We had water back up from our kitchen sink, kind of emergency. I called Roto Rooter. The lady who answered my call is very friendly and professional. After my call, The service technician Ryan arrived our house in a hour. He is very polite and professional, he has a charming personality. He checked my kitchen drain then gave me the price . He worked very carefully and professionally. After the job was done successfully, he cleaned all the kitchen floor. We are very pleased with his work. We will give the company 5 stars, and give Ryan 5+5 stars.

Ryan was fantastic, he went above and beyond to explain all of the intricacies of the issue. He even waited patiently while I was running behind at the bus stop waiting for my kiddo. He then waited patiently once again, while we fished out our rascal cat that snuck into the attic and startled him lol. Our old water heater was removed and he gave me advice on how to upkeep things moving forward. 10/10 highly recommend for all plumbing concerns (and other general inquires surrounding plumbing- I was asking 500 questions and he articulated all of them very well and if he didn’t know the answers, he made sure I had a resource to follow up with)!

Called on a Sunday evening due to draining issues. The technician, Keenan, arrived within an hour of my call for service. They checked the trouble spots and inspected the clean out and ejection pump. After removing roots blocking the pipe and snaking the drains everything was flowing properly again. Keenan made sure to test the pump, show me the clean out location, and the area where the roots were causing a blockage so I knew what to troubleshoot for the future. Quick, friendly, and professional service!

Mr. G came out to clog a simple drain. Upon further investigation we found a broken/rusted pipe under my house. Water was leaking into my crawl space. Mr. G was able to repair the pipe and allowed us to use our kitchen area. Even though the job became a bigger deal, he kept telling me that he wouldn’t leave my family with an issue without it being resolved

Ryan Benkenstein was the name of the plumber that arrived to deal with a clogged main sewer line. I was very pleased with how detailed he was about what he needed to do and how he was going to do it. Above and beyond clearing the sewer line, the service was terrific, very professional and he provided tips along the way that are beneficial to know to minimize the impact of having another clogged sewer line in the future. I felt that Roto-Rooter was fortunate to have him as an employee/company representative.

Mr Garnet from Roto-Rooter showed up in less time than predicted by the company. This was great. He assessed the issues and let me know how much would be involved to repair. He was friendly, up front and transparent about cost and time. He was efficient and effective. He worked around the needs of my elderly parent and the house with young kids in it. There were no surprises and watching him work, I was confident in that he was doing his best and that he was knowledgeable. He let us know that the quality of previous installations were not as they should have been. We would use RR again especially if we could get Mr Garnet. He was funny too in the face of a tough job and at the end of the day. He cleaned up well after he worked, and he didnt leave any debris. We appreciate his expertise, the pleasure and pride he took in his work. Rare in this environment. Thank you Mr Garnet.The only issue is that one of the toilets seems to have running water sound that may be in the tank as it is on a different level now after the repair. This started a few hours after the work was done. I am not sure how to proceed with getting this resolved, but we are happy overall with work done.

My kitchen sink was clogged with standing water and I was anxious to get it fixed. Keenan was amazing!!! He was so professional! After introducing himself and letting me know how he was going to address the clog, he went right to it. His preparedness showed, something I have not always dealt with with other plumbers, making me have extreme faith in the company. He efficiently resolved the clog and was so thorough. The 1st tech cut the pipes and applied a fix. He didn’t have any parts so he went to the store to buy them and we were charged for that trip to the store per my conversation with the tech. Total price $600 for the fix. The next day the pipe starts leaking again and a 2nd tech comes out, applies a fix to one of the pipes. The next day both of the pipes the 1st tech fixed caused a huge leak and water everywhere in garage. I call and customer service gets me the Mgr to call me. This was a Sunday and 10pm and of course they had no one to come out until Monday morning. He understood the frustration and offered to give us a discount in the invoice we already paid but he had tech that would be able to solve the issue if we could just wait a little longer on Monday. Now the tech that came Monday should have been the 1st person that came out because he understood exactly how to fix the issue.Update 5/6: I would like to say that Ryan called me this morning and was very accommodating with fixing the original issue on my review. I appreciate the call and knowing that they actually read the reviews and are willing to correct any issues.

If you schedule online be sure to call and confirm your appointment. Mine got lost in the system and my tech didn’t show in the desired window. However, once I called, they got someone out immediately.Once on site, Ryan did an amazing job with our sump pump replacement, and it wasn’t an easy job. We had an unusual size basin and piping that wasn’t up to code, not to mention it was raining the entire time. He completed the job within 24hrs, had clear communication throughout the process, addressed my concerns, and gave me such peace of mind before I had to leave for a conference. Will definitely use again if I run into any plumbing issues!

The service we received was top-tier. On the first day, a plumber arrived at our home and worked for several hours, but was unable to solve issue. He assured us that they will come back in the morning and attempt again with some different tactics. On the second day, another plumber arrived promptly first thing in the morning and was quick to figure out the problem. He worked extremely quickly to fix our issue and walked us through some additional things to do after he left. Root-Rooter provides an honest service. We were originally quoted for an amount that was higher, but the quote was reduced because on the second day, the plumber found an easier way to fix the issue. I would recommend Roto-Rooter, they were very respectful and provided great service for us in an emergency. We would be happy to use their service again if we experience issues with our plumbing in the future.

Roto Rooter responded quickly to my emergency call after a pin hole leak started to cause water to drip from my ceiling. The investigator came out first to check how far the moisture spread and help me through the process of starting the insurance claim. The plumber arrived later and determined he would need more material to fix the leak properly. He came back the next day as it was late in the evening when he arrived. The fix itself took less than an hour. The mitigation team came the day after with dehumidifiers and took moisture readings down from 99% to 4% in the wall after a few days. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone dealing with water damage, especially for emergency response.

Johnathan arrived quickly and did a wonderful job. This was on a holiday weekend as well, so I was very impressed with how quickly this company responded. I had sewage back up into my bathtub, the toilet was clogged, and I could not use my dishwasher as that made things worse. Johnathan diagnosed the problem and fixed it within only a couple of hours. He also made sure I understood exactly what he was going to do and why. I also appreciate that this company doesnt charge you unless they can fix the problem, which they did. The cost of the work they did was not outrageous either.
