    Bell Cow was fantastic. Mike Dawson was very professional and answered all my questions before beginning work. He did a great job at a fair price. The repair fixed my water issues and I cant say enough good things about this company and Mike. If you need any work done call them. Im going to call them to see about an HVAC contract next. They replaced my water supply line to my house and its awesome to know that good people still exist. Im not always the easiest person to deal with I asked a ton of questions and Mike was patient and answered everything.

    Bell Cow was fantastic! Our A/C died on July 4th (on of the hottest days within the hottest weeks this summer) Our home warranty originally tried to get appointments with two other closer/local companies who said it would be more than 2 weeks before they could even come out for an initial appointment. Third time was the charm, Bell Cow said they could be here within 48 hours! Sam came all the way from NC but arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem (blower motor died) and let me know that as soon as they could get approval from our home warranty theyd be back to fix it. Normally this process takes a couple days, not this time! Sam must have contacted his office before leaving my driveway, because the information was submitted to the warranty company less than an hour later and approved before the end of day! We had a to wait a couple of days for the part but as soon as it was available, Sam was back and had the A/C running in no time! Amazing company, and Sam is a fantastic tech! Id give them 6 stars if available! Thank you!

    Outstanding service, it had been over 95 degrees for 4 days and my upstairs felt like 100+. They not only replaced the compressor they also cleaned and serviced both units to ensure everything was in good working order. Very professional service. TJ and Kyle were perfect in every way when doing the crawl seal (checking the 6 vents) around the perimeter of my home as well as sealing needed areas with caulking.     My technician, Joseph Dziagwa, came out the same morning and quickly replaced our capacitor before the heat of the day, making our house comfortable, especially before the weekend. He made sure to answer every question I had, and offered some tips on how to ease the life of the capacitor moving forward. I couldnt recommend enough.

    I would highly recommend Bell Cow, sister company of Terminix over and over again. My husband and I recently closed on a home where somethings had not been taken care of in our attic/crawlspace previously by the seller and Terminix /Bells Cow stepped right in and did everything that was needed and more at a low price. I cannot thank them enough for the work that was done and in such a quick manner including complimentary services offered due to our ordeal.     I am giving 5 stars because of the gentleman I talk to over the phone. He was very professional and understanding. I was frustrated, which was misdirected to Bell Cow when it was really with my home warranty(AHS). We all know how home warranties are when its time to take care of something finally and they need to pay. I have to pay $4,414 out of pocket. Yes, I was hot! All in all, the gentleman was very patient and helpful, explaining to me what was going on n very understanding of my frustration with a warranty company. I have not had the work completed, but I will in another week. I will update my review on the actual HVAC being installed.

    The guys Josh and his coworker, worked hard to replace our 52 year old HVAC system.     What amazing customer service!!! Bell Cow came out here to do what we thought was just sealing up the hole in the attic for squirrels. Talk about going above & beyond!!! Bell Cow came to our house with four vans ready to work! They sealed the holes,put up trim on bottom, side of our house, covered the dryer vent, & cleaned out a gutter! My mom was brought to tears for their kindness, professionalism, & thoughtfulness. Little did they know my mom is battling stage four cancer, & this was one less thing she has to worry about. Thank you to the six man crew, & special thank you to Ryan, & Tj! We will forever be loyal & use only Bell Cow services when needed.. Thank you Bell Cow!

    I had a window installed by Bell Cow after another company never completed original job. They were extremely professional. Rick, Tony, and Mike did a fantastic job! It was not an easy job and needed to match a coorsponding wondow put in by original company. They went over and above to achieve the similar look, but in a way better way. Wish I had know about Bell Cow originally 6 months ago and had them do both. Highly recommend - give them 5 stars and more if I could.

    I had 2 very positive experiences with Bell Cow Construction Department (thanks especially to Rick) - so, I thought I would give the Plumbing Department a try. Again, I was not disappointed. I was very impressed with Mike Dawson and Christian Adams. From the time that I opened my front door, I saw big smiles on their faces. Very courteous, yet friendly and very professional. They made me feel at ease right away, like they were my next door neighbors ready to help and fix any plumbing issues I may have. From start to finish, whatever questions I asked them, they answered without showing signs of impatience or irritation (I did bother them a few times with questions). I was very satisfied with the finished products - performance was above and beyond what is expected. Thanks, Bell Cow for having such good employees. Price for all the work done was very reasonable. I hope not to have problems any time soon, but I know who to call without hesitation.

