Anyone who reads my reviews knows i dont BS. I call it exactly as I see it. I had a crazy plumbing emergency on labor day. Lang from Roto Rooter was sent to my house the same day and his energy was phenominal. He wasnt pushy, answered all my questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. We came up with a solid gameplan to fix my plumbing issues and when he left I felt comfortable knowing my issues were going to be taken care of. Lang and his boss came to my house today and fixed my plumbing issue. Im very happy with not only the service, but the professionalism in which my issues were executed. I now have tubs and toilets that actually drain. New pipe and T fitting to keep me flowing freely with far easier access than what i had before. I give Roto Rooter and their team A++++++s across the board.

“All heroes don’t wear capes” I could not be more thankful for Lang and his dedication to getting my job done. A pipe broke under the sidewalk from my well and was flooding the yard. Lang calmed me down and came up with a plan on a Saturday night. Lang was back at 7:30 AM on a Sunday to execute and did some extra digging so he didn’t have to cut the concrete. He was so personable, polite and went the extra mile to make sure I knew what was happening and all my options. I have a plumber for life.

Bobby was professional, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job replacing a kitchen sink faucet and 3 little valves. He is an asset to your company.Our issue was with the cost of the repair. Keep in mind, we purchased the faucet at Lowe’s! The cost of the repair was spprox $375 plus $400 for the cost of 3 valves that one can purchase at Home Depot for $9 each. Total repair cost was over $750!!!

We were able to schedule an appointment with them quickly, they reminded us of our upcoming appointment, called to let us know they were on their way, and showed up on time! I had a problem with my septic pump. Couldn’t use my own toilet or show for a week. After days of calling and getting nowhere with local plumbers and septic companies. I finally called root-rooter.Adam, a tech for roto rooter came out on a Saturday. He was able to quickly figure out my problem. Got me set up with a Monday appt.He showed up early Monday morning. And was able to remove my old septic pump, replace it , and some other repairs that needed to be made. Christian and Adam from Roto-Rooter responded to a service call and it went better than I would have guessed. We had experienced issues with roots in our sewer line and were previously advised that it would require digging up and replacing/repairing the line. After clearing the new blockage, they investigated and were able to find that the issue was actually caused by a second clean out in the yard that had been damaged and buried.They quickly removed the remaining blockage, repaired the broken pipe and cap, and advised that there was little chance of a recurrence, but we should keep an eye on things and can have additional repairs performed in the future if needed.I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone, theyre skilled and honest with regard to everything they do!

I want to give a shout out to our Rock Hill SC plumber. His name is Christian Pumphrey and he is awesome. He came out the same day and saved us. We had no water and it was hot. Could not wash dishes or take showers it was awful. I talked with Christian about midday on a Sunday and he came out same day and before he said he would probably be here and fixed our problem in no time flat. He could have nailed us with a Sunday emergency fee and charged us an arm and a leg but his integrity and love for people and his job gave us an extremely fair price and he was very courteous as well. He is an example of what an exemplary quality professional should be. Great Job Christian and great job Roto-Rooter.

I own a local automotive repair shop here in Fort Mill. We had a blocked drain pipe so I called Corey at Roto Rooter in Rock Hill. She was very polite and helpful over the phone. She called and updated me regarding the estimated time the plumber would arrive, which I found very helpful as a business owner. Russell came out and was extremely helpful and polite. I felt he went above and beyond just clearing the pipe and also provided another fitting that would allow us to access the pipe in the event we were to have issues later down the road. The price was very reasonable and well within the expected services they provide. I also got a warranty for 30 days in the event everything wasnt cleared out. I would absolutely use them again and never felt they were taking advantage of the situation as in a lot of case with commercial properties. Thank you for your help and providing great service!

Even though our water was off, due to being on a well. Called roto rooter, and not only did they say they could come today between, 11-1pm. They showed up at 9:30am. The gentleman that fixed our pipe, was incredibly informative, showed and told me how and why, that happened. He fixed our pipes no problem, very fast, and cleaned up after himself! I highly recommend this company!

