I hired Pro-Tech to install a new larger electric panel in my 100 year old house. As with every old house, it ended up not being just the panel. I needed a new meter for the new panel...and....more. They did a great job, communicated with me every step of the way. From estimate to the final inspection. I would definitely hire them again for future electrical work I need.

Ive had work done by Pro-tech several times in the past few years and have had a great experience each time. Pro-Tech is careful to ask the right questions to determine what I actually need (vs what Im asking for) and has been able to provide solutions to problems that are better and less expensive than what I originally had in mind. I would absolutely recommend them.

This was a minor replacement of a breaker which had failed. The technician immediately recognized that the wrong breaker had been installed previously - hence its failure. Wonderful expertise to solve my problem heat pump which has run perfectly ever since.

Oh my heavens - TOP NOTCH experience. The team got back to me immediately to schedule. When they arrived were so friendly and SO knowledgeable. I had a few lighting issues where bulb or units could be replaced as they were no longer in production and the team came up with wonderful alternatives that were super cost efficient. I hope I dont have any electrical problems ever again in my home :) but if I do... Im calling Pro Tech Power for sure!

Weve been using Pro-Tech for 8 years. First for construction of our home and most recently for running power to and wiring a new barn. Dozens of jobs/projects in between, including a Cummins NG generator that has kept our lights on through many power outages.Pro-Tech does quality work. Pro Tech Power came out and moved my breaker box from inside the house to the outside, installed security lights and installed several light fixtures. The guys were very professional: cleaned up after, knew how to change old old wiring to add light switches. I am very satisfied! Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to family and friends!

We had a power outage leaving our home unable to provide oxygen and other medical devices completely dependent on power. Of course it happened on a Sunday. Mike came by to check it for us and said he would be back after checking in with the owner Drew. Drew phoned at 6am and promised me that he would ensure power to be restored in a couple hours. I was extremely grateful. After much work locating the parts and being sold the wrong one, Drew drove the correct part a long distance to ensure he kept his word. I would highly recommend this company, and its employees to anyone. They are diligent, kind, honest and their work is impeccable.Thank you Drew & Mike!!! We really appreciate your effort and kindness.

We were without power for eleven days during an ice storm in February 2021 and we were determined that would never happen to us again [25° and no heat is not livable for us] so I started calling generator companies. Pro-Tech is the only one that responded and immediately sent someone out to give us a quote. They took a look at what we needed, answered all of our questions [and we had a lot!] and made a recommendation. At that time we were told it would be months before they would be able to get stock [we heard this from lots of companies and friends who were also trying to get generators] so we put ourselves on the list and waited. They were finally able to get us a generator [yay!] and sent us a detailed list and pictures of what we needed to do; build a 4 by 4 x 4 gravel pad and get a gas line installed [they also recommended a gas contractor, whom we used]. Pro-tech was responsible for all the electrical installation and the installation of the generator itself. There was a little bump in that the generator itself had a little glitch but Pro-Tech worked with the generator manufacturer [Cummins] and got everything fixed and we passed both the gas and electrical installations with no problem. Pro-Tech came out twice to train us on the start up and monthly test [now set-up as automatic] and were communicative and responsive throughout the process. Very happy with our decision to go with Pro-Tech!

Mike and his team did a great job giving us ideas of lighting for our building prior to installation.
