If you are tired of itchy skin and funky drinking water, I would highly recommend East Coast Water Quality for your home’s water treatment system! We were on the fence about purchasing a water softening and reverse osmosis system because it is an investment, but we have no regrets about our purchase. Our skin feels moisturized right out of the shower and the drinking water is wonderful. I was shocked to see how little soap we need for cleaning now. I thought the sales rep was exaggerating, but he was not! I would like to applaud ECWQ for their customer-driven service. During installation, the plumber accidentally damaged our door, but the owner of the company took full accountability and made sure our door was replaced. To me, that was huge. Accidents can happen when it comes to work being done in your home and knowing the company you chose to do the work will make the repairs when those accidents occur is a major relief. If you are even thinking about water softening systems, call and have someone come test your water for free. You will probably be surprised how harsh your water may be.

My wife and I have had protector 2 series whole house water filter system, and it has made life so much more comfortable. Our eyes dont sting after getting out of the shower, and our skin doesnt feel dry a few minutes later. Washing dishes is uses less soap than before, and there are no limescale spots on glasses. Overall quality of life has simply been improved since the upgrade

This company is fantastic!! Our tech has been great, really informative and professional. The water has been amazing. We just got our Westinghouse July 2018 and we noticed the difference immediately. I had a really great experience with the company overall especially the manager Matt. When they came to install the filter for the whole house they went out of their way to make sure it was installed where we wanted it and even got a shed for it to sit in for it being outsidse.After the installation, our hot water heater broke mechanically but Matt and the company immediately took full responsibility and paid for the cost of the new part and the tech coming out and installing it. Would definitely recommend the company to anyone who wants the feeling of clean water

I never understood the damage that my water was doing to my body. Not only were the representatives very knowledgeable, they were able to explain how the quality of water affects everything. Since weve gotten the system installed, Ive saved about 50% on laundry soap, body wash, lotion, dish soap and cleaners. Their customer service is amazing and they follow up with customers to schedule reinspections on the regular to make sure the system is still working. The testing is done in home so the customer can see the results themselves. I recommend this company to EVERYBODY!

The filtration system they installed is up and running. After having grown up on a natural spring water source, Ive never quite been able to get past the smell or taste of city water even moving around the country numerous times. This system has managed to return me to my childhood years of clean, delicious, pure water and I couldnt have hoped for more out of any system! The reason for my downgraded rating has to do with the sale of the equipment itself. During the buying process we were offered a deal that we later found was not accurate when the finance company called us and provided the terms and interest rate of the loan. Now heres the most interesting part. We contacted our salesman to explain what the finance company told us. After an hour or so, he contacted us back and admitted he had made a mistake and would work to fix the issue. The following day his supervisor contacted us directly and also apologized for the mix up but understood that it was his salesman that had ultimately made the error and wanted to help us to get the deal we originally signed up for. He ended up moving some numbers around, rebate wise, and managed to lower the overall price of the equipment enough that the financing would balance out to match the deal we originally agreed to. So while there was certainly some room for improvement in the up front sales portion, I feel that its becoming more and more rare to find either a salesperson or even a company that will actually admit fault and stand up to take responsibility for a mistake they made. My hats off to my salesman and East Coast Water Quality for doing just that and so far I am completely satisfied with my purchase!

After the water system was installed, it wasnt even a week later that he stopped itching and chewing.I have eczema, and it flared up horribly after moving into the house. He was very professional and knowledgable about water quality.Rob installed my system, and he was also very professional. Ive had their water softer unit and R450 under sink filtration units installed in my Norfolk home for a year now and they both run flawlessly. The salesman who sold me the units was very informative, friendly, and showed first hand with basic water tools how much additives were in the tap water here. I did have one issue with the install, about four months after the main drainage hose that was connected to the PVC drain pipe under my house came loose and caused some damage, this was fixed and after speaking to the office manager and owner Chris, we mutually rectified the situation. The issue was in no direct fault of the businesses, the plumbers assistant did not make the connection properly. I cannot stress enough the otherwise high quality of the hardware and business itself, no one is perfect but as a small business owner, Chris went beyond the reach to ensure my questions were answered and I was taken care of as a result of the issue. In turn he has earned my business for the long haul. The Westinghouse units that are installed are unique to ECWQ as they are the only reps in the area who offer these high grade machines, you may pay a bit more than other places, but the quality is incomparable to anything else on the market. Not even bottled water is filtered to this extent. Whether you have well water, city water, hard, or soft, these machines fix any imperfections from the source and make your drinking water not only safe, but enjoyable. Factor in the costs of driving to exchange water bottles, purchasing bulk water, filters, etc, I have done the math and the costs paid up front do not come close to the total costs of doing it yourself. ECWQ is an outstanding example of what small businesses should strive to be, Chris along with his tech John, were some of the most friendly men Ive worked with locally. You will no be displeased with your services.

East Coast Water Quality did a good number on our household water supply. We had our water tested and the results were catastrophic. We live in Hampton and our water was apparently horrible. We had the water filtration system installed as well as the water tap that gets installed beside the sink. We went from 127 PPM in water to 6 PPM in water. Better than Dasani water. The water tester was really nice and answered all questions I had, and the crew that came for installation was incredibly nice and answered questions I had as well. It is a little costly, but it lasts for life, we can take it wherever we go, and its worth the money. I would recommend it.
