I had no issues whatsoever with Efficiency Aggregators. Start to finish the install of my Koehler 20kw generator was fast and professional. Communication with Luis was flawless and constant. They came highly recommended by two family members who are also satisfied. Would highly recommend.

Everyone did a great job and we are pleased with our Kohler unit. Would have given EA a 5 star if communication with the customer had been better and the electrician had not left piles of mud for us to clean up on the landscape.

Guys who delivered generator was very meticulous in the placement of the generator, making sure yard not disturbed. Electrical installer of wiring and transfer switch was awesome! Had to repair trenching, walking path that was torn up by trenching and holes cut into soffit myself.

Routine maintenance was performed today by Mr. Pedro Rios. He was very thorough during his visual inspection and methodically went through the maintenance checklist. He checked the main transfer switch to make sure it was working properly, as well. Install took a while because of permits but everyone from EA was always friendly, on time & made sure to communicate every step of the way. I have already referred a couple of neighbors but will be telling everyone I can! Not only do they do backup generators but they also do lighting! Already talking to Luis about our next project!
