Our sewer pump alarm went off and our toilets began to back up. I called Affordable Plumbing Sol.and left a message. Dave called me back within 5 minutes and told me that he was sorry but couldnt get to me until 6 days later. I called another company who came out and gave me a ridiculous estimate of $14K to replace the sewer grinder! I called Dave (Affordable Plumbing) the next day. He said the price was totally outrageous....He explained to me what needed to be done and that it would be closer to $1500-2000. He had just left for vacation but called me back from his trip and answered all of my questions even though he still was not able to come out for about 4 days. I wanted to get our system fixed immediately since the toilets couldnt be flushed, no shower, no laundy until the sewer pump got fixed. I ended up with another company who was able to come out and replace the sewer grinder and get us back and running. Dave was so polite, informative and spent the time to explain details to me even though he was not able to help with my sewer problem. Affordable Plumbing will be the first plumbing co. I will call if in the future we need a plumber. Their customer service is excellent and Dave is very knowledgeable. Thank you Dave, for your help, even though you were so busy, you couldnt come immediately....I certainly see why!

A+++ service! Outstanding in every way. Seriously, dont even call anyone else. Tub was clogged and nothing would budge it. Arrived early, determined the issue, and knocked the job out in record time. I was impressed from the start with Dave. He prompt in returning my first phone call to fix a constant toilet leak and arrived on time and quickly discovered the problem and had the parts needed. I told him about another broken handle with a toilet and he purchased and replaced the handle within a couple of day. He installed new shower and faucets in my bath to correct a constant drip. His work was neat and done with care. I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing being dependable, prompt, very knowledgeable and fair with pricing.

Best deal in the area! I received four estimates from three local plumbers and one of the big box stores for a new water heater and recirculating pump. Dave with Affordable Plumbing Solutions was the best price of the local plumbers and his reviews offered a lot more peice of mind than the big box store installer. All the bids were for the same items and we saved a lot of money using Affordable Plumbing Solutions. One of the most important reasons we chose Affordable Plumbing Solutions is that if we were to have an warranty issue or another plumbing issue Dave will be there for us. The new water heater and the recirculating pump are a great upgrade, we could not be happier with the install and the installer.

Dave is the best! I was referred to him by one of his longtime customers and am grateful for the referral. He replaced an outdoor hose bib, laundry faucet, installed a water pressure regulator and most recently had him put in a hot water recirculating pump. Dave is quite possibly the best plumber (and certainly the fastest) in Arizona. He replaced a defective recirculation pump for our hot water heater the next day after we called and for less than half the price of another well-known competitor. The installation was so clean that I had him do two other small jobs. Again response time was incredible and the job perfect. Affordable is the only plumber Ill call now.

This is a follow up for another plumbing service by Dave. Since we had such great service previously, we contacted Dave to install a pressure reducing valve and water shut off on the house side of the City of Prescott water meter on our new home. This was a very challenging installation, as Dave had to dig down to and below the city water line. He installed a high performance PRV and water shut off gate valve on a riser… so that the water could be shut off easily and access to the PRV for adjustment or replacement. A very professional high quality installation, was well below the bid price, and was completed in less than 3 hours. Amazing service all the way around! Dave arranged all of the utility locate services, and made 3 visits to the job site to strategize the installation. Steve and Lyn DeLanoDealing with Dave was amazing! We had a problem with a toilet. Dave set up our appointment at 8am. He called at 7:30 to see if it was ok to come early! YES, please! He was here at 7:40am. He took care of our problem in less then 10 minutes!!! Affordable Plumbing Solutions were amazing! I had a stubborn problem with sitting water in my lines. A previous plumber come out and due to incorrect pipe fittings under my floors, I was told by the previous plumber that they were unable to snake my lines. The only solution offered by the previous company was to jackhammer out our flagstone and concrete floors to address the issue, which would have broke the bank, much less our home. Affordable Plumbing Solutions came out and went the extra mile to address the issue. They assured me we wouldnt have to break up our floors. After attempting multiple times to snake the lines themselves, they pressurized the lines and were able to clear the clogs without an expensive tear out. They really took their time to develop a solution to the problem and now everything running is flowing freely again. They were very thorough and extremely helpful. They turned what would have been thousands and thousands of dollars of a fix into a few hundred. And they were super nice guys to boot! Thank you, Affordable Plumbing Solutions! We have had a problem with plumbing in our rental with the washer drain line backing up. It appears to be more than a simple clog, and we have had 3 different plumbers out to fix it, each one offering a different idea of what was wrong and how to fix it, including one plumber wanting to tear up the foundation and walls without having any idea of what was going on. Our handyman referred us to Affordable Plumbing and they came up with a solution that was much simpler and affordable. We did have to open up a small area of the wall, but it was part of a very logical, well thought out solution. They also alerted us to the fact that the tenants have been putting a lot of grease down the drains, so we were able to address that with them as well.Affordable Plumbing showed up when they said they would and always called, as requested, prior to coming out so that we could meet with them while they were there. We would definitely use Affordable Plumbing again.

We had a toilet with a very slow leak which was hard to locate. Affordable Plumbing Solutions was very responsive and came the same day as called. They replaced the toilet wax ring to eliminate it as the source of the leak. Unfortunately that was not successful and they came back the next day and found that the toilet bowl actually had a manufacturing defect in the joint to the tank, never the less they were able to stop the leak. I was very impressed by their responsiveness.
