    We had a hot water line break in our crawl space under the house, and Lovett was an invaluable asset! They came out the next morning and assessed the situation and we had mitigation happening right away. Their quick actions helped save our home from further damage, their thorougness in documentation helped our insurance claim, and they were excellent communicators. I dont wish a disaster on any one, but if you happen to have one come your way, I cant recommend Lovett enough. They are rock stars!

    Last night we had a pipe break in an apartment in N. Portland. Lovett Plumbing and Lovett Rapid Response Services was incredible. The plumber, Daniel, was without a doubt one of the best plumbers I have ever worked with. Skilled, efficient, communicative, problem solver and stellar customer service. 10 out of 10 for this guy. Jeremy and Willy with the water removal and drying team were equally stellar. They were informative, compassionate and educational to the tenants. These guys were beyond professional in every possible way. This organization is my go to for years to come.

    Tyler came out today to inspect / replace my garbage disposal and it was such a great experience! He made the interaction very personable and we yapped the majority of the time. He also explained different things about the process along the way and I really appreciated that along with how clean he was. He wore shoe covers and completely cleaned up the underneath of my sink as well as the yuckies in the bottom of my sink. Overall, I highly recommend!!

    I highly recommend Lovett. They fixed my severely clogged kitchen drain. The field tech, Diego was great. He communicated well and worked quickly, identifying the cause of the our problem and power snaked our drain several times - going 40 feet. He also tested that the water was draining well before he left - and did it all in one hour! Diego was excellent and Lovetts price was fair. Highly recommend!

    Im a commercial property manager in downtown Portland and Lovett has bailed me out more times than I can count. I recently had a basement full of sewage and a building full of people and Ken managed to get a great plumber out at the last minute, as well as a mitigation team to take care of the clean up. These guys are not just going to show up then send you a bill; they are going to explain the issue in terms you can understand, and help work on a plan to ensure it doesnt happen again. Ive used a LOT of plumbing vendors in my day and Lovett is one of the best out there!

    Lovett Plumbing saved our Thanksgiving dinner preparations. Friday our basement revealed a water leak beginning to cover the floor. Water was running down a corner wall of the daylight basement. We called Lovett and their expert team went into action to consult and help solve the water leak. Innovative Leak Detection came out and revealed the spot of the broken pipe (buried in 2ft of dirt). On Monday, Lovetts Excavation team reviewed the area and on the same day a two-person expert Lovett team, with excavator, dump truck and everything needed to drain the water and carefully dig to the broken pipe. They turned the water off and went above and beyond to fix the broken pipe/hose. The Lovett team turned the water on and confirmed no more water leaking from the pipe/hose. They replaced the dirt and smoothed out the impacted area. The Lovett Plumbing is exceptionally skilled, efficient and diligent with what they did for us. We were so stressed the water leak showing up 7 days before Thanksgiving Day would ruin our family Thanksgiving gathering. Thank you for all you did for us.

    Highly recommend Lovett and would call them again.Braden did an amazing job - great communication, professional, courteous, thorough, and showed great attention to detail. Also, he left the place very clean.You couldn’t tell that someone came in with a giant scope to check out the sewer cleanout in our finished basement. He also re-did the toilet wax seal and caulking after he found an issue with it.We’re very happy with the level of service we received.

    We called Lovett to diagnose a very slow running storm drain. Braden did a fantastic job on what turned out to be a very demanding fix. Run off from the construction of our new driveway had formed layers of slurry in the drain pipe that had to be removed with a jet cleaner. The advantage to using Lovett was that they had all the equipment with them to fix a problem that started simply and became quite a job. Braden kept at the job until it was completely fixed and finished with a professional cleanup.

