    Excellent work designing, & placing 2 drainpipes from water heater to exit garage to street if water heater or pressure line on water heater fail & these two new pipes that exit the garage down to sloping driveway to street would prevent garage from flooding. Robert worked very hard all day to design & make these pipes attached to interior wall of garage work properly. Money well spent and Roberts worked hard to make all pipes worked correctly. He does exceptionally excellent work. I am a regular Ben Franklin customer for at least 8 yrs.

    Benjamin Franklin Plumbing saved my butt! My sump pump died on a Sunday early in the morning and by 8:30 AM Logan was out diagnosing the problem. Ended up having to replace the pump which couldnt be done until Monday as the supply store was not open. So he emptied my tank to get me through the day, showed up promptly at 8:30 the next morning and banged out the project with perfection. I also spoke with several people from this company during my ordeal and all of them were super professional, very organized, and very helpful. Love this company and will use them for any and all of my future plumbing needs.

    Absolutely loved our plumber that came out! He was really professional and very informative! He helped us and even with little stuff my special needs kiddos decided to do while he was here 😆 we signed up for their club that people like me and my house hold need.     They replaced the plumbing for the kitchen sink. The old plumbing sprung a nasty leak, while my husband was trying to remove an old dishwasher. They also installed a new line for our new dishwasher, because the old one had a broken knob and wouldnt come off.

    Benjamin Franklin plumbing did a great job. Tom was excellent. He not only replaced our hot water heater; he debunked the problems stated by a home inspector. Tom explained why the leaks listed were not leaks. I can’t thank him enough for sharing his knowledge with me. I would recommend him and the company without reservation.We had to use him again for a hose bib problem. He was efficient and did the job in a timely manner. Again, he gets an A+.

    The work crew for re-piping our home consisted of Aaron, Tom and Joe which was a 2-day project. The job was done very professionally and the guys were great to work with. We also needed insulation replacement on the return air duct under the house and that was done very quickly.

    Ben Franklin’s Prescott crew have done a lot of work for me on several AirBnb properties in Sedona, and have been amazing every time. In April, We had Jadan come out after hours at 9:00 PM on a Sunday night, as we had toilets and showers backing up in one house, with guests waiting. We were there until 1:00 AM trying everything, and he had a great attitude about it the whole time. He found roots growing into several sewer lines and showed me on camera and tried to clear them. Aaron and Tom came back and did a great job replacing the main plumbing line, fast and efficiently, which we really need to schedule around guests, and for a reasonable price. Very impressed with all of their guys’ professionalism and for just being nice to work with. I have worked with a lot of plumbers, and appreciate that these guys don’t add stress to an already stressful situation. And the repairs have lasted.

    Robert was right on time and performed the service contract inspection. He found two problems created from our previous plumbers sloppy work. They used iron pipe instead of copper, and the gas vent wasnt properly held down, used only one screw!He took care of both issues and flushed the tank and checked the Anode.Very happy with the service call.

    Logan was amazing, he cleared my stopped up toilet quickly. When I mentioned it seemed to clog alot and that I should get a new toilet he told me they had a special going and went and got a new toilet and installed it. He was very meticulous in making sure the toilet sat right. He even tightened down my other toilet. The kicker was this all happened Sunday evening after 5 PM on the 4th of July weekend and no extra charge for after hours and the pricing was very fair.

Saw Benjamin Franklin at the home show and thought wed try them.Tom came out Friday night, and did his all to get that drain flowing.     Tom Lochren from Benjamin Franklin plumbers was right on time at our door and was familiar with the wall mount toilet fitted with a Flushmate pressure flush system. Many plumbers Ive called in the past are not and have no experience with wall mount toilets. He checked out its basic performance including the air inlet valve function in addition to installing a new specialty seal that is specific to this type of toilet. A 2 year guarantee for the seal to be leakproof is good, as this historically leaky toilet has caused some dry rot on the wood paneling behind the ceramic tiles on the floor base.

    The previous home owners at our house did a lot of questionable repairs. We had Luis out to do a whole home inspection. He answered all of my questions happily and even had parts to demonstrate what he was explaining to me.     Luis A. was our plumber who came early in the morning to help us find why we had water stains on our subfloor of the family room. This was only discovered when the carpet was being replaced and we saw staining on the trim so pulled back the old carpet in that area to see what was going on. Luis quickly found the source of the problem in the connecting room (laundry room). Although we were shocked by the $$$$ expense of pursuing where and how much was the source of this water “leak” we needed it done. He spent time explaining to us what was causing the drywall in the laundry room also to have signs of water damage and made sure no other source could be determined as he investigated under the crawl space as well. Luis is smart, investigative, kind and does his work with expertise. Kudus to him, we are extremely satisfied with his work. Now the drywall repair needs attention!

    A week ago my hot water died. After calling around to different plumbing companies only to find no answer, leave a message, number disconnected or Im two weeks behind I found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Seeing all the great reviews and nearly 5 stars I decided to call them. Customer service was great and an appointment for a plumber to inspect the problem was set. The company sent a picture of who would be arriving. Steve who I was informed was a mater plumber arrived and confirmed my hot water was dead. The price he showed me on that card was $2999 for replacement. After recovering from near heart failure and having no other choice I agreed to the job. He did a fantastic job even adding an over flow which I didnt have on other heater and also registering the heater with the company. So 4 stars all around. Would had been 5 except for this one question. Why did this water heater alone cost me over $1,900.00

    The sprayer hose on our kitchen faucet had a pinhole and sprayed everywhere and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer sent me a replacement and I needed someone to switch it out.Garret quickly replaced it.He was on time and a really nice guy. He said he would put all the stuff back under the sink when he was finished and I told him I would do it.When I started putting all the cleaning supplies back under the sink I realized the plastic liner was full of water so I took them off the bottom of cabinet and everything was really wet. Garriet was still outside so I told him the cabinet under the sink was really wet. He came back in and looked at it. It was the water from that poured out of the old hose he replaced.He offered to dry it out but I already had towels to dry it.It cost me $353.00 for a ten minute job. Garriet did tell me what it would cost and asked if I still wanted it done.I said yes, go ahead because we use the sprayer all the time and needed it. I thought it was nice of him to give me heads up on the cost before he started.Im going to give them another try with a bigger job and see how that goes.
