Cannot praise our experience with Franklin Plumbing highly enough. After having our counters replaced, Cade & Joe were here, on time, as promised, to install six faucets & four sinks. They were both very helpful in dealing with our issues. Work done was professional, timely & at a reasonable price. Highly recommend. Another great experience, this time with Ian installing shower & bath replacement kits. Am convinced Franklin is the plumbing choice here.

This visit was very different from the last visit in a good way! The plumber came and got right to it. Didnt have to go back to shop and get another snake due to faulty equipment! He knew what he was doing got straight to running the snake and unplugged the clean out ASAP!

I have been having problems with the toilet in the master bathroom it keeps clogging up no matter how careful we are with the plumbing. Franklin plumbing has been out here so many times I have lost track of the count. This time Ian Turner came over with a helper to clear the clog and he worked very hard and said the same thing TJ said that the problem is more than six feet deep and he said that he feels that he put in his notes that he needs to put a camera with a light down below six feet to see what keeps clogging the line. We have been renters for over three years and here and we are very comfortable living here except for the one toilet. Everyone that Franklin plumbing has sent to us has always been warm, friendly and hard working. After they are done they always clean up the mess. This company is wonderful and caring and every plumber that has come here follows the same rules as the company they work for..

TJ was awesome as were the other staff from Franklin Plumbing. Very difficult job, trying to find a leak in our main water line which turned out to be buried 6 feet down. Trying to repair a pipe at the bottom of a 6 foot deep hole was a major challenge, but TJ hung in there and got it done. Had issues with the original piping that required some creative repair. But, in true Marine spirit TJ improvised, adapted, and overcame the problem. Hung in there, never gave up, and completed the job in excellent fashion. He was great to work with, explaining everything, and keeping us informed as he was going along. Would highly recommend him and Franklin Plumbing for any plumbing job. Great company, great people.

Very happy with my tankless water heater installation. Other companies I called were giving me the ring around, putting the work on me to figure out how to exchange the tank through warranty (installed from a previous plumber). They did all the work for me, worked around my schedule, made it seamless, very friendly, did an excellent job, had integrity, cleaned after installing and went over the new unit and how to descale and maintain it.

We noticed water bubbling behind the paint in both a closet and bedroom wall around 8:30 p.m. on a Friday night. The person who answered the phone at Franklin was very professional and transparently communicated about timeline and cost for the after hours call. Raphael was absolutely fantastic. He arrived within 40 minutes, and within 2 hours he had diagnosed and fixed the leak, which was a pinhole leak in a copper pipe. We will absolutely use this company again!

Franklin Plumbing has been handling a routine maintenance need for the house I rent for the 3 years Ive been living here and theyve been nothing but amazing! Super communicative, timely and incredibly respectful. Their plumbers get the job done even in the snow.For a time our access pipes were situated in the same area our chicken run was built in and our plumber had no issue working in and around our very curious chickens.No one Id trust more to handle any plumbing issues I need fixed than Franklin Plumbing!

This is a great place. I have an old house and needed to replace some old plumbing parts. I went to the local wholesalers who didnt have the parts and they sent me to Franklin Plumbing who did. The company has been here a long time. Their services and parts are reasonably priced and theyre very good to work with. Its a friendly family owned everyones hometown kind of place. Highly recommended.

I have used Franklin Plumbing Services three times in the last three years. This company is fantastic. All three times, they have been professional, thorough, friendly, helpful, and they came as fast as they could, within an hour or two of my call. They assured me all three times that my problem would be solved THAT day and, since two of the issues concerned a clogged pipe that impeded the toilet, this was tremendous reassurance and dedication to satisfaction. They totally honor time and are prompt and courteous. This last time, which was 1/12/21, they were EXTREMELY dedicated to COVID-19 safety. They were masked the entire time, and wore booties inside my home, they kept distance, and were in and out as fast as possible. The office staff is open, concerned, friendly, and eager to assist. I cannot recommend Franklin Plumbing enough.

The after hours response was amazing. We have a small cabin on our property that we use for Airbnbs. We discovered that several pipes had been clogged and then froze when our guest vacated the day prior and not being from the area, turned off the heat. Chris responded to my call immediately and came to fix the problem within a couple hours, on a Sunday! He was very courteous and professional. Even after he left, we found that another pipe was broken that we all missed and he came right back and had it repaired before our guest checked in. Thanks so much for coming to our rescue. So for the second time since I have owned my home the plumbing completely backed up. Of course this couldnt happen at 7am on a Monday it happens at 5pm on a Saturday. I called several plumbers in Prescott who said they were 24/7 operations but they didnt have anyone working THIS weekend. I got ahold of Dave at Franklin and let him know what the issue was and that it had happened a few years ago as well. I let him know that he would need two reels of snake as the last time it was about 130 feet to the blockage. He thanked me for that info and said that he needed to stop at the shop and get an extra snake and he would be out to my house. I called him at 7pm and he arrived at 8pm. He also quoted me that it would be 1.5 hours for the initial charge. This was going to be $207 for that period and they would charge at quarter hour increments after the initial 1.5 hours @ the hourly weekend rate of $138 per hour. All was said and done around 9pm and the charge was a fair price of $207. Thank you Franklin plumbing!!!. I will be recommending you to anyone that asks for a plumber referral. By the way the last time it happened the charge on a Sunday afternoon was over $300 and that was 3 or 4 years ago and he did the same thing in the same length of time. Wont be calling that plumber again.

We moved to Prescott over 11 years ago and have used Franklin Plumbing from day one. Had various projects completed by Franklin over the years including garbage disposal repair/replace, replacing broken hose bibs, snaking clogged/slow moving sewer drains, and diagnosing and digging up and replacing an old pressure relief valve (PRV) that was causing a major water pressure issue.They are always very responsive to calls, competitive in rates, and the friendly service techs have years of experience. My wife and I highly recommend giving them a call.
