Awesome service. I had a valve start leaking late at night so I called Goldstar and they set up an appointment out for two days, but I received a text early the following morning informing me that they could come to my house that day.The communication from them was excellent with text messages or emails.When Vincent showed up, he was cordial, quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a quote, and was able to complete the job within two hours.Service was fast, friendly and the work done is excellent. I will use them again for future plumbing needs

These guys are amazing! They were out the same day I called and out the next with a replacement. Michael Malone was our service technician and was outstanding. He also came with Mike H and both were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It’s nice to find companies like this and hang onto them. Clayton was Amazing! Efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable. He not only Installed my sink, he also made sure that it was ready for my dishwasher when I got one. He checked my gas where my dryer is going. This is not my first experience with this company. I also had a tankless hot water system Installed a year ago, it works GREAT and runs beautiful. I will continue to use Gold Star Plumbing and Drain for all my plumbing and gas needs.

They gave me an estimate and did the work in a fast efficient way. They cleaned up after themselves and asked if there was anything they could do before they left.I was very impressed and would use them again. Vincent and Kole were the men who performed the work.

Fantastic experience! Clay Komos, the local Prescott Plumber came out within an hour after calling their local number.. Our kitchen sink was clogged up. My efforts to clear it were unsuccessful. Clay quickly assessed the problem and had the knowledge, and state of the art equipment to solve our issue. Pricing was reasonable. I was so impressed with Clay, and the Gold Star customer service standards I signed up for their Annual Membership of Benefits (highly recommend it). Solid Plumber, High Ethics, High Standards, Competitive Pricing and Excellent Reputation convinced me .

Our kitchen sink backed up. They were able to get Clay out within an hour of contacting them. He had to come back when we discovered the blockage was worse than thought, but all told it took a combined 2 hours. Clay was helpful, showed and explained everything he was doing and why, and gave tips and advice for the future. Highly recommend.

Today Corbin installed a new toilet tank at my home and I am pleased with his work. I truly received Gold Star service. The day he and his assistant arrived to give me an estimate, they were polite and friendly and took the time to make sure I was getting the correct tank, lid and accessory parts. When Corbin returned today to install the tank, he wore booties to protect my floors, finished quickly, tested flushing the toilet and left my home cleaner than he found it. I will hire Gold Star again when I need any plumbing service.

I called Gold Star because of their 5 star rating and was not disappointed. The lady setting up service was polite and set up an appointment for the next day. We received an appointment window from 11am-2pm and then received a confirmation call at 1030 am because our plumber was on the way. All of this alone screams professionalism, but our plumber (Corbin) took our customer service to the next level. He explained the issues we were having and promptly fixed each one. He was also extremely courteous and professional. We were not pressured to join a membership and didnt feel like we were being pressured to empty the checkbook. This can not be said for other plumbing companies we have used in this area. We will only be using Gold Star for any future plumbing issues. In all honesty, this company has earned all of the 5 Star reviews they have received. Thank you Gold Star plumbing!

Nothing like a leak the week of New Years…. Clayton came right out, knew what to fix and how. He spent the majority of the day at our home re-routing our washing machine so everything would function properly. He showed us what he was doing every step of the way and cleaned up a lot of dry wall before leaving.

This was after another plumbing company came out and tried to snake the blockage but were unable to clear the blockage and still charged 700.00 for an unsuccessful attempt. After talking with Vincent, Goldstar would not have done that to us. The communication from front office to the techs was wonderful. They texted and emailed links to us so we could see when the technician would arrive. The 2 young men who showed up here were extremely professional and understood their jobs very well. Goldstar gets the highest recommendation from my wife and myself!!!

Our hot water heater had a leak on Friday. The plumber I called never showed up. Now it’s Saturday, the same problem, I called several plumbing companies with no response. Gold star plumbing took my call and was out within the hour. Corbin was the plumber he was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to put in a new hot water heater. I gladly recommend him and Gold Star Plumbing for their quick response and hiring people with skills

Called Gold Star Plumbing to find cause of possible under concrete slab water leak. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and made a thorough check of where water leak was located. It was not a water leak under the concrete floor but a leak from a newly installed walk in shower.The technician, Clay Komos, did an excellent job locating leak and recommended a restoration company to assess damage for repair. I recommend Clay to perform any plumbing work and give honest answers to all questions customers may have about cost of repairs, etc. Also, Clay did a followup call the next day as to his work and for the status was for repairs/restoration. Water leak was repaired by the original contractor and Im awaiting what their warranty includes for restoration.

