Falcon responded quickly when 2 of our 10+ year old wired smoke detectors began to give false alarms. New units had different pigtails (of course) so we needed a qualified younger electrician (under 80) to mount the ladder to do the relatively simple job. Adam fit the bill, arrived in the promised time window, was very personable, and wasted little time completing the task within our limited budget. I have added this contractor to my short list of preferred service providers!

Electricians Jonathon & DavidAn enthusiastic Five Stars: I chose Falcon Services in June of ‘24 and Jonathon & David came out to install new outlets in two of my homes. Then, I decided to have them install all new smoke detectors in both homes. Both gentlemen were very adept at their work, respectful of me and my property, professional, answered my questions and kept me abreast of what the job at hand. I’d hire either of these guys again in a heartbeat. They came back out to address a problem today, several months later, that I was having with one of the smoke detectors. The switched it out and spoke with me about what could’ve been causing the problem. At that time, the guys let me vent about my poor customer service experience I’d had with Marla who books the appointments. Here’s that story.One of the new smoke detectors has been going off and I called Falcon because I thought that it might be defective.I’d spoken to Marla who was initially very dismissive and told me to call the gas company once I explained the problem. Then, she said she’s bring it up in their weekly meeting which was a couple of days later and she told me she’d call me back. She didn’t call me back. So, I called back a day after she told me she’d call me back and I asked what could be done about the smoke detector. She told me there’s be a $300+ charge to come out and trouble shoot. I couldn’t believe it because here I’d already spent thousands of dollars. I felt totally dismissed by her. She wasn’t giving me any indication that she wanted to help me and that was upsetting. I asked to speak with the owner and she told me she’d relay that message to him. I said, what’s his name, she told me Scott. I said Scott what? She responded that they don’t give out his last name. Are you kidding me? I found that to be very sketchy. I looked up the business under the Oregon LLC’s and quickly found out what his last name was. Anyway, Scott did call me but I missed him, anyway we did play phone tag and never did connect.To Scott: please give Jonathon & David raises, they are good electricians and very good with customers.Marla needs to be more customer focused. She only upset me with her dismissive attitude when I ran into a problem. If you want customers to come back, the person who is your liaison just genuinely care about the service you’re delivering. Customers can tell otherwise and will spread the word. Your bot Carmen is more courteous. Marla gets 2 stars because I do appressiate her arranging the guys to come out once I called again weeks later. Is it really protocol not to give your (Scott’s) last name when asked? I told the guys that was a first for me and comes off as very shady if that’s true.Jonathon and David are fantastic! I’ll use your service again because of them.

Great technicians...show up on time, clean, and very polite. We needed our electrical panel replaced and all of our plugs and light switches replaced as well. Work was done faster than the time frame they had originally told me and I was able to see the estimate up front and approve it before work was even started. They even informed me that once I signed off on the work to be done that no matter how long it took to complete the estimate would not change. Made me feel at ease since I had a plumber out a few weeks ago he quoted me 2 days of work at one price....job took 4 days and the cost almost doubled by the end.The Falcon technicians (Patrick and Ethan) were very clean and professional and they walked and talked me through everything they did which nade me feel like I had made the right choice of companies.Thry also found a couple if small issues that I hadnt called them out for and fixed those with no added cost. They didnt have to do that.In the end I would highly recommend Falcon services for any and all of your electrical needs. Office staff was amazing. I live in Arizona and recently purchased a mobile home in Oregon for my 84 year old mom. I called Falcon Services to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues we found in the home inspection, and after mom moved in. The office staff and technicians were awesome! They made sure the electrical in the home was safe and working properly. Today, we called them back, because one of the outlets quit working. Mom had workers there and they tripped the GFCI and it just needed to be reset. The Falcon technicians reset it, and inspected her electrical to be sure there werent any other issues. They did this as a courtesy, and spared me the cost of mom not knowing how to do the reset! LOVE this company! I have peace of mind knowing that mom is safe and that Falcon Services has me covered! I highly recommend them!

We had a tricky issue, and Christopher and Corey were tenacious in troubleshooting the issue, and stuck with it until it was resolved. Professional and friendly electricians that installed a smart subpanel, pulled a new 100A feeder through existing underground conduit and installed two new circuits for an electric tankless water heater. They finished the install early and they were prompt in returning to do the water heater electrical connection (once I had the water heater installed). Inspection passed without any issues. I would definitely use them again.

Every single person I interacted with at this company was so wonderful and kind. We had an issue where we needed an outlet fixed ASAP. I called the office and the wonderful woman who helped me was really very nice and was able to get technicians out to me within a couple hours. The technicians showed up and fixed the outlet within minutes. They were also exceedingly kind and sweet. The work was not expensive at all, even with a last minute call. I will 1000% be calling them again for any electrical needs.

