Casey upgraded my nema 14-50 plug at my house to a commercial grade - EV rated model. Feeling good about the experience and had the bonus opportunity of sharing a nice lunch together.

I dont often take the time to write a review but this was impressive all around one stop professional service!We purchased a new Toyota plug-in hybrid and when it came time to upgrade our home charger we asked around our neighborhood, Milwaukie Electric was recommended several times by Tesla and Kia owners alike. I contacted them and spoke with Casey, he walked us through the process, suggested charger models, and informed us of potential rebates available from the utility company. He then quoted us a fair price, scheduled a convenient time, and even let us know that they could handle the permit process. To my surprise on the day of install, Casey himself was there with a smile on his face. We discussed the best locations for the charger in the garage based on orientation of parking and location of breaker panel. He got right to it, had all the possible parts he needed right there in his van. I was very impressed with the efficiency, you could tell he has done this for quite some time.Everything worked out so well with the charger that a few months down the road when we had purchased a hot tub we knew just who to call!

Not only did he come out to the house to see the scene beforehand, but he was creative in thinking about how to fit the charger into my situation aesthetically. The price was right, and the service was top-notch. Despite the late time that Casey finished, he stayed to make sure the car would charge and that all was well. So great! Thanks, Casey!
