumbing on a Friday I believe, and they came on Monday. I got a fair quote and the leak was found and repaired quickly. I will definitely use them for future plumbing issues.
