It was almost a year ago now (sorry for the late review!!!) but these guys did a heroic job running ethernet in our old house. Only 2 runs so far, going to a network closet, but we will likely be adding more at some point.They were able to put the jacks exactly where we wanted, and used a professional faceplate for where the runs terminated in the network closet, as opposed to something open in the wall.They also cleaned up a bunch of non-functional cable from outside the house.Super patient and nice people, and Stephen gave us a lot of options for the install, even though it ended up just being the 2 runs.

We needed urgent assistance with running 275ftof CAT 6 Ethernet for a business in Portland, and Lupen Systems provided exceptional service. They were quick to respond, professional, well-prepared, and highly knowledgeable. Their team efficiently handled the task, even in challenging areas at elevated heights using a scissor lift. They went above and beyond by helping us mount our access point, re-locate a switch, and ensure the cabling was properly routed through the available conduit. Despite the complexity of some areas, they executed the work with precision and expertise. Were very satisfied with their service and will be contacting them for any future cabling needs in the Portland area.

Our new house came with a wiring closet. Ethernet to every room! Collected in a punch-down block. We hired Luke and his crew to convert it to a patch panel, and label everything. Four grueling days later... they have completed. Before and after below.Technical Handymen were the third company wed contacted. One never returned our call; another came out, looked at the work, and stopped responding.We are very, very happy, and will be using them for more projects.

Luke, Stephen and their crew are fantastic. They helped troubleshoot and ultimately resolve an internet connectivity issue that our provider could not resolve after months of repeated attempts and site visits.Luke and Stephen installed and hard wired new ports, upgraded our modem and router, ran new lines, and solved a stereo speaker system failure we had endured for years.We highly recommend these folks. They are very knowledgeable, responsive, professional, show up on time, and are fair with their rates and billing. We will use these folks exclusively for any future needs!

We hired Luke with Technical Handymen to come make our WiFi play nice with us. He did a fantastic job at an excellent price. Luke has a lot of experience having worked for a local well-known tech company making WiFi and modems work as they are intended.I highly recommend this company. Definitely worth it.He also recently did expert training to Smart Wire your home for automation that is so cool.Luke, or any of his associates, can even help with other technology toys including Amazon Alexa and probably alot more.Call them, you will be glad you did.

Technical Handymen were great to work with! Luke was very responsive and helpful with questions leading up to us scheduling the work. The work they did was excellent.My home was wired for ethernet by the original builder, but needed quite a bit of work before it was useable. Technical Handymen re-terminated all the ends, installed a patch panel and network switch, and made my media box very neat, with everything nicely labeled. My wife and I both work from home and my kid goes to school online, so Im thrilled that we have a professionally installed system that we can rely on, to get us through the pandemic and beyond.They are very knowledgeable and honest. Didnt try to upsell anything. The original quote was very accurate and on the conservative side... the final work came out a bit less. A real pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend their services for anyone needing ethernet wiring related work!

When you live in a rural area with no phone line, you wouldnt think it would be possible to receive internet services...let alone good internet service at a affordable price. Luke did a great job setting up our home with WiFi (via radio frequency). Weve been here through the winter and have not lost our signal. We live around 800 ft elevation...which equals lots of snow and potential performance issues. We also have several smart devices and I also work from home occasionally and have had exceptional internet speed with the system that was set up for us. Love the fixed monthly rate and no buffering!He has an incredible amount of knowledge that he uses to help home owners make the right and affordable choice for their IT needs.Thank you!

In our old house we have struggled to get wifi in all the places we need it - downstairs, back porch, etc. We also needed our home theater updated. Technical Handymen did both with amazing results! We are happily using our wifi everywhere (and they saved us money on Century Link rentals) and our new sound system is great! Luke was responsive and showed up on time. Highly recommended.

Lupen Systems (prior name:Technical Handymen) helped us set up our Wifi, TVs and other devices at two homes. On both a temporary rental home, then our permanant home, they sent the required talent to handle problems, install cabling, trouble shoot, and test pretty much on schedule. They are professional, on time, and responsive. Since they are all ex-comcast/xfinity guys, they understand the interplay between their job and xfinity. Ryan was very helpful on the phone planning the jobs. I would use them again, and recommend them to others.
