    Would give 5 stars except when I made first appointment was told between 2 and 6. At 5:50 got call they couldn’t make it. Then said next day was booked. So I scheduled first thing Saturday morning. Zach got here early. He is very personable and listened to my problem. Went under house to assess it. Came out and presented a plan. I agreed and they came Monday. Zach was back Tuesday and New Year’s to complete. He really went above and beyond , very satisfied with work done. Feel price was fair.

    Started off 2025 with a busted water heater. Roy with brothers was great. He diagnosed and quoted me for the repairs and even worked in a discount to save me a few bucks.Carlton and Mike did the work a couple days later. Everyone was professional and prompt.My only complaint is that my dryer vent was disconnected and they left without setting it back up and they left a few things laying around. They were responsive and apologetic when I called and sent Mike back out to fix the dryer.I would use Brothers again.

    Zach was our technician. Arrived on time, asked a ton of good questions, did significant review of our current plumbing system (spent at least 30 minutes in our crawl space). Came up with reasonable short term and long term recommendations. Very professional and friendly. All work completed satisfactorily at a fair price.

    We had Brothers over to help us with an estimate to a whole house dehumidifier. Amber, a technician from Brothers came out and asked the question why as our HVAC system was only 2 years old? Interesting that the question was not proposed by other companies brought out for an estimate. Amber, identified some issues with the previous installation and hopefully has corrected the issue without a huge expense. We are very pleased with the professionalism of Brothers, and will certainly use them again. A shout out to Amber for being so knowledgeable, helpful and just a good overall human!

    This was the second time we’ve used Brothers. We had to have our AC Unit Replaced this past summer and we were super pleased. Then we had some plumbing issues in November and December and our tech told us what we needed to do and then he came back and flushed out the pipes. I am very happy with this company and will definitely use them again!

    I scheduled an estimate and consultation on a hot water heater replacement. The technician was prompt. He introduce himself and was a very nice man. He explained everything in detail and I enjoyed talking with him. He wanted to help in lowering the price. I could tell he is a people person. I wish we could find a price that was affordable for me. I would recommend for Brothers to do the work.

    I had a service call scheduled for a water leak. When my service tech ( Zachary W.) arrived he was very friendly, and professional. He quickly found the leak and explained what needed to be done to fix the issue. He fixed our leak and showed us other issues we had going on with our plumbing. I highly recommend Brothers and I especially recomend Zachary W.. Zachary went above and beyond my expectations and I would gladly have him do any work for me. Hes a true superstar. 5 stars very highly recommend.

    Overall I had a great experience with Brothers. They gave me a pretty remarkable deal compared to the other estimates I had gotten for a new heat pump and all new ductwork in a crawl space. This was no easy task- the crawl space is very low and tight with a lot of plumbing in the way. The technicians they sent out to install everything were phenomenal. They worked for 12 solid hours in terrible conditions to get the job completed in one day. Though I dont feel employees should have to work excessive hours to complete a task and I believe it is the employers responsibility to send enough people for a job to be completed in a reasonable amount of time, I do really appreciate how diligently and thoroughly the small team worked. I hope Brothers appreciates their dedication as much as I do.The only thing I did not particularly care for was the fact that the associate that came to give me the estimate was very reluctant to discuss any pricing with me unless my boyfriend was in on the conversation. I am the homeowner and I was paying for the install, not my boyfriend. It was pretty insulting but the price offer was extremely difficult to pass up and once we agreed on a deal he was tremendously helpful in getting the financing set up and details squared away. Its probably a common sales procedure to include the man of the house so I let it slide in the name of a wise business opportunity but we arent living in the 1950s anymore.I am very pleased with the quality of service and the great deal I received and I would (and will) recommend Brothers to anyone who needs HVAC repairs. Excellent work.

    Greg Mueller was wonderful. Polite. Professional. Explained everything. Took excellent care of me. The intake group wasn’t as good as Greg. Lack of urgency. I had water running for 3 hours. I asked for just a tech person to call and tell me how to shut it off. No assistance. They gave Greg the wrong telephone number. He had been trying to reach me. Not a great experience. Greg definitely turned it around.

    Received a call to verify okay to send a technician a slight head of schedule,Technician arrived within time frame projected.Introduced himself, polite and professional. Went right to work. Reviewed 2 items needing replacement and why. Cleaned up work area when done.

    I had Brothers come out to service my HVAC. Which resulted in needing to replace the unit. They were both professional and prompt. I would recommend them for the HVAC service in the future. Fast forward and after the HVAC was installed they did not relight the water heater which had to be shut off due to the gas line needing to be turned off. When I contacted Brothers they were wonderful in scheduling one of their plumbers to come and inspect it timely during a holiday week. While I appreciate this the plumber sent spent about 15 mins doing “everything” he could to get the water heater to work and came back to say I needed a new water heater (mind you the one I have is 4 years old) while bad mouthing the make of the water heater I have installed. As I previously never had any issues with my water heater I opted to hire another plumber for a second opinion and am glad I did as he was able to get it to work within minutes. Now I am out another service fee for the plumber I had come out when Brothers had two opportunities to fix the issue. One when the HVAC was replaced and second when the plumber they sent came back out.