    After hours water main line break on a Sunday and they were there same day and followed up the next day with all the necessary pieces of the puzzle to fix the problem including leak detection, location, saw cut concrete excavation, pipe repair and concrete fix.     This plumbing project of my started when I received a letter from the City of Gresham in May indicating that I had a serous water leak of approximately 5200 gallons of water per week! I had recently within two years poured all new concrete driveways and RV pad on the North side of the house of course my existing water line from the meter was under that new concrete. It took several more weeks before the leak finally showed up. I called an excavator and started pulling up concrete pads to find the water leak. I made the repairs to the “Farmers Water Line” and we were back in business. This story should have stopped at the making the repairs, however, I call a friend who was familiar with water repairs and he said if I were you I would replace that water line completely before pouring the new concrete back in place. So I called around and had three plumbing contractors come out to give me an estimate for installing a new water line to the house. All of the estimates were within a few hundred dollars of each other, but the one that stood out the most was the one from Ken Williams with Lovett Inc. Not only was his estimate for doing the work very clear in what they were going to do and what it would cost, Ken was very professional in looking at the project and how Lovett would approach getting the job done in the quickest way possible. And that is why I choose Lovett Inc. to do my project even though it was going to cost me several hundred dollars more to get this plumbing project done I felt very conformable in choosing Lovett to do this project. This was the best decision I have made in awhile. I signed the estimate and gave them half of the money and they put me on the schedule. Lovett sent their team of three Ryan (Drill Foreman) with years of experience , Phillip who ran the equipment and JD out to get the project going on 7/29/2024. They wasted no time getting the their equipment setup in place to hydro-excavate a new water line into the house. I must say that throughout the whole process all of the Lovett team members were very professional, proficient, and communicated with me through the whole project, which was completed and the project area cleaned up in approximately six hours and before leaving Ryan indicated that their plumber (Alec) would be out shortly to my the connection at both ends. Due to the “overachiever’s” in the Lovett Team that were sent out to my project, the invoice for my project was under the original estimate by Ken Williams. If you ever need a new water line installed, I highly recommend Lovett Inc. Thank you to Ken Williams and the whole team at Lovett Inc.

    Over the past six months, my toilet has been running non-stop. I had two other plumbing companies come out to take a look and was a bit tired from being quoted inflated pricing for the work and/or charged for work that did not fix the problem. A family member recommended Lovett and I am so happy they did.Lovett was fantastic. Sam was able to do all discussions via email which worked so well for my busy schedule. On the day of my appointment, Brad called beforehand to ask a few questions and confirm the time (which I always appreciate). He did an amazing job while he was here. The toilet was replaced in less than two hours and is working amazing. Definitely plan on using Lovett again for my plumbing needs.

    We had a leak in our plumbing buried deep under our deck. It was difficult to access given its location under the deck. Lovett came out the day after we located it and took care of the problem within several hours, using a large truck to excavate the spot. They left my home and deck spotless despite the messy job. They were even able to repair two toilets inside the house after taking care of the outdoor leak. From the person who answered the phone on my first call, to the excavators and plumbers and billing department, everyone was professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

    Tl, dr: Not cheap and 100% worth it. So happy I chose Lovett for concrete and drain work.Needed concrete and a drain replaced because water was coming down our driveway and pooling up. Also.. our basement garage wall that faces Mt. Tabor leaks. I got two quotes, Lovett was 2x the other but I went with them because I wanted it done right and... its concrete, you dont get a second chance.I was so happy I did, the crew was pro and friendly. I felt confident from before they started. Jaimie was the lead, who was in touch and on site multiple times. Jeff, Mick/Nick and Diego were also great. Check the detail in the pics with the drain, the P trap has its own cleanout and they added a backflow preventer thingee. Its all graded properly too.

    You dont get much better than Lovett. Recently had a main water supply line break, of course it was on a weekend. The crew mobilized fast. Locates was onsite when I arrived, excavation showed up shortly after and the plumber arrived at the perfect time. Fixed the broken line, got service back to our residents. They cleaned up the site, cleaned off sidewalks, fixed the landscaping with fresh bark...looked brand new. I have used Lovett quite a bit over the years along with some competitors. There is no comparison...they are the best in the business.

Onsite team was respectful at all times and answered my questions without hesitation.     EDIT - The business team at this contractor reached out immediately and was extremely customer service minded. They were empathetic and professional and took steps to investigate the bill and reverse the charges from the third trip to my home.The only reason I did not give a 5 star is that I had raised this issue *multiple times* BEFORE I wrote a review. I had emailed repeatedly with their billing staff over the course of a couple of months only to have them say we will ask the foreman and then charge me anyway.They ultimately did provide that great customer service but would have been nice to have seen that even without a negative review.Original reviewHighway robbery. If you are a residential customer stay very far away. One toilet and two sink faucets cost over $3000. When the sink was leaking they came out two more times and charged for each time because apparently it was a part that came with the new sink faucet; however, the third time they just replaced that part with something on their truck. Not sure why that could not have been the right solution on the second leak repair trip? The plumbers were nice guys but I hire tradespeople all the time and this company strikes me as catering more to commercial projects and budgets.

