    I had called and spoke with an Evan about some window needs coming up. He walked me through options and even offered some suggestions to save me some money. He was very polite and informative. He sent me a quote promptly after the call ended. A couple days later I made the time to go into the business. I asked for Evan and we sat at his desk. He again was very polite and walked me through the process. He was patient while I called my contractor twice to answer a couple of his questions. It was a very quick and painless purchase. My customer sized windows are on order and I am sure I will be very pleased with them.Thank you Evan for creating a smooth experience on my window purchase. I will be returning when it is time to upgrade more of my windows.

    What a delightful experience. I have been so wonderfully impressed with Mitchell. The first phone call he was not only lovely but explained the whole cost benefit analysis of the decisions I was making. Music to my ears. From then on, the experience was quick, easy and just fun in general. Mitchell is also extremely prompt and does what he says he will do - what a rare experience! :) If you are going to get any windows for your home or business you MUST do it here with Mitchell.

    My experience here was fantastic! I placed an order with Mikey, who was fantastic. Several days after the order was placed, I realized that I had made a terrible mistake and ordered the wrong size. I called, but Mikey was not in that day. Mitchell picked up the call and was a super hero! It was near the end of the day, and he quickly called the supplier and assured me the problem was solved, but the door would be arriving late summer. Not a problem for me at all. Two weeks later the door had arrived in perfect condition and was installed and is perfect. Thanks Mitchell and the team at Discount windows for a great job

    John Angeli was great to work with! He made sure our order was correct from the start. Had me check, then double check all dimensions and swing options prior to making the order.He followed the order throughout the whole process as well. He made sure the truck delivered our doors and windows and saw to it that all were in good condition. The ones that were not (due to the contractor, not Discount Windows and Doors), he made sure to get replaced.I would highly recommend working with these guys if you are in need of doors and/ or windows!Thanks John!

    I had just installed my front door that I purchased form a big box store and I didnt know most new doors are made for 2x4 walls but most homes now have 2x6 walls so another trip to the big box store to get a extension jamb. My back door also needed to be replaced but this time I went here and they had the jamb for a 2x6 wall already set with the door and the price was unbeatable. What made it an even better experience was Conner. Conner was very nice and extremely helpful. This is my first time here but will not be the last. Thanks for the amazing door and service.

    I purchased interior wood doors as well as windows. Raymond was wonderful and went the extra mile to help with measurements, and to have me re-check before ordering. His expertise and diligence in attention to detail merit recognition.I picked up the items and Mitch and all the crew were right on top of having the order in place, and wonderful help loading it up. I highly recommend this business for quality product and just great people.

    We had some very specific design ideas for our replacement vinyl windows for our vintage home. These guys were excellent they showed great professionalism and the windows arrived on time and they were exactly right beautiful windows and we noticed a significant increase in efficiency for both warmth and cooling.     Mitchell is amazing! He is quick to reply, easy to work with and offers many helpful suggestions.     I had a wonderful experience all around working with Mitchell at Discount Windows to get Milgard windows ordered for our house addition. I had already been to one showroom and spoke with two other suppliers and was pretty frustrated with the lack of guidance for window selection. Then I stumbled on Discount Windows. From my fist phone call I was able to get guidance on choosing our windows and had a quote emailed to me the same day (which came in lower than the other quotes I had received from other suppliers for the same windows). From our initial quote, I ended up making several changes, and spent considerable time working through the design of a large patio door and a french door which required a drawing from engineering to make a custom grill design to match windows to door. Mitchell was unwaveringly helpful and friendly in all our interactions. Because of his willingness to work through the options and details so thoroughly, I walked away even more excited about our window design than I was when I made the first call. I cant wait to see them in our home!I would highly recommend Discount Windows for anyone looking to order windows for a home project!

    I have been shopping for new windows and a door. I have been working with Home Depot and some other big chain stores. Despite spending thousands of dollars in there store over the course of our remodel the don’t know your name and treat you like cattle. The moment I walked in to discount windows Matt O’Donnell made me feel welcomed and valued. They even prioritize setting a custom door for my project so I would have it in two days not three weeks like Home Depot. I strongly recommend discount windows and Matt O’Donnell they will be my first stop next time I need a window or door.