    They responded within a few minutes after I sent in my request to talk with someone. Sam, their customer service rep, came the same day to talk with us about our options. We had a new a/c installed the next day by James and Mario. They were very professional and they walked me through the process. The entire process went very smoothly.     Awesome company. From sales to install, they where fast, professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. They are worth the price they charge. They had my old heat pump ripped out and replaced in one day . I’ll definitely be using them in the future.Edit: almost 1 year later and the unit is still amazing. I could do without the sales calls to service my unit when it’s not even 12 months old.

    Good company! I hired them to install an air conditioning system along with a furnace. The system needed some adjustments about a month or so after it was installed, and they sent out a repair man and who fixed it quickly! The repairman’s name was BJ and he was awesome! Very polite and congenial and was very professional!

    Mr. Madison came to diagnose and replace a light bulb to keep my air cleaning system working. I asked him to look at my air flow vents because too much and too little air was coming out of some of the vents. He adjusted the vent(s). He was very professional and friendly. I felt comfortable asking him questions about my air filters. He answered all my questions without causing me to feel dumb for asking. Gave me great tips on filters. He is a real people person.     Could not be more impressed with Chris Jackson, unfortunatly needed a plumber and within an hour of our call he was here. That was roughly 6:30pm and he just left our house at 10:30pm. He held our hand through the process answering our questions and even took the time to walk through and explain various plumbing in the house. Despite my attempt to send him home because of the late hour he wouldnt leave until the project manager was onsite assisting our issue. I had no idea this was part of the job and wouldnt be surprised if its not and he just gives his customers above and beyond service. Very grateful, have found our plumber!

    The four stars are to do with the cost. I was quoted at least half of that with another company . I was so desperate to use my washer that I agreed to the price. I will say Chris was extremely knowledgeable and as far as I know my problem is taken care of. I have yet to use my new washer but will tomorrow morning. Obviously if I still have the leak I would hope that brothers will take take care of it.

    Had an AC condenser fan motor replaced over the weekend. The technician, Jarib Walden was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly...and most importantly, very kindly communicative. I would give 5 stars to him and his work but I only gave 4 stars overall because of the office staff communications which need a vast amount of improvement. Keeping prompt communications with the customer is very important. Jarib was 100% wonderful but the office staff needs to be more in touch with the customer as to the status of his/her repair, parts order, arrival time of tech, delays, etc.

    Derek Engle and Zachary Townsend are exceptional plumbers who are dedicated and willing to do whatever it took to service our tankless gas water heater. They both stayed long into the evening to get the job done and perfected.Brothers Heating Cooling and Plumbing has served us very well for years. I would recommend getting their maintenance checkups.     I am very impressed with our service technician. He answered all my questions and suggested an additional part to help keep our house clean and disinfected. The plumber left a leak under my main bathroom vanity so they called Premier Water Damage to assess the damage. My vanity was torn out to permit the subfloor of my bathroom to dry out using dehumidifiers. The vanity has to be replaced. I have had no sink or storage in my main bathroom since June 6th. Brother’s has washed their hands of me and refuses to speak directly to me referring me to Premier who have been very helpful, but still no resolution.Today my exterminator came and reported that my air conditioning duct was not connected and I am cooling my crawl space. One of the Brother’s employees had mentioned the duct when he was working and said he had reattached it. Well today it’s lying on the ground. My exterminator is under the house quarterly and can vouch for the duct integrity before my repipe.No vanity and air conditioning my crawl space; thank you Brothers for a stressful summer.

When I called to make an appointment I was able to get an appointment for the very next day, which was great. Adam S. was the plumber that came to my home. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He gave me his honest opinion when discussing my options for various repairs. He worked very quickly and made sure things were clean when he left. He was also very patient with one of my cats that wanted to love on him the whole time. I would definitely recommend brothers to any friends looking for a plumber. The service was a bit pricey, but having anyone come to your home for a repair is pricey. So I am okay with paying to have things done correctly the first time. 10/10 experience all around.

    We contacted Brothers since we had problems with 2 toilets. The scheduling process was very easy. I had contacted another company and trying to set up an appointment was a nightmare so I went with Brothers instead. Joseph informed us that the toilets needed to be replaced. They were builder quality and outlived their life expectancy. He came the next day and installed 2 Gerber toilets. He did a great job and answered my husbands many questions. I had to make calls to the office to check on the status and everyone I worked with was great. I was contacted by Brothers parent company in FL since they help out when things get backed up. (bad pun intended) Brothers is expensive but they do high quality work that is warrantied for a year. You get what you pay for.
