    If there were more stars to give, Id give them! I had a modified tub as a shower and due to physical restrictions I had to have a new shower installed. HD came out and we decided what I wanted and how much it would cost. I helped my son-in-law run his tile setting business for a few years so I know what a contractor is supposed to do and say, and these guys were GREAT! I was even more impressed when they started work. They were hard workers and really knew what they were doing. One day to pull the old shower out. Another day and a half to install the new shower and clean up everything. The even left my apt. cleaner than it was before they started work! Im planing to have some more work next year and theres no doubt who Im going to call.

    I hired HD Contractors Inc. to rebuild a small bathroom and bedroom after a leak caused massive damage which required my bathroom to be completely gutted as well as half of my daughter’s bedroom. At first I was disappointed in the project due to the insurance not covering all the costs. Insurance stated that the billing invoices were changed or difficult to understand. For those reasons some of the cost came out of my pocket. That’s insurance for you, a scam. But on the build side our bathtub crackles when you step into it, a draft and smell was coming from under the sink cabinets, and the shower spout wiggled making us afraid to use it thinking another leak was going to happen. A phone call to the owner (Alex) and his crew was back out to fix those issues. They take such pride in their work. Upgraded the drain system underneath the cabinet. Changed out the shower spout while installing another row of tile to add additional reinforcement. Won’t have to worry about another leak in that area. HD Contractors even reached out to the manufacturer of the tub and told them of the defect. That company will be sending someone out to analyze and fix the issue. In the mean time Alex is willing to sit down with me and go over the billing to find any discrepancies the insurance had in order to make things right. All in all what started out as a nightmare has taken a turn. My wife and I have our bathroom back and it is much better than what it used to be. Would be happy to have them come back for future projects.

    HD Contractor Inc. did an AMAZING job on our deck with stair case, ADA code ramp with a landing and handrails, steps and a little fence!!! They definitely do High Quality work for a Great price! They are very detail oriented and communication was not only made easy but was also welcomed, which we also appreciated very much. They are very respectful, honest and extremely hard workers, as well. We couldnt have asked for better! We Definitely Highly recomend HD Contractor Inc. to everyone!!!

    Alex from HD Contractors provided a quote for our basement finishing project. Alex was super thorough in his walk through and explanations. The system HD Contractors uses for providing quotes and managing projects is also super user friendly and transparent. We decided not to go with them, but I had a great experience and based on my interaction would recommend them.

    HD Contractors is a client focused team, that did an excellent job making sure all of our projects are done well. We ran into a few unexpected items during our window installation and additions with having to re-route electrical and plumbing, that HD contractors proactively communicated about, and took care of quickly to kept our project on schedule - this is a quality I have rarely experienced working with contractors during home remodeling. Highly recommend!

    I had a serious, time-sensitive emergency repair on a wall with black mold, drenched insulation from a leaking hot water pipe, and structural damage inside the wall. There were slugs and ants everywhere inside it. Every company I called was going to be expensive and couldnt even do an estimate for me in less than two weeks.I called HD Contractor late in the day on a Friday and spoke to Alex. Alex had Serge come the very same day to look at it after he finished work at another jobsite.By Tuesday, Serge and crew were working on my problem and assured me they could get it done before my deadline. They showed up exactly the time they said they would every day they were here, they knew exactly what to do, they were honest about the cost, detailed about their qualifications, and super, super nice. I even asked them to do something extra at the last minute and Serge gladly did it. He and his guys worked in between their big jobs to help me and got it done well and got it done quickly. I was so amazed!My homeowners insurance would not pay for it (naturally), so Alex worked with me on arranging two payments, and it was like a desperate prayer answered. I could not believe how gracious and kind he was - it is not the norm for the construction business. And I cannot believe how good-natured and accommodating Serge was to work with.I am planning a few more non-emergency projects and have already asked them to be the ones to do the work. I would (and will) recommend them to anyone I know who needs a contractor for anything. I absolutely cannot thank them enough.

    We hired Alexs company to completely renovate our two bathrooms (an en suite and a hallway bath). VERY satisfied with the work he and his team did for us, taking two very outdated and ugly spaces and making them beautiful and 100% more enjoyable. The project was largely cosmetic -- no relocation of plumbing aside from the shower pipes in the master -- but we did remove everything and replace it new.I was responsible for purchasing most fixtures (vanities, mirrors, lighting, faucets, etc) while Alex showed me available finishes (tile) at his showroom over on the eastside and brought those to the jobsite. While it was daunting searching all of the internet for those elements, I did like having that level of control with the design. Keep that in mind, though, if you are NOT comfortable making styling decisions.Alex communicated so well with me and my husband and among his subcontractors too. We were never surprised by a schedule change or an unexpected absence. Julia, who runs the office, also was quick about making updates to paperwork and replying to my questions.Compared to other bids for the project, Alexs pricing was the most competitive and I feel totally satisfied with the value we paid. Without a doubt will ask him to bid on our next big project.Ultimately our projects ended on time (one full month from start to finish). Although the first half of the reno ran a little long, Alex and his team made up time with the second half to meet the firm deadline (houseguests).

    I have worked with Alex for 5 years. He is the best and most honest contractor that I have ever worked with. You cant go wrong working with him. He has been at this a very long time has the experience to take on high end jobs. He doesnt just do this work for the living, he does it because he loves it and he has a drive to be one of the best, and he is. His job is never done until his customer is satisfied!
