Willco transformed our office from a shabby green storefront to an eye-catching landmark on the Central Eastside in 2012. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We’ve been using them for updates and remodels ever since. It’s nice to work with local professionals who will stay invested in your growth and success for years to come. Highly recommended!

We purchased a painter for a day package from WILLCO at a charity event (though almost paid equivalent of full price so it wasnt like we were getting away with anything!) and are very pleased with the end result, though it took a little more legwork to get here than we would have preferred. Id rate 4.5 stars if it let me.Initial communication to set up a consultation was easy, the consultation itself was timely, professional and quick - then we ran into some miscommunications about scheduling and scope of work. When the job was completed, it had been done in a rush and since the area wasnt properly secured, left a mess of paint-dust settling all over our dining and living room*. We immediately got in touch via email expressing our dissatisfaction and the response was everything you could hope for from a business: they came out and repainted the area at no extra expense to us while we were out of town and we came home to a perfectly painted vaulted foyer with no mess, and great email communication the whole time. They even covered the cost for the extra paint.All of that being said, would hire them again because we were so impressed with the way they handled it all.*Even the painter who was here and did the job first was professional and very nice and was doing his best- it just didnt seem like hed been set up for success with the right equipment.

Willco pressure washed my house, driveway, and sidewalks and painted my front porch, railings, and window trim. They did a great job. The workers were very professional and careful. Everything looks great! Their price was quite reasonable, especially considering that they took their time and used quality paints. There was a small chip in the paint after about a month and they came and touched it up right away, no BS. Great company. I will definitely be calling them in the future for my home maintenance needs.

We are very happy with the job Willco did painting the exterior of our house. They were very easy and quick to communicate with and everyone working on our house was frirndly, polite, and did a great job leaving our yard and project area well organized. We also appreciate that they use Miller paint, a local PNW company. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them!

After talking with several remodeling companies in the Portland area about adding a cover over our deck we opted to go with Willco and we were not disappointed! The craftsmanship of their carpenters is exceptional and their communication was top notch. We couldnt be happier with the finished product and would highly recommend them to everyone we know!

We hired WILLCO to remodel our last 3 houses and LOVED working with Primo Williams and his crew. Their work is very clean and conscientious and they stay on schedule, which has not been my experience with past contractors. Highly recommended for any painting or remodel project.

The reviews I see posted I think are an example of people only posting if they have a negative experience. Willco has done several remodeling and painting (interior and exterior) projects at our house, including painting our large historic home. Everyone on their team has been professional and very competent and we have been quite satisfied over the years. Our neighbors have used them also. Many believe that they are the best house painters in the city, in the mid price range but with high quality results--have heard this from both homeowners and contractors.

I hired Willco to convert my 100+ year-old ADU into a an apartment house/tiny home. I couldnt imagine how anyone could restore that building, much less turn it into something livable when I first started working on the design with them, but they exceeded my expectations. The space is GORGEOUS! The carpenters were able to save the original doors and windows, and incorporated detailed woodwork to elevate the atmosphere. From interior paint colors to flooring to fixtures I felt supported in every decision that had to be made along the way. Ill likely hire them to do the exterior paint when spring rolls around. Best of all, the timeline for this project was met precisely. I was able to host my first holiday party in the space this past week. I highly recommend Willco for your home restoration and improvement projects!

Ive provided access solutions for Willco for over 15 years.Weve not once been asked to return to a project to provide access to an area that was missed or where their product has failed.In fact I was just on a building today that Willco painted three years ago.The finish looks like it was applied yesterday and the building maintenance person commented that they could not be more pleased with the results.Extremely thorough.Highly recommended.