Gold Star Plumbing sent Clay today after the drain pipes under the kitchen sink failed snd all the water drained into the cabinet and across the floor. It was a quick response and he explained what had happened and what he’d need to do to fix it. It was actually two separate issues. He was respectful and answered my questions. He worked hard and though one of the old pipes was rusted away the joint and had to be sawed apart, he got it done. I’ll be referring friends and family to Gold Star and will share my experience of the professionalism Clay showed in taking care of this. It’s an old apartment with old plumbing. Thank you!

The turnoff valves required replacement and he showed us the valves that required placement.He made sure that the work area was clean and when entering in and out of the house to assure no dirt was tracked in or around the work site.Overall, Gold Star Plumbing was very professional and verified the appointment the prior to day, contacted us prior to Corbin arriving at the house, and was on time as scheduled.Very satisfied with the work and company. Clay came out last week to check on our hot water heater and the leak from our pressure relief valve. After a check on our water supply system we found out that our main pressure regulator was bad and our cut off valve was frozen. He wrote up an estimate that also included installation of my hot water recirculating system. This week we had Clay come out and perform the all the work. Clay was on time, courtesy, and took pride his work. Needless to say we are very happy with Gold Star plumbing and their employees! The owner Mike should be proud of his staff and their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I am so grateful for Clay and Goldstar! After my parents experienced a house fire a year ago, they had a lot of plumbing issues during the rebuild. Lucky for my mom, Clay stepped up with others from Goldstar. They located several leaks and breaks and fixed them when another company said they couldnt. They got the house to pass inspection, and my mom is finally almost back in her home! They also donated a lot of the work so she wouldnt have to pay as much. Needed a blockage cleared and Clay was able to come out within an hour to do the job. Communication from initial contact through completion was excellent. Call out fee was $79 and when Clay arrived he was already aware of the info I gave the front office but still took the time to observe the issues to fully understand the job.From there, he determined the plumbing needed to be snaked to external access point of the septic. Pricing for the electric snake was $367 which I would only need to pay if the blockage was confirmed clear. He then stress tested both problem drains and did additional flushing until they were draining perfectly.Throughout he took time to answer my questions and kept the area clean. I felt like he treated my home like his own.

Clay and Kole came to the house to install a new toilet and garbage disposal that I had already purchased. It turned out that the toilet I purchased could not be mounted so they contacted Home Depot, packed up the toilet, took it back and exchanged it for one that would be compatible. They also encountered some other technical issues installing the new toilet, but solved the issued and finished the install. I could not be happier with the outstanding service Clay and Kole performed while at my house. They kept me informed on every minor issue and Clay is returning to my house to ensure everything is perfect.

Outstanding in all respects. A++Corbin came the next business day after I called and instantly diagnosed the problem. Living here for 15 years I wasnt sure how to turn off the house water (we have a complicated well system) and had made multiple mistakes in the past trying to do so.Within 5 minutes he had it figured out and was moving in on the plumbing problem (a leaking frost free faucet embedded in stucco with no easy access).As he described to me the various options ranging from simple to complex I began to realize that I might be able to do this repair on my own. But I needed guidance.Corbin proceeded to educate me on how I might repair this issue (and repair all future such issues should they emerge) calmly, clearly, and with good humor.He was good-natured, funny, engaging, professional, courteous, competent, and, speaking as a professional teacher, he was a natural educator. By the time he left I was well on my way to completing the repair with his clear guidance and if it works I hope to avoid the pricey alternatives. If my repair gives way, Ill certainly call Gold Star to come back and ask specifically for Corbin because I cant imagine a better professional service then gold star and Corbin.When I read his bio he said that he loves to take complicated and troubling situations and convert them into good news. That is precisely the experience I had. I went from dreading the situation and freaking the worst to feeling confident and knowledgeable about my house and my plumbing. And, my repair is working!The modest and fair price I paid for the house call was well worth the boost in knowledge and confidence I now have in my own home (not to mention the fixed problem)... after 15 years, I now know what plumber Ill be using when I need one from this point forward.