    Our facility had all 3 toilets back up and the then it started backing up through the floors drains. I called Lovett and they were able to send a tech over within 30 minutes (it was great timing but I could tell they took our emergency serious).     To say Jason has done an amazing job would be an understatement. Professional, kind, compassionate, responsive, on time, and so helpful both times we have had to call Lovett out for immediate service on a clogged line in our facility. Elliott started the most recent job, and Jason was quick to assist as needed.     My experience with Lovett Plumbing Services was extraordinary. I needed a new water heater in my downtown Portland condo and after reading reviews I decided to give Lovett a try. From my first interaction with Adam who explained in detail what would need to take place to get the new heater installed, to Lance who assisted me with scheduling and was extremely patient with ever-changing install dates due to some HOA snags, I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people that provide above-and-beyond customer service.     I highly recommend Lovett’s! We had a pipe freeze and burst after the latest ice storm that came through and we received a referral to Lovett’’s from a realtor friend.     Today after a job site spill onto a custom driveway, Lovett was able to send a vac-truck and crew out immediately and were at my site within an hour. Josh and Taylor were awesome. They both had great communication on where and when they were getting to me, they were super clean and efficient, and they did a great job at assessing not only how to clean up the spill but mitigate further and potentially prevent an even bigger mess with the cleanup.     On January 14th, we had a severe ice storm here in Portland and one of my commercial buildings had all submeters break along with multiple water lines that burst above the ceiling grid which pretty much shut down the entire building with 7 tenant suites. Lots of damage! I was one of the fortunate ones to contact LOVETT first thing and I cant commend their scheduling staff, the on-site crew and project managers enough.     I am in Property Management and I used Lovett Plumbing on 11/13/2023. We had a sewer issue and they came and did an estimate for me. The estimate was for $9443.50. On the day they came out, they did some prepping and more investigating the problem. They could have done the repair and chargee the full estimate. They let me know what the real issue was and we came to an agreement. Dustin and Lucas were very honest with me about the repairs. It was considerable less the the original estimate.     At 8 pm on Tuesday evening, my husband was installing a new fill valve in our toilet. The pipe in the wall broke, depositing a disastrous amount of water on the floor and adjacent rooms. I called three 24-hour plumbing services, without success. My husband recalled seeing a Lovett truck offering 24-hour service. I immediately called Lovett for assistance. The receptionist and her co-worker were calm and enthusiastic to dispatch their first-rate plumber, Jason, after he completed a job nearby. Jason arrived at 10 pm with tools and parts in hand! He respectfully removed his boots, scaled the stairs and began working on the problem created from an old angle stop. Jason is extremely well-trained and professional, fixing our catastrophic situation with blinding speed. My husband is a Marine Vet and we inadvertently did not thank Jason for his Marine Corps service to our country because we were interrupted when his phone rang from the next desperate customer requiring late night assistance.     Everyone at Lovett was easy to work with and efficient. I had no problem with scheduling and service came within a week. Lonnie was very professional, efficient, and courteous. He let us know his arrival time 45 minutes in advance and arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the issues with the basement drain in our almost 100 year old house, talked through his plans and confirmed what I needed done, and then was able to resolve our problem in about an hour. He used plastic booties to keep the floor clean and wore an N95 mask. The workplace was cleaner than when he arrived. He pulled all that off after being up late the night before on an emergency call. I wouldnt hesitate to use Lovett again, and Lonnie seems like a great asset to the company who works great with customers.