    I love Bell Cow Service. They are fast, friendly, helpful, and professional. My husband and I had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Our lines were clogged. They un clogged it and no more leaks. We have used them before. They did maintenance on our AC & Heat. Also, they replaced our thermostat, that is easy to operate the Honeywell :)

    Bell Cow technician Chris came out to diagnose an issue with my AC blowing heat regardless of whether the AC or the heat was on. We tried everything and couldnt figure it out. Chris was on time, nice, and thorough in ensuring that his diagnosis was correct. Even when he was 99% sure he knew what the problem was he took the extra time to make sure he was 100%. The problem was a faulty Nest thermostat. I contacted Google since the Nest was relatively new and they needed documentation to prove that it was the Nest and not something else. I contacted Bell Cow requesting it and by the end of the day I had what I needed from Chris to prove to Google that it was their product that was causing my issue and they replaced it under warranty. I cannot say enough good things about Chris. So nice and patient with me. My husband usually handles these things but could not be here. Would definitely recommend.

    I read reviews in which HVAC Tech, Chris, was praised. Today our Bell Cow Tech was Chris who I requested. He is personable, experienced (22 yrs) and informative. Previously on homeowner warranty work Chris found and corrected the issue right away which was caused by a Michael & Sons tech on 04.04.22.Chris told me of three things that I could do to help our HVAC and I did.At that time Bell Cow was contracted to us through First American Home Warranty who we have had many years on various homes.Chris noted Bell Cow had a maintenance agreement that I knew was a third of the amount I was paying Michael & Sons.Chris recently returned under the Bell Cow maintenance Agreement for Fall PM/Check up.I appreciate the responsiveness and acceptance of responsibility to help us keep our system functional.

    We originally had Bell Cow out for some contract work thru Terminex. They detected a problem with a hole in an HVAC hose and stated that it could be fixed just give them a call when we were ready for the repair. We knew there was an issue but hadn’t gotten around to having it fixed yet. The turnaround time for our repair was extremely quick considering the weather lately. Chris and his associate were extremely friendly and fast with the repair. The price for the repairs was a great value based on other estimates I received Tabitha in the office was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We will be using them for any other services we need. Thanks for a great job everyone!

    This company was contracted out by Terminix because we have roof rats. Bell Cow came out to seal up outdoor areas where rats could potentially get in the house. During the installation of the cheesy (no pun intended) exclusion devices they broke two corners of siding on our house. These exclusion devices didnt even cover the gaps completely, leaving plenty of room for a rat to squeeze in. The employees were kind, but apparently lazy.*Update: I was contacted by Jamie from Bell Cow not long after leaving the review above. Jamie promptly scheduled an inspection by one of their quality control associates, Ryan. Ryan completed the inspection within 24 hours of mine & Jamies conversation. Ryan assured me that his team would be out on another day to repair the two damaged corners with matching-color corner caps. I was then contacted by another Bell Cow associate, Christine, within an hour of Ryans inspection. Christine scheduled repairs the following Tuesday. I have not worked with Bell Cow in the past, but after all of this, I believe the damage caused during the initial visit is uncommon. Based on their urgency to correct this incident, I believe this company truly appreciates their clients & strives for satisfaction. Thank you, Bell Cow!

    I used Bell Cow through my home warranty. I was fortunate to get Mike Dawson out to service my plumbing issue. Not only did he find the problem, but he fixed it within 15 minutes! He didn’t try to do any extra work to make it seem like the problem was bigger than it was. He explained the issue to me thoroughly! This is definitely a company with integrity that does good work.     Bell Cow is a wonderful company. They were contracted out to me through First American Home Warranty. The gentleman Mike gave me a courteous call when he was on his way and he was on time. He came out checked the hot water heater, sure enough it was gone. Mike said it would have to be ordered and he would be the one to return to install it. I knew that would take time and patience. Their customer service was great. The phone was answered each time i called and the ladies i spoke to were nice, pleasant and professional.The day of installation, Mike called and he was right on time. I was very impressed and 100% satisfied. I give Bell Cow 5 stars plus.

    I had an issue with my air vent. Mathew from Bell Cow called me before arriving. He was on time, friendly, skilled, and efficient. Fixed my vent. He even checked under my house and saw that the person who installed my HVAC system did not correctly place the flexible duct, and he corrected it. How thoughtful and kind! An ultimate professional.     Our HVAC went out and Bell Cow responded quickly to our call. Received a quote much less than competitors and Bell Cow scheduled service promptly once we called and gave them the go ahead. Very happy with our new unit and nest thermostat. Butch was very professional and knowledgeable and a huge help in getting us up and running. Best news, Bell Cow can service boilers, which is impossible to find in the area. If you absolutely love your baseboard heat or dont have it in your budget to make the change to forced air, these are your guys!!! Thank you for hard work and commitment to making us happy!