I have a brand new home in Indian Land and one day I flushed the toilet and it did not flush. We tried using a plunger but it did not work and soon found that water was leaking through to the bottom floor kitchen ceiling. We called Roto-Rooter in Rock Hill, SC and the service was EXCELLENT. The person who answered the phone was able to get a plumber to come to our home in 10 min!! The plumber who came to our home was Troy Smith. When he arrived, he was extremely knowledgeable and so very courteous! He explained all the work that needed to be done and listened to our concerns (and put our minds at ease that he would only do work that was needed). Soon after removing the toilet and getting into the drains he found it was a stoppage and unblocked it. He knew we were VERY concerned about keeping our home in perfect condition and he fixed the stoppage and put the toilet back, cleaned the area to perfection and even caulked at our request. He did a PHENOMENAL job and was so respectful of our home. I have never had such a GREAT experience and I am so happy that we called Roto-Rooter. We will undoubtedly use their services again and refer them to our neighbors/family/friends. I called early yesterday morning to request service on 2 dripping toilets. The receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. She took my information and said she would get someone right out. I fully expected to wait for hours when to my surprise the doorbell rang what seemed like 30-45 mins after I called.The service technician was also very professional, clean cut and polite. I explained what I had done from a troubleshooting standpoint and listened to everything I had to say. He then went to work troubleshooting the problem. He identified the problem pretty quickly and it was the same for both 10 year old toilets.Once I authorized the repairs and the service technician began the repairs it did not take very long at all. I have to say Im looking forward to a lower water bill next month now that both toilets are no longer dripping.This is my second time using this Roto Rooter location and they will be the only plumber I call in the future. Roto Rooter is extremely lucky to have him on their team. Never have we had a professional as amazingly thorough, knowledgeable, or skilled at our place for repairs. Troy was truly top notch in all these areas, and beyond all of this he was quite literally the most patient, courteous, and kind person to work with! Our repair involved significant digging in the front yard, and we were prepared for a very rough looking yard once the repairs were completed. However, we were amazed to see the yard left in the most pristine shape-so pristine, in fact, that we couldnt understand how in the world he could make it look so perfect after a major part of the yard had just been dug up. Troy went leaps and bounds above and beyond by even picking up the loose rocks on the lawn (seriously, he did not have to do that, but he is not your average professional) He is so meticulous and skilled in his work, and it is immensely appreciated. Russell was very accommodating to my schedule. He was willing to come out anytime, day or night and that helped me out greatly from the very start. When he came out and looked at the problem, he figured out not only the cause but the best solution also. He was very professional and also very personable. I know it is he job to be a great plumber but he treated me like a member of his family and this is a man who takes good care of his family, I can tell. When we woke up to a leak in our kitchen resulting in water coming through our floor boards, we had a million questions going through our heads that needed answers immediately. We called Roto Rooter and within a few hours not only was the leak located and repaired, but mitigation was underway for the water damage. Mike walked us through the entire process, constantly updated us with what was occurring, what next steps were, and how to best approach and communicate with insurance. We honestly thought the process would be a lot more stressful than it was, but fortunately Roto Rooters professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail decreased our anxieties tremendously. We are now in a great position to put our new flooring in knowing that both our subfloor and the crawl space of our house has been meticulously cleaned and prepped. I would highly recommend if you need something done quickly, correctly, and professionally!

The technicians were on time and got straight to work! I honestly have never saw someone jump into their job as quickly as those two did, which is a major plus because going without running water for 24 hours since our hot water heater busted wasnt a fun experience. They were happy to answer any questions I had and were so polite throughout the entire time they were at my home and cleaned up every bit of mess that did occur leaving not a spot behind. They doubled checked their work and were very thorough with doing their job and explaining the hot water heater to me. My wife and I are very pleased at their work and prices and so thankful that we got help with our situation as quickly as possible as we had someone check out our problem the day before. We will continue to use Roto-Rooter for many years to come and will definitely spread the word around about how great the company and employees are!! Thank you so much for such great work!