After hiring a scam artist on Thumbtack, they were able to repair the damage left by that guy and fix the original problem with my garbage disposal and wiring. My wife & I recently purchased a home from in Beaverton that came with major issues with the existing electrical system starting with the fact the house wasn’t equipped with grounding which was a huge concern.We originally called them out to add the ground rods and they educated us on our entire system and We learned that the 100 amp Edison fuse box wasn’t sufficient enough to power my house after we removed the gas meter.Long story short we decided to have Falcon upgrade my 100 amp Edison fuse box to a 200 amp panel with with updated grounding system.We really appreciated the upfront pricing, education & quality of work preformed!Would recommend 10/10

After I showed them the modifications, they went to Pat’s truck and in 15 minutes had the bid done. We sat down and reviewed the bid. We authorized the work immediately. The price was very fair!I told them we were going out of town in 10 days for 3 weeks and they said they could start immediately. WOW!They did the job in 7 hours, cleaned up the house and left. After a bidding process Falcon emerged as our choice. Their communications were thorough and frequent. Contract details were ironed out prior to their service date. They came, at no charge, to review our needed work and the work site - something no other bidder would do without charging extra. On service day, the same electrician that reviewed our site came to do the work. They were on time, thorough and constantly informative. They explained their approaches to some surprises. After the installation they assisted in re-labeling our panel, which had breakers marked incorrectly. That took more time than they thought but did not result in an increase to the original bid. They were careful with masking, distancing and cleaning. Falcon was excellent to work with. While their bid was not the lowest, we received good value for the cost.

In phase 1 they were willing to come out quickly to relocate wiring from a wall to be removed, and to move several receptacles to accommodate relocated appliances. In phase 2 they installed a new circuit and wiring in a tricky location to accommodate requirements for a cooktop. In phase 3, to be completed next week, they’re installing new lighting. Scott’s crew was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and completely met all our needs, especially with our schedule. Can’t thank them enough. Will certainly use them again, with no reservations whatsoever.

I have used Falcon Services several times since purchasing my house two-and-a-half years ago and cannot recommend them highly enough. The previous owner of my home was a prolific do-it-yourselfer and virtually none of it to code, requiring a lot of fixes both inside and outside of the home. I also had to double my breaker and when the inspector was looking at the results, he indicated that the work was well above the norm. They have been polite and professional, and I will not use another electrical company as long as they continue this level of exceptionalism.

The project: I needed a new wire with a light switch box installed for a future light fixture.They listen and understand: few other quotes for this task included tons of work that I did not ask for and were much higher. Here only the parts that I needed were estimated and it met my expectations.How was the work performed:They showed up on time, COVID-protected and in good mood. :) All was done fast and with good tools to minimize the wall damage, not a lot of patching needed. I recommend this company, as they listen to what exactly you want and do exactly that without wasting your time and money... Im new to the country so I had tons of questions about everything they did. They were fine with that, answered it all professionally. I learned a lot and will give them a call in the future if new project ideas arise.

Exceptional experience and terrific customer service and responsiveness.. We hired Scott and his team after bidding this out to other companies. Scott provided price match and improved warranty. They were hired to repair/replace our breaker panel, add extenders to our outlets inside, and install flush protective covers on our outdoor outlets. The scheduling we efficient. We landed on 1.5 days of work. Instead of taking the full 1.5 days they brought in extra help to knock it out in 1 day.After the work was done (which was clean). We had some trouble with our washer powering on. After 2 days of trying to figure it out we contacted Scott via email. He responded late on a Friday night and offered to come in that night or on Saturday (during a holiday weekend). I emailed him Saturday to let him know the issue was still happening and he dropped everything and drove out to our house to check on the work, washer, and panel. The washer is working now and wasnt at all related to the electrical repairs done. But Scott went out of his way to make sure it was working the way it was supposed to either way. Incredibly impressed and will be sure to use/recommend them in the future. Thank you Scott (and the 2 others who worked on the project)

He did a little general maintenance like tightening some connections. He was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I recently used Falcon Services to repair an outlet and install a new outlet. This company is very professional. They scheduled the job quickly, sent confirmation emails, called for confirmation, and the person arrived early. The technician assessed the situation, had to troubleshoot, and made the repair quickly. He asked if there was anything else he could do for us and we decided to have him replace another outlet while he was there. This is the second time weve had Falcon to our home for electrical projects and I will not hesitate to call them again.

Richard, the electrician who came to do the job called to see if he could come early, got in and got it done with no hassle. He had some good tips about layout and how to keep things running a little more smoothly with our hodge podge layout of appliances in the basement. Brian came to our house to give us an estimate. Our oven was tripping the circuit breaker, even after getting a brand new range. He checked everything and in the end it appears that whoever installed the electrical outlet when the house was built, put the outlet too high. So the heat coming off the back of the oven was causing the outlet to get too hot. He recommended using the exhaust fan every time the oven is used (something I probably should be doing regardless) and if the problem persists they can come install a new outlet closer to the floor.Brian was very professional. I didnt feel pressured to have Falcon do any work. He explained everything very well. If we decide to replace the outlet or need any other electrical work, well definitely be calling Falcon!

The next morning they came and went right to work. They were very good and gave great customer service. It took two days to complete, but no other company would be able to start for at least 2 weeks. Thanks you guys for getting us up and running in a short amount of time.I would highly recommend Falcon if you have electrical issues.
