    We moved into our home and had several plumbing projects including a replacement for our water heater and a leak in our propane tank. Mike suggested a tankless option and prioritized his schedule to fix our gas leak! We LOVE the tankless (we had never owned one). His attention to detail was great and he’s always been prompt, responded to our urgency and his professionalism was always #1.

    Pine Country plumbing did a great job for us while we were remodeling a bathroom. Mike came over and discussed several options with us, his honesty and knowledge of the profession was apparent from our first meeting. Mike maintained excellent communication with us throughout the remodel and always was available when we had questions. Mike and his crew were always professional and prompt. We really could not have asked for better service, honest price and quality work. We will be reaching out again soon as our hot water heater is starting to fail.

    I am extremely happy with the quality of work that Pine Country Plumbing performed and their exceptional service. I called to schedule an appointment to get two blocked toilets fixed and a leaky shower. I spoke with Mike and he was able to get me an appointment the very next day. I’ve had such poor service from other plumbing companies in the past with scheduling and communication. Not only did Mike and Brad keep their promise & arrived at my scheduled time but they also called and let me know they were in route which gave me peace of mind. Mike and Brad showed up and were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They did a thorough review were able to diagnose the problems with my toilets and shower. In just a day I was able to be have functioning toilets and a shower again; which we all know for a family of 4 is crucial. I can’t thank Mike and Brad enough for their professionalism, friendliness, and exceptional work. If you want someone that is trustworthy, reliable, personable and has 25+ years in the business, I HIGHLY recommend Pine Country Plumbing. You will NOT be disappointed.

    Mike and his son Riley fixed our leaky faucets and upgraded the hardware and hoses that were out of date. They also shared a short list of things to keep an eye on in our older home. Highly recommend Pine Country Plumbing!

    Mike from Pine Country Plumbing is a TOP NOTCH plumber in Prescott. I reached out to him on a Saturday morning after trying 3 other companies who wanted to charge an emergency call fee of over $250 for a simple 15 minute fix under the sink at one of my rental properties. Luckily Mike understood what needed to be done and was just wrapping up another job a few mile away and said he could stop by on his way to his next job. He was prompt, professional, and didnt charge me a weekend rate since it was a quick job! Thanks for taking care of my tenant!! He is my GO-TO plumber for all future needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone wanting an honest plumber willing to go above and beyond for his customers.

    Wonderful service and customer service Id highly recommend to anyone. Mike came out for what I thought was a gas leak by my fireplace. Turns out the pipe just needed tightening. He fixed my issue and didnt end up charging me. I would absolutely use his company again in the future. Thank you!!

    Called Mike to get a quote on completing our master bath remodel to install 2 vessel sinks and complete the plumbing. So glad we did. Mike was very prompt on calling back and coming right out to quote the job and we hired him immediately. Not only was he the best price his work is impeccable.     We recently had Pine Country out to repair a leaking kitchen sink drain that required cutting into a wall and working in the crawlspace under our home. This was the second time we had used their services. Once again we were totally satisfied.     Mike took on the task of replacing my main water line including a 75’ PEX run from the end of the driveway by the meter to the cabin. He also installed a hose bib by the deck. Despite getting rained out by the storm, he finished the job to perfection! Brad also assisted with the trenching portion, as well as Mike’s son Riley! They work hard and do an exceptional job. Would highly recommend these professionals for all your plumbing needs. Kudos to Pine Country Plumbing for a job well done!
