Words cannot even begin to describe how THANKFUL and IMPRESSED I am by Jimmy and Barrys determination to get to the root of my plumbing issue. Between the weather conditions they were up against and the knee deep griminess of the job. They did it with a smile and advised me of best practices to avoid the possibilities of this problem arising in the near future. The price was beyond reasonable for the job they were up against. If you want quality work done at a great price. Ellsworth plumbing is the folks you should call!!!

What top notch service and top notch technicians!!! I am so pleased with the price, the service, and the friendliness. I had a toilet shut off valve that was leaking in my upstairs bathroom. They fixed it easily and went above and beyond by removing the toilet for me and taking it downstairs and out to the curb for me. I needed the toilet removed because I suspected the flange was broken causing another leak that traveled through the downstairs ceiling. My hubby and I are self-made handy people and will tackle installing the new toilet ourselves. But for plumbing problems we cant tackle, Ellsworth Plumbing & Heating is definitely my new plumbing company!

Professional and funny phone receptionist made me laugh and not worry about my leak issue. Very polite and respectful technicians who actually explain what the issue your having and ways to possibly prevent it from occurring. They arrived within the time stated and came prepared to answer all of my 1000 questions and concerns. I thought my guest bath tube was causing the issue but once the guys took measurements, investigated inside and outside of my home they told me the issue was in fact my master bedroom toilet 🤦🏽‍♂️. I will definitely be using these guys for any plumbing and heating issues I have with any one of my properties.

Very professional and easy service. The two man team arrived ahead of schedule. They assessed the problem, quoted me the price, and went straight to work. The water heather needed to be replaced. Their preparation was top notch and they cleaned up when they were done…you couldn’t tell they were here if I didn’t tell you. My appointment time was 1 to 4, they called at 11:20am, letting me know they would arrive early, and was finished by 2:30pm. I clicked, “save” in my contacts for go to contractors ;-)

I called this company when my hot water heater broke and I had gone down the list of other plumbers calling to try and get it fixed and all of them told me it would be weeks. Thank goodness, they were quick to come out and take a look at what I needed and had a hot water heater with them. Once they arrived they let me know that my hot water heater was under warranty and that I could get a replacement at no cost. They handled the warranty side and I had a new hot water heater a few days later. The minute they told me about the warranty I knew I had found a good company because they could have charged me more and I would never have known. The two gents who came out to help went above and beyond answering any questions I had and did quick work. Ellsworth plumbing will be the only ones I call anytime I have a plumbing need in the future.

I have used Ellsworth for several repairs around my house including snaking pipes, adding an access channel to the pipe, and replacing a hot water heater.
