William came out the next day and provided his recommendations on installing a water conditioner system I purchased myself. Other plumbers I called were either booked far out and would not be able to accommodate my tight timeline, or were unfamiliar with the water conditioner and did not want to take on the job. If you want excellent customer service, go with AZ Super Plumbers. We had an in-floor radiant heat issue along with a domestic hot water problem that started yesterday morning, Sunday, June 12. It was Mothers Day. I called and left a message at about 7:00 a.m. describing the problem just so that when the office staff returned to work on Monday morning I might be higher up in the repair order queue. Much to my surprise, within an hour I received a call from Daisy, their office guru. She mentioned she had called William, the owner of the company, with my issue, received advice, and then scheduled me for 8:00-9:00 this morning (Monday). IT WAS MOTHERS DAY SUNDAY!!! Cmon... NO ONE follows through on a Holiday such as this, do they?? Yes, some one does. And that company is AZ Super Plumbers. Daisy mentioned that she called back not only to get me on the schedule, but because they didnt want me to worry about the error code on the Navian unit the entire Sunday. Can you believe it? Tim was out this morning and within 60-90 minutes, had the problem diagnosed and completely resolved. Have a plumbing issue? Call AZ Super Plumbers! You wont go wrong. You are treated like family. John SchneiderWilliam is always knowledgeable, friendly, professional and explains things in exquisite detail. If you want to hire someone who knows his stuff, choose him!I am writing this now that the job is completed. I cant recommend William and AZ Super Plumbers highly enough. Every single person in their organization, from front office staff to every technician and plumber he sent out for the job, were knowledgeable and polite. They would listen to our concerns, answer all questions in depth, and stand by their contract price. In our case, there were several unforeseen parts issues that emerged. He was courteous, professional, and thorough in explaining our problem to us and advising that if our town water department technicians determined that they were not responsible for our repair, that AZ Super Plumber would be able to fix the issue. At our request, William from AZ Super Plumber came to our home to inspect our 20-year-old water heater and discuss alternatives for its replacement. He was professional and well versed on energy-efficient options. He also left some product materials for us to review and help with our decision. AZ Super Plumber gave us detailed estimates for 3 different water heater replacement options. Unlike other plumbing companies I contacted, they didnt charge us just to come out provide estimates. Although we did get estimates from competing plumbing companies, we went with AZ Super Plumber because of their demonstrated professionalism and expertise.

Had Super Plumber install a tankless water heater 6 years ago and it has been doing great during that time until about 2 weeks ago. At that time, the water would start out hot, but within a few minutes the water temperature turned to Luke warm. Tim, from Super Plumber came out, listened to my description of what was occurring and he quickly diagnosed the problem as a potential check valve issue. He replaced the valve and that seems to be the remedy. We will see as more time passes. Tim was very professional and seemed to be well versed in this tankless water heater system.

Corbin was friendly and professional and correctly diagnosed the tub leak/drip problem in very short order. He had to visit 2 stores to find the correct part and returned quickly. He advised me of the estimated price of the replacement part before he purchased it. In lieu of a business card he left a pamphlet describing their monthly service plans. Im definitely signing up for one! AZ Super Plumber is who my plumber is. Give them a call. You wont be disappointed!

We recently moved into an older home in Prescott and almost immediately had problems with our drains. After working with other local plumbers (who misdiagnosed the problem) we called AZ Super Plumber for another opinion. They sent out Anthony who took a careful look at the problem and, while working step-by-step through his analysis, told us exactly what he thought the problem was (tree roots and rocks blocking the sewer connection) and what he expected to have to do to fix it. Anthony wrote up a clear estimate and, although it was expensive, offered a good price for work. We went ahead and contracted the work; while performing the work over a few days Anthony kept in close contact with us, provided us with pictures of the problem, and acted professionally the entire time. The job was finished to our satisfaction and were very happy with the work.During this we had to visit the AZ Super Plumber office a couple of times. The office staff is friendly and professional and, just like Anthony did, clearly explained their procedures to us and provided us with documentation of everything they did.We will definitely be using AZ Super Plumber in the future!

I called this morning with a dead hot water heater and The Plumbing Store was able to make it out before my usual plumber so I took a chance on a new company. Tim can into the condo, crawled into the crawl space as I ran the water in the master shower. no lead was detected. Ther was evidence of a prior leak. So no work on this shower was required. I am impressed with the quality of his work and his polite attitude.

I thought Tim was quickly able to analyze the problem. The trap was put in backwards by a kitchen cabinet shop. He saw that the new sink was too low for the plumbing to work as it was installed. He was able to use the clean out access to connect to the sink drain and switch the whole configuration to solve the problem. I was very impressed with him and would definitely hire him again for any future problems I may have.👍

Below is an old review from the last job. Today, Tim was great and ontime to give me an estimate for a new water heater. 5 stars.Had a tub/shower remodel. Levi and Anthony were great! I do have 3 issues/suggestions:1) I thought I was doing good to move items to the other end of the bathroom to give access to the tub. This will be loud and dirty but only a half-hearted warning to move stuff out. Tell clients to CLEAR THE ROOM. There was cutting dust everywhere and on everything left in the room.2) I asked about Drywall/Tile not included. I got the impression that it wouldnt be needed. I was not helped to understand that IF the new shower is different size from the old shower (which it was--backorder/COVID) I would now need a drywaller to fill the 4 inch gap at the top of the shower walls.3) Took my 1st bath last night. I know my house is not level (sliding down the hill for decades) but noticed that the front wall of the shower is REALLY crooked (or level relative to the rest of the installation).Overall, happy to have a new tub. The old one sucked forever.