    C.J. came out and quoted us far less than the 3 other estimates we received for significant structural moisture damage on both the front and back porches. He was thorough and fully explained the extent of the repairs that needed to happen. Cant thank CJ enough for the help. Once we decided to go with this company (easy decision), they were very flexible with my schedule and the team that came out (Ryan, Mike H. and Rick) knocked out a pretty extensive job in 2 days. They were extremely professional and cleaned up everything when they were done while working non-stop throughout the day. Honestly this could not have gone better, a huge relief for us as we have plenty of other things to worry about.     Had an unknown issue with my attic main unit for the past 3 days..Through my home warranty service, I was directed to MSC/Bell Cow, of whom Ive never used..On that 3rd day, they dispatched Chris, a little after 2 PM, on time despite an obviously long day for him..He was very pleasant, informative, and I was assured and put at ease with his experience and professionalism, in that he very quickly diagnosed the problem, a bad motor capacitor, which he had in stock and replaced, problem solved..5 stars out of 5 for this company, and also for Chris, whom I will be asking for specifically should I run into any issues going forward..Many gracious thanks to all..

    Two gentlemen arrived on time as promised and promptly began resolving the issues they came to correct. They were polite, efficient and pleasant to have come to my home to work. They replaced about 35 feet of missing flashing from a previous company’s total reshingle roof job. They also removed, adjusted and replaced a 12 foot section of flashing.

    The technicians from the Fayetteville shop were attentive to questions and concerns, the only ones of a number other companies to make a bid, to examine old unit, research serial number and provide some history of unit and actually crawl under the house to inspect existing duct work for its condition.It was recommended giving age and condition that replacement would be best route.Told it would take a few days to aquire the new equipment.A week or so I was notified equipment was in and at my earliest convenience theyd be able to install it.At the end of the next day they had removed old unit and thermostat and replaced it with new.I felt they were helpful, efficient and professional providing me with what they said they would do when they said they would do it.

    I would highly recommend! They were on time and only took them 20 minutes for them to fix my problem! Tony and his partner were very sweet!     Our homes HVAC system after renovation was an under-powered heat-pump that couldnt fully cool the new second floor. The first company quoted us a more powerful heat-pump. Bell Cow techs quoted a zoning system to redirect air to the second floor instead of installing a higher-powered system, and it worked fantastically. The work was difficult and the techs had to stay a bit late, but they got the job done and they did it very well. Now my kids get to sleep in treated air. Highly recommended. Theyre the guys that will go the extra mile for quality.

    Professional across the board. The tech, Chris, is probably the most experienced professional I’ve come across. There are many variables to a single/over arching problem and Chris is great at breaking the problem down to figuring it out(like an investigator)…I know this b/c I stood over his shoulder the whole time, trying to help in any way that I could and to learn a bit as a homeowner….he was great at explaining things and methodically working through the issue at hand. There were a few different things going on with my unit that easily could have been part of the bigger issue. From leaks, to a dry filter, to a control board, we’ve stepped through a few of these variables and hope that the problem is resolved….if not, then I’m confident Bell Cow and Chris can get it figured once and for all. There are a lot of bad companies out there, this is NOT one of them. Bell Cow has been great at scheduling and the response time from Tabitha in getting the tech/Chis here and working with me as the customer has been a refreshing experience thus far.

    I was in dire need of a new AC because my insurance company didn’t want to replace my old one because “it still worked”, but it was costing me $300 and $400 a month to cool and heat my house each month. So I called Home Depot last year for a quote. They were horrible. The guy they sent was very aggressive, I’m a salesman by the way and his pitch was trash and prices were outrages. Well after a year of crazy high bills and the insurance company fixing pieces of the AC, not the whole thing. I went to Lowes and they referred me to Bell Cow. An employee by the name of Richard (Butch) Lancaster came out to give me a quote for a new one. He worked with me and my budget and got me a unit at a price I could afford. He said he could have it installed this week and that’s exactly what he did even with the COVID-19 pandemic going on. I am forever grateful for his professionalism and understanding of my needs.     I got your business information from my neighbor who’s been your customer for over a year. It’s really hard to find a reliable and trustworthy AC company anymore.     Customer service was responsive and professional.Bell Cow was subcontracted by Terminix to seal my crawl space. They installed aluminum sheathing over my crawl space vents and sealed areas where pipes and wires entered the crawl space with mortar. Rework was required since the vents were not caulked leaving a good size gaps for wildlife to continue entrance. The rework was good and the technician sent appeared to know what he was doing.In summary, it’s lifetime warranty work as long as I live in the house and they stay in business, which is what I use to justify what I paid for the work.

