I bought an older house a year ago and have had plumbing issues from Day 1. Full Spectrum has provided fantastic service addressing each individual problem, but this time, it was determined that I just needed to bite the bullet and have my entire house re-piped.Raistlin and Tristan showed up early yesterday morning and worked until well after dark, and then had to come back for several hours today as well. As happens with older houses, they found even more issues hidden inside walls, but they worked tirelessly, didn’t take breaks and barely stopped to even eat in order to get the job done!As always, communication with the techs themselves, and with the office staff has been amazing. I highly recommend them!

Woke up without water, day after Christmas. Called Full Spectrum @ 7:39 AM & they were at my door before 8:00 AM. Very knowledgeable, ID’d the problem quickly & offered 2 solutions…. explained 1 (cheaper) would fix now & other would resolve issue long term, but either way … it was my choice. Long story short, they responded quickly, ID’d the problem & had my household with water in ~5 hrs. Great experience & response, probably why I keep one (or more) of their magnets on my fridge! I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and quality of the plumbing work completed by Raistlin Young of Full Spectrum Plumbing.I had a main line water leak under a concrete slab that was driving up the utilities bill. I called Full Spectrum Plumbing and they sent Raistlin out the next morning. I just recently had the pump go bad on my 500 ft. well and they were able to come out the same day and completely replace everything and restore water to the house within that same day. When the Joshua came out from Full Spectrum, he diagnosed and found the problem within 30 minutes. Raistlin was very thorough. My pest control company had told me I had a leak in my crawlspace so I had Full Spectrum out to verify. Turns out I didn’t have any issues, but I appreciate the peace of mind. He checked the crawlspace and my toilets to make sure he covered all bases. Also took great care to not walk through the house leaving dirt, he had both booties and his own mat outside. I’d call them again in a heartbeat, thanks! (The customer service side is also fantastic btw, Keri might be the friendliest person I’ve ever talked to. )

Our water main broke.We called around and nobody could help on short notice, but Full Spectrum came through with shining colors. Everything about our experience was 5 stars. From the receptionist who answered the phone and guided us through our frantic call, to the actual plumbers that came out. They looked at the issue and clearly presented two options to fix the problem. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and showed up on time at every instance. My children were very interested in what was happening and they were kind and took the time to teach them and show them the steps that they were taking. They called me at 8:30 Monday morning ,and said theyll be there in 30 minutes to come out there and access the problem . We just recently moved into an older home an discovered it needed some plumbing repairs and upgrades. After looking around for a good local plumber I came across @FullSpectrumPlumbing. After looking through their website and reading all of the 5 🌟 reviews I gave them a call to see if they could have someone come over and look at the issues we had and see what it would take to get everything fixed and upgraded. Thomas was was very helpful and scheduled someone over in just a few days. When the plumber arrived, on time on the scheduled day, and looked at what we needed he was able to make the simple repairs but said he would need a more experienced plumber to look at the other items. The next day the owner of the company was at our house to inspect the items and give us an estimate. Jackie was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable with his company and their ability to tackle our project. In the end they removed an old hot water heater Im the basement that was connected to an old hot water heating system. They removed and replumbed the old hot water heating system, pipes, and registers, and installed a new tankless unit on an exterior wall. When they were done you wouldnt have ever known they were there. They were professional, friendly, and left no trace. Had recently returned home for recovery from open heart surgery. 2nd day home the toilets started to overflow and was getting water flowing from underside of toilets. Called Full Spectrum Plumbing off a neighbors recommendation. A sweet lady answered, explained the situation and she had such compassion for the situation. She got a crew out to my residence as quickly as possible, probably within 4 hours of my morning call. The guys found the issue by snaking the line, a plastic female product applicator clogging the pipe, they removed it, drained the line, thoroughly tested the line and got things flowing again. As a new resident of Rock Hill, SC from Los Angeles, CA - 12 days and counting - I had/have no idea where my septic tank is located, so went I went searching for a company that could hopefully help me out as I was experiencing some gurgling sounds after last weeks rain - Full Spectrum Plumbing Services caught my eye and with all 5 Star reviews how could I go wrong, right? I gave them a call and spoke with Ms. Keri who was extremely professional, very helpful and always kept me informed when one of their technicians would be coming out. Luckily, I was sent RANDY! WOW! WHAT A VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, EASY GOING AND EXCELLENT EXPLAINER OF HOW SEPTIC TANK SYSTEMS WORK - Full Spectrum is truly fortunate to have such a wonderful employee on their team! Randy tried a variety of options to see if he could find the lid; unfortunately he was not able to yesterday, but we have a Plan B and well be exploring that later on this week! Thank you Randy for your tenacity & articulate explanations of how this all works so that this City girl completely understood you and whats going on! From the extremely kind woman who booked our appointment to Randy’s prompt and knowledgeable service I am impressed and honestly relieved to have found Full Spectrum. My husband and I are young homeowners and our lovely 1945 original here in Rock Hill was subject to some poor quality “flipping”. Randy is so nice, was able to pinpoint the root cause of what we thought was a clogged kitchen drain pipe, and provide a solution for the actual problem.I can tell that safety is also a priority as i received a text prior to our serviceman’s arrival providing his name and photo so we knew who to let into our home.While I hope not to need repair service again any time soon we will certainly use Full Spectrum for any future plumbing needs.

I called in a panic because my home inspection revealed a leak in the septic and I needed it fixed right away for closing. I got Jackie to do an emergency service on this the next day. He was so very great to work with and did an excellent job. Also, if you call around for pricing, no doubt he will be your cheapest and most reliable plumber/ septic/ well service! Highly recommended.

Raistlin did numerous jobs on the old home we purchased. He did hard physical labor in the rain without the extra hand he should have had, digging mud and cutting a giant tree root. And he NEVER complained about it! He worked quickly and was more than polite. He swept up after himself, too. I would give Raistlin 10 stars and a raise. He earned it!

I was very happy with the service and communication to have my well pump pressure tank replaced to fix my water pressure issue. I received a phone call to let me know the technician was on the way, then a text message letting me know his arrival and a follow up call once the service was completed. I looked and asked for recommendations for a plumber in my area. Beleive it or received very few responses or the reviews on the recommended business were not all that good. While looking at yet another mediocre review, I saw Full Spectrum and numerous 5 star ratings. I read several of the reviews and decided to give them a call. From the initial call, my encounter was pleasant and thorough. Due to a high volume of work, I had to wait over a week to be scheduled but I was fine with that since I was not experiencing a plumbing emergency. Meanwhile, I still recieved calls from the office to schedule and confirm my appointment time once it was set. The day for my service visit arrived and the technicians were both pleasant and worked quickly and efficiently. Within 30 minutes of completing the job, I received another call to inquire my experience and level of service. I appreciate great customer service especially when spending my hard earned money. I have more projects in the future that will require a plumber and Full Spectrum will be my first call.

T.J. and his associate were professional and knowledgeable about my houses plumbing issues. They fixed a leaky pipe in one of my bathroom vanities and upgraded the pipe diameter to insure my sink will drain properly. I also had a sewage line that was broken from roots. Not only did they fix what the inspector found but they found another area in the line that was broken and fixed it too. I had a lot of bushes around the sewage line and they pulled them out (with my permission) then they cut the roots around the line to prevent future damage. They also noticed that I did not have the correct connection to house and included it in the repair. I know nothing about plumbing but they were able to explain how it should work to prevent future issues. They cleaned up my yard and put the torn out bushes by the street in a neat pile for garbage pick up. Thank you Full Spectrum Plumbing!