    Lovett came to work on the small patch of grass in front of my house on January 30th of this year. They arrived right on time, with a crew, foreman, a few large trucks and a piece of “lite”, heavy equipment, (a smaller trencher, quite versatile, easy to change shovel heads etc.) Your crews, and there were a lot of them, came and went through a difficult repair and recovery project, dealt with a cumbersome communication process, had to stop work and reset their entire work and organizational plan more than once. Each and every time they were able to communicate to me their actions, why they have to stop and what they did to correct previous actions that had harmed and/or exacerbated the horrendous situation. I want to stop here to tell the Lovett company that your employees that include Jeff Lyons, Tarl White, Josh Sanderson, your excavation guy, (don’t have his name), and I believe there were 1 or 2 other guys who came by. The work was serious, troubling, and got really exciting when the crew uncovered the uncoupled, exposed wiring that was the electrical supply to my house. Work had to stop, I called the Public Utility Company, we all waited a few hours. PUD was really quick considering all the other issues that their repair people respond to. THANK YOU. 🙏 Each and every one of you were splendid, professional, focused, and directed. I am encouraged by how comprehensive, careful, and technically proficient your company is. I am excited to see your website and training programs. The ground beneath that grass had been flooded, full of broken pipes and crumbling irrigation lines, Gutters had flooded over, drains backed up, sidewalk broken, lots of cover up work by gardeners and landscapers over years. Your company uncovered the mess, found the appliance, notified me right away. The first order to give: How do we get our LOVETT companies there. The U.S. is rounding up our military capability engineers and heavy equipment. They will work to build airports and roads that will move the machinery and operators like LOVETT into place to move debris, stabalize ground and structures. Figure how and where to get water, plumb for this event, move operators and equipment in and out, locate people under rubble with lasers, sounding equipment and a host of newer technologies that LOVETT is using in there line of work.     We called Lovett and I received an immediate call back from Lonnie. We are a hotel and when we had the heavy rains we had water leaking into some of our hotel rooms.     Lovett responded to a major clogged pipe at our business location, in a line going out to the sewer. This was an urgent situation, as water was starting to back up into our bathrooms. They were onsite quickly, and their tech did an amazing job resolving the problem with a piece of concrete in the line going out to the sewer, 50 feet from our building. The previous plumbing company said the only option was to dig up our parking lot, cut the line and remove the blockage. Lovetts technician, Lonny Maxwell, showed amazing skill and used a scope and a water jet to resolve the problem. They saved us thousands of dollars and resolved the problem that afternoon. Total responsiveness and professionalism. I could not provide a higher recommendation to Lovett Services.

    I found Lovett by chance and VERY good luck. From my initial call with Linda, who was responsive and understanding of my serious sewer overload, I was impressed with the company. Like thousands of others this week we had no power. It took its toll on our sewer ejection pump, which I had no understanding of as I just moved to this house.Friday night, hosting people who still didnt have power, my 80-year-old husband sweeping sewage out of the garage…and I called Lovett in total desperation.They managed to get Gary here quickly and he was great trying to figure out and explain what was going on.Ethan showed up soon afterwards.     Our water line from the street to the house developed a leak under the sidewalk that the AC unit was sitting on. Naturally, all the landscaping, sidewalk and ac would have needed to be dug up if we used an excavator to replace the line. I called Lovett, got an estimate over the phone, they were out in two days. Tylo and Eric drilled a new 3 inch conduit that, we will now thread water pipe thru. Im thrilled with their timeliness, professionalism, friendliness, and they cleaned up the site like they were never there. Landscaping, sidewalk and AC are still intact. I will have them back for another little project in the backyard later this summer. The cost was reasonable considering that I now, do not have to replace landscaping and sidewalk. Great guys, great company.

    Beat plumber in Vancouver Washington for sure hands down!! Great costumer service and wonderful communication. Theyre also a Restoration company. One stop shop for leaks and plumbing repairs!     Lovett did work replacing a completely clogged sewer main in a house I purchased several years ago. Some time after they finished, the fill work over the dig point caved in, but life was crazy and I didnt do anything about it. Finally I got around to addressing it (18 months later) and even though their policy stated 12 months on labor, they happily sent someone out to take care of it, and it looks great! Very impressed by their commitment to doing a job well and standing behind their work.

When his crew shows up on the job site they bring the right equipment to get the job done right the first time. They visually pass ALL underground utilities; keep the area safe and make it look as good or better than when they started.     The actual experience with installation was great, but communication prior to the install was spotty at best. Texting was the only thing that worked when asking questions, as voice mail and email were not responded to. Also price was padded to cover what would be needed in a city environment, and as we were in the country, many of the permits, inspections, and locations were not needed, but we were charged for them anyway. The job was bid to take 7 hours and only took two, so I know we WAY overpaid . But the installation guys were great, and we are very pleased with the outcome.

He spoke to the tenant regarding any other issues in the house, and then he called me to discuss. Very professional and very easy to understand possible solutions.
