Contacted Perry And explained exactly what I needed to have done as I was installing a water softener. Explained that I needed to verify that the wind that was there was actually a drain line. Perry came out and spent an hour verified everything 3 different ways to ensure that this was the case. He definitely is a pleasure to deal with does a wonderful job and has a positive wonderful attitude and most importantly was on time period keep up the great work.

Perry was quick to respond to our service call, punctual, polite, professional - and he avoided creating any unnecessary damage during diagnostic procedure thanks to his skill and special equipment. We just moved into our house less than a year ago - turns out we didn’t have a leak, but only residual water damage. My husband and I were so relieved, and deeply appreciated his honesty.

Water bill increased dramatically, but there was no signs of a leak. Plumber referred me to Prescott Utility Locating. Perry showed up on time. Did some quick checks and found the problem with in an hour. Turns out one of the toilets had a bad float valve. Perry was great, very professional and honest. Rare qualities these days. What I thought would be a repair in the Thousands was just under $200. Would highly recommend Prescott Utility Locating.
