    We had AAA City Plumbing out December of 2021 because our well pump failed. They did very good work, but original well casing was underground and we paid to have it brought up, rewired, made sure discharge to house and to 1 outside faucet were working and has worked for 2 1/2 years without incident. This was over $5K of work and worth every penny.Jump ahead to this week of September 15, 2024. Before we had rains, I noticed a small puddle around my well head coming out from under our fake rock cover. I lifted and found what I show here in photo. I called them and they came out. The tech was very pleasant and professional and we talked a bit. It took him about 15 min to dig away around well and found what he described as one of the smallest leaks he had ever seen as water was dripping out of line to hose faucet right where they had made all the connections 2 1/2 years earlier. He cut the pipe back and put in a new piece as pictured and everything was said and done in an hour from arrival to completed job.The 4 star rather than 5 is due to they initially overcharged me for the job and that it failed where they connected line 2 1/2 years,, but spoke to Shane, and he made things right with the overcharge, so I appreciate that in a company.Photos:1.     Amazing company!! If I could rate AAA City Plumbing higher than 5 stars, I would. We used AAA for our septic and plumbing issues recently. The ladies in the office were very kind and professional. We called late one evening after experiencing a sewer back-up and AAA being one of the few companies open in the late evening. Our septic and plumbing appointments were scheduled immediately, with the first being within 12 hours of our call. The gentlemen who serviced our septic (Perry) and plumbing (Frankie) were incredible - both extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. We have used several different septic/plumbing companies in the past and refuse to use anyone other than AAA in the future, after our lovely experience. We HIGHLY recommend!

    Brian Hester did a great job diagnosing and installed a new garbage disposal for us. He provided excellent services and very reasonable quotes. I worked with Brian and the company more than once, they always provided quality service and good prices.     Called AAA City plumbing and talked to Cindy. She was very helpful and great to talk to. She had Gary and Chad come out here to give an estimate on repairs. They explained cost and how they would do repairs. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend for any repairs that would be needed.

    The tech came on time. He was very nice and understanding. He found my problem and gave me options to fix my problem. I look forward to the project being completed. Frankie and Cindy were great to work with on this project. Frankie put me at ease and assured me that I would not have any more problems with this water line. They finished earlier than I expected. This is the second time that I have used AAA City Plumbing and I am again pleased with the work. I highly recommend them to get things done right the first time!!

    Very nice crew and easy to work with! Had them come and replace a faucet - they took a look at all the plumbing fixtures in our new house and seemed super honest about the work that needed doing now, potential recommendations for the future, and areas that looked fine. In both cases, Eric and Gary were able to come the morning after I called to do the work. Cindy on the phone has also been super responsive and easy to get ahold of.

    I spoke with Gina on the phone and it was a great experience. She was really friendly and was very efficient in getting my appointment setup. The service Tech Ian was friendly and worked quick. He answered all my questions and explained in detail some things I didnt know. Will definitely be using them again and also, they were the cheapest that I had been quoted and I had called 3 or 4 other companies so happy is all I can say. Glad it was a quick turn around to get someone out here because my septic was full.

    AAA City Plumbing came out to clean and do a scrub of our septic drain field and they did a super job. Gina and Cindy were great in helping set the service up. They are always so friendly and helpful in scheduling the work. Frankie and Ian came out to do the work and really did a great job.     When the power can back on after Hurricane Helene, the pump alarm on my septic kept going off. Received a phone call this morning from Jaime after I called in to their after hours service. She was able to get me on the schedule same day. She was super friendly and very helpful. Well continue using AAA City Plumbing as I always get great service from them

    First time living on a septic. Had a back-up occur in the shower Memorial Day. AAA City Plumbing was able to schedule a next day appointment to have their technicians come out and determine the issue. Ian Galbally and Ty Jackson provided detailed information regarding septic systems and water usage. They determined there was a blockage and made sure the tank was full before actually pumping. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient . I would definitely recommend their services and will be using them again if anything is needed in the future

    After the hurricane dropped so much water that it filled my septic tank. And I needed a pumping service fast. I called and spoke with Cindy, and she had a technician at my house within hours. Ian was very courteous and respectful of my property. He took pictures.Of the whole process and emailed them with the invoice. I dont believe I will have to call any other company for my septic services now. I will always call them first.

    I used AAA City plumbing for replacement of my garbage disposal. I called the company around 9:45A.M. to be greeted by Gina. She was so sweet, and reassuring.     We had a service call for our lift station. This item along with the pump and alarm have been a constant problem since we purchased our house in2008. The tech replaced the system completely in one day. Nothing is inexpensive but I feel we are now worry free for years to come. A short time later our water heater failed. Of course we called AAA again who installed a new tankless WH. It was a bit more involved but we are very happy with the system. Kudos to all the service tech and office staff.

    Our water bill had quadrupled and we couldn’t seem to find the leak in our house. I submitted an inquiry online (it was a Sunday and they were closed) and AAA called me early Monday morning. He was a big help for the team on the outside. He prep the pipes in my garage area and did a great job!!As far as Dean, the owner, this guy is very honest, professional, and deserves his 25+ years in business. A business man with great customer service, and a guy of his words.I will be sure to recommend everyone to you guys, I am very pleased!!!!!
