Easy to work with (had more outlets added to the basement and outdoors), electrician was on time, nice to our cats, listened to me and what I wanted done, and worked fast and didn’t make a mess. I will be calling them when I get a hot tub put in. Price felt fair for solid work.

Easy to work with. Flat rate pricing makes getting subcontractor pricing a breeze. I always prefer working with small business in Portland and Bridgetown is a prime example of great town business.

I didnt hire them but they did extensive work for my two closest Neighbors. When a huge branch ripped the powerhead, mast, and meter clean from the side of the house Bridgetown made it out the same afternoon for an estimate and begin work the next morning, completed the exterior repairs and also managed to get PGE out there for a reconnect at 10:00pm that night. They returned the next day to finalize repairs inside the house as well as some upgrades. They were also very cooperative in allowing one of the homeowners to work with them in order to save time and costs. The owner and single resident of this property is an elderly woman with no alternative heat source so this was critical. I spoke to the tech on site briefly the first day he was there and was very friendly and didnt seem to be inconvenienced by my presence. The other neighbor is a non-resident but Bridgetown took care of his repair as well while they were in the neighborhood. Top notch service especially under rushed conditions!

Good company to work with, very approachable. Ive called on them three times now to undo some messed up wiring that our previous homeowner created. Theyve also come out day of and after hours to do some emergency electrical work for our tenants who were without lights, and they didnt charge me an arm and a leg. Awesome business to work with and great employees.

They worked on the electric for both sides of the duplex my brother and I were remodeling. Got us on the schedule very fast and were out to see the property and start repairs within a week.Bumped a star off because the electrician had to come back to fix some items and they tried to charge us for that time. They were responsive and helpful, after explaining what happened they took the time he spent to fix the mistake off the bill.Overall they got the job done within our timeframe

Travis the owner is am awesome guy! Great customer service. Davis was amazing too! Very pleased with the service. The only thing i wished the electrician would have done is use covers for his boots! 😨 Over all gained a customer for life!! Thanks so much 🙏🤗

Buying your first home is stressful. Add to that stress needing repairs completed (to your satisfaction) as a condition of the sale, and not being in the home to see what the hell is going on. Bridgetown Electric made this awkward situation a breeze. Any extra questions or concerns I had (there were many- as Im knew this homeowner business, and know nothing about electrical stuff) were quickly investigated and resolved. The terrifying 1950s panel of doom with a janky sub panel attached are GONE! In its place -a beautiful, safe, new set up, with clear labeling. Did I mention that they were the lowest bid? Thanks guys, youre who Ill call for future electrical needs, and youll be recommend to friends and family.
