My personal experience with them is that they are dependable, respond quickly, and follow through with their word, which is like finding GOLD with contractors today. Five stars all the way. Jack was outstanding and very thorough in his work and follow up.He communicated very well throughout the plumbing job and when complete. The job involved replacing all of the cast iron piping under the house with plastic.The plumbing work was difficult work under our house with little crawl space. Jack was also noticeably very respectful and helpful to his apprentice working with him.

Jack, the owner of Greymen’s Plumbing, came on the same day that we contacted him when our disposal started leaking. He was friendly, polite and had a new disposal available on his truck that he installed after going to Lowe’s to get the electric kit he needed. His price seemed reasonable. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Fast, friendly, professional! I called on a Sunday and Jack quickly answered and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived at my home when he said he would be there! He diagnosed the problem, offered a solution, and completed the replacement of a new hot water heater fast. I would highly recommend them for any home services you need. It’s nice to work with honest and friendly professionals.

Jack came out within 24 hours of being called and cleared up our clogged pipes. He had excellent communication and cleanliness. He offered suggestions for if the problem should happen again in the future. Jack also sent quotes for more permanent upgrades to our plumbing without any stereotypical salesperson pressure tactics. We will definitely use Greymen’s Plumbing again!

Jack and his helper responded promptly to my request for help when the waterline between my house and the road developed a leak. They showed up on time, explained carefully what they would do, did exactly as they promised, and cleaned up behind themselves. No one loves to pay for plumbing or any other home maintenance issues, but his price was fair. As an individual, Jack is an extremely pleasant person who has a kind nature. I would definitely hire him again.

We had an outstanding experience with Greymens Plumbing! We called JT about a leak in our water supply line, and he showed up the very same day. A few days later, JT and Rick returned to repipe our entire house. They worked tirelessly, staying late to ensure the job was completed on schedule, and they finished everything in just two days.JT and his team went above and beyond to help my family. Placed a service called today for a leak. after the town let me know we had a leak in the house we just bought. Jack came out took his time going through all the things going on with the house and Fixed the toilet to start with. He is also coming back to fix a few more issues. That’s something I’ve never seen done. He went and looked at the problem. Before starting, he told me two different options. He worked within my budget and I’m so grateful. He was done in 20 minutes. JT is friendly, understanding and very professional. Thanks again for helping me out today. I’ll contact Greymen’s again if I have any plumbing issues.

Was recommended by a work friend and within 30 minutes of calling, JT was at the house, starting the job around 530pm. Several plumbers came and declined the job without me doing it their way. Nothing against that but trying to save money in case it was not the only issue I was having. Tank needed to be replaced and honestly in a hard to get location. JT completed it very timely and continued to communicate that evening and into the next day to ensure everything was still working properly.

Men in Grey save the day. A wet, soggy patch beside the driveway triggered a lot of stress, as well as immediately shutting off the water to the house. Just 9 months previously, I had a leak about 15 feet further up the line that was repaired by another, very reputable plumbing company. Having lived here for 45 years, it was past time to replace the whole line from road to house. Big, major issue is the main waterline goes under the driveway--where the leak was, to reach somewhere under/within the concrete slab on which my home is built. I called the other company first, but they have a lot of business, and didnt seem all that interested in solving my problem in a timely manner. Enter Jack Charrette and Greymens Plumbing. Jack came out on a Saturday morning, put together a game plan, and returned with his crew and a tractor on Tuesday. They showed up a few minutes after 8 am to begin the work. Special thanks to Richard for his tractor skills, and especial thanks to Gary who hand shoveled next to the house saving my gardenia bush. These guys were awesome working all day in the heat. Jack stayed until 7:30 pm, making sure I had running water after a week of just doing a quick turn on and off to fill buckets, jugs, and the bathtub to use. Some people pick a plumber strictly by price. I wanted someone licensed, insured, and with a one year warranty on their work. Greymens pricing is in line with other plumbing companies. With Jack Charrette, you also get a guy who is very smart, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I liked him and his work so much, I immediately asked him to come back to replace a leaky hose faucet out front, and run a new hot water line from the heater to a sink. Big or small, Greymens Plumbing does it all. As Jack told me, There are a lot of plumbers in the area, so he really appreciated my calling him to do the job. Im just glad he was the one I did call. You should do the same.