Pipe burst at well on xmas eve we had no water. Called Roto and Liz answerd promptly. 20 minutes later we got a call back and she said Brandon was on the way. 2 hours later we had water, pipe fixed. I called to schedule an in-house appointment to fix our leaky kitchen sink. Within 30 minutes, the plumber was here! He was professional, courteous and careful with the under sink contents. He fixed the problem, checked to see if there was any repair mess (there wasnt), carefully put the contents back under the sink and closed the cabinets. The service call and fix charge was very reasonable. Ill be calling Roto-Rooter again, though I hope not too soon!

They quoted me roughly $5k to do the repair which included taking out my entire tub and shower , but didnt include the cost of repairing my floor.My daughter advised me to get a 2nd quote. Not only did they find the problem quickly (which wasnt where the first company told me the leak was) but, they repaired it immediately, completely and professionally. We had a significant and unsuspected drainage issue which rendered our home water utilities inoperative during the untimely stay-at-home precedence we are all curently under. Having limited to no other options we really were at the mercy of the Roto Rooter technicians. Thankfully, Russel was assigned to handle our job and from start to finish it was clear that he truly had my familys best interests in mind and worked tirelessly to fix our plumbing issue which stemmed from a massive root infiltration originating long before our recent home purchase. Given his expertise, he was able to accurately identify with high precision the source of the issue and suggested manageable solutions to get us out of that inconvenient situation as quickly as possible.I found Roto Rooter to be fair in their work and estimates, as well as very timely and responsive. However, the work ethic and integrity demonstrated by the workers by far was the key aspect which allowed me to have confidence in my decision to choose them to start and finish the job. If this company continues to hire technicians/plumbers like Russel and Peter, and implement the kind of integrity filled customer service that we all hope to receive, especially during these challenging times, then they will always have my support and business. Called a plumber someone recommended to me, they never called me back. Called these guys and they were here in 2 hours. Victor was extremely courteous, and helped me with my problem. I told him about another issue I had while he was there, he gave me a quote, scheduled a time to come back a few days later and he showed up promptly, did the work quickly and I dont think he could have done a better job.

We had a complicated plumbing issue affecting all three of the toilets in our home (on the weekend)! We called Roto-Rooter and were lucky enough to end up with Russell as our service technician. There were several possibilities as to the cause of the issue, but Russell did not stop until he identified what it was. He went above and beyond what was expected, and in the long run saved us additional cost and headache. Roto-Rooter is only as good as the professionals that work for them, and Russell represented the company very well.

He was able to fix our problem and explained that if it wasnt fixed that they would come back out. We have used Roto-Rooter twice now and will continue to in the future. We have also recommended them to many friends as well.

A contractor left me without connecting my bathroom plumbing or reinstalling my commode. I called Roto-Rooter and the next day they sent two guys to handle the job. They made some suggestions that I appreciated and at the end of the day everything was working. They gave me a card with their names and said to call if anything was needed. They also gave me a military discount without asking. The bill was more than reasonable for the time they spent and the work done.i won’t even consider an independent plumber ever again....thanks Roto-Rooter

We had an exterior faucet break off at 9 pm. Water was gushing out of the pipe. We had to shut the water off to the whole house to get it to stop. I called Roto-Rooter and to my surprise I got to talk to a real person instead of an after hours answering machine. She was very sympathetic and assigned a plumber immediately. Scott got there quickly and explained everything (fees and the repair process) every step of the way. He analyzed the situation and tried hard to repair the problem quickly and inexpensively. Unfortunately he had to open the wall inside the house to properly repair the damage , but he was pleasant to work with every step of the way and he went out of his way to keep the mess to a minimum and cleaned up the area when he was done. Great people to work with and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again.

Troy was an excellent tech!I discovered a ruptured waterline under my house around 4:30pm on a Friday.Troy arrived less than an hour later. He accurately diagnosed the problem and gave a fair estimate for the repair.In less than half an hour the waterline was repaired and everything was working properly.I would highly recommend his service!