I though I needed new duct work and when Butch (I live in Chesapeake, VA) came out to inspect, he was honest and said I did not need new duct work and explained the actual issue.     The members of the team that was subcontracted by Terminix, were prompt, polite and generally thorough. They explained/reiterated their contracted job, and completed the task, keeping me informed during the process. They were polite, and even double checked that they had completed the job, performing an additional task that I pointed out, which they hadnt seen initially. The only reason that Ive given them 4/5 stars, is because they didnt completely clean up, and altered my fence gate, albeit slightly, in that it wont stay closed. In reality, Im sure they werent aware of that fact; neither was I until the next day. Re: cleanup - there were some rather large pieces of material that they overlooked while cleaning up.I dont mean to sound nitpicky: the rating only allows full stars, not partial/half ratings.

    Advertising does work. I saw a Bell Cow ad on Facebook. I called because the price seemed unreal compared to what I previously had paid for annual spring servicing. My a/c unit is old, but is only used during the summer. Bell Cow Services told me it was still in good shape. He performed exactly the same services for $49 that I have paid as much as $199. The summer is half over and all is well. If something goes wrong, I will call them. They didnt seem to mind that I live in Wakefield. In fact, everyone to whom I spoke welcomed me and my account.     I recently bought my home when I realized my hot water heater wasnt working, I had no hot water. Of course I contacted my Home Warranty company ( 2+...) . They sent me plumbers, HVAC and electricians but none of them handled venting problems. Each and everyone of them told me they couldnt fix it, cause its not their job and/or I need a new heater. During that time a month went by. I called LOWES to inquire about a hot water. So thats when I found out about Bell Cow. Long story short, my service man was Mike Dawson.     Bell Cow is an awesome company! They have quite literally been a lifesaver for my family several times. So glad we signed up for their heating and cooling annual inspections. This past month, they found out we had unsafe levels of carbon monoxide (CO) in our home due to a crack in our furnace heat exchanger. CO a silent killer that takes over 500 lives in the United States each year. And we just learned that the combo smoke detectors with carbon monoxide detectors are worthless. Ours did not protect us because the smoke detector is up high and CO sits low in the room. So even though we bought the detector within the last two years and had fresh batteries, it never warned us.Another time Bell Cow saved my family was two years ago when our home was destroyed by Hurricane Matthew. Gene Kuntz helped us rebuild our home and find contractors during a time when it was hard to get estimates due to so many homes being flooded in our area. If it hadn’t been for Bell Cow, we might have just sold our property after the hurricane rather than fix it back up. Thank you Bell Cow for being there for us! And for always being helpful, caring and professional with everything you do!!!

    Call insurance for our annual check up on our AC units. Within a couple of hours Bell Cow Services contacted me with a next day appointment to come out. Next day service man was at our home even earlier than expected. He was professional, answered all our questions and checked over our units. Now we are ready for the summer!!

    The team did not complete the work on sealing our crawlspace. When I asked to have them back out to follow up, the receptionist, Kayla, was rude, talked over me, and refused to send the team out on guaranteed work for a month later leaving us open to rodent infestation.After posting the review above, the manager, CJ, not only reached out to find out what he could do to rectify my concerns. CJ sent Kyle and James back out to satisfy our requirements. Kyle and James were very professional and courteous. It turned out that Bell Cow was a subcontractor for Terminex. Their was a break in communications regarding the requirements for my job. CJ, Kyle, and James went out of their way to complete the job in a timely and professional manner. CJ is quick to resolve grievances and has exemplary customer service skills. I will continue to do business with Bell Cow and am confident that they will attempt to meet my requirements in the future.

    These guys were sent my way by Terminix to repair some termite damage and I was skeptical at first but when they were done you couldnt even tell that they were there.     We contracted bell cow’s construction division to give a price for repair on moisture damage in a crawl space. This area was found during a home inspection and termite inspection for the sell of a home. CJ from Bell Cow came out ON TIME Inspected the entire crawlspace, and gave our client a written estimate within an hour! The client went with CJ’s estimate over 3 other contractors. The repairs are done and the new homeowner has an even stronger foundation. The sellers of the property couldn’t be happier that the process went so smoothly! We will definitely be using these guys for more estimates in the future.     Live in 1940 ish cape cod for 1year 6mos now. Upstairs attic was remodeled before purchase. Just recently flushed Upstairs toilet and water leaked through downstairs MB ceiling fan.