    I would give this place 1100 stars if I could, one for every dollar they saved me. The staff is that perfect balance of incredibly helpful but not too pushy and from what I can tell just an all around wonderful group of people. Matt O. was able to help me snag a window for my garage that fit into the previous owners oddly shaped frame and I bought a beautiful craftsman door for just $379. The same door was over $1000 at other big box retailers. I will be spreading the word about discount windows and the next time I need a window or door it will certainly be my first stop. Thank guys!

    We were growing black mold and had to replace 10 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. Saved a TON of money compared to what Home Depot quoted me and they were really cool dudes and easy to work with.Our house is much quieter and holds heat/cool better and were rid of the mold.

    This place is fantastic! Saved me so much money, and the staff folks are super helpful. Matt ODonnell went above and beyond to assist us in tying down all the windows we had purchased, out in the sweltering heat. They have good stuff here. You might have to pick through some things and if you absolutely have to have a specific brand and window type they may not have it stock but they will order it for you. Highly recommend.

    I purchased five windows and three doors for about 35 percent less than retail AND I picked up the parts same day instead of waiting three weeks. All parts were new except the large picture window, which was dirty because it was outside for a year. So, I saved 800 dollars and had to clean one picture window. Not bad. Thanks Discount Windows.

    Needed a huge 90x80 sliding patio door that was almost 2k at HD and Lowes. Mitchell ordered the slider through milgaurd and it was only about $1100. Communication was good, milgaurd factory had some delays but the people at discount kept me informed. Delivery guys were efficient and nice. Glad that everyone in the store and Delivery wears masks. Cant speak about their installation team as we installed everything ourselves. Also purchased a cascade window with grids for cheap.

    I was working with Parr on purchasing five Miligard Trinsic windows, but they were super sluggish on getting back to me in my initial conversations. Could it have been my gothicky attire that put them off? In any case, this last week I reached out to Discount Windows - Mitch Billman, to be specific - and was immediately provided with a quote and 2-3 subsequent (and nearly immediate) communications and revised quotes. For this reason only - and hey, saving a few hundred certainly is nice too - I chose to stick with Discount Windows. Great service, great prices, and no hassles. Boom! On to the next item on my to-do list!

    There is a lot more to Discount Windows than the selection you see driving by! Id driven past for more than 20 years before stopping at the suggestion of a contractor during a remodel when we were looking to replace the front door. We walked in expecting to get a door with a several panes of glass. Our person Matt patiently heard our silly story of loving the way the house looked when the contractors had removed the entire front (due to dry rot), explored possibilities with us and we ended up with a magnificent, 12 foot Millgard sliding glass FRONT DOOR! We didnt even know sliding doors took keys. They do, and they have amazingly secure locking systems as well. I had no idea they did custom orders! We have been back recently to get a new back door and a kitchen window. I had searched Home Depot, etc. thinking it would be easier and cheaper just to buy something off the shelf, but once again, thanks to Discount Windows we have two fabulous custom pieces designed to fit the space we have and the Millgard casement window was CHEAPER than a similar (and not perfectly sized) window at Home Depot.

    Ordered glass to repair a broken window, it fit and I am happy. I did not get a call when it came in so I stopped by after the three weeks they said it would take passed and there it was, a bit dusty looking like it had been there a while.     Raymond provides great service . He Went to a lot of effort to find the exact sized window for a project I was working. He took the time to show me how the window was constructed so I could customize it for my application. Lee the owner also assisted with keeping the purchase simple the place was so busy withe customers he steeped in to handle the payment details. And there prices are a bargain.

    Wonderful experience. I replaced 9 windows in my house myself. Walked into Discount Windows and explained what I wanted to do. I already had my rough opening measurements, so they gave me a quote. I went home and triple checked my measurements. Made a final invoice with them and had the windows to pick up in three weeks. All windows are now installed and look great! Great quality at a Great Price!

    Matt was awesome! I called on the phone about some clay colored windows and they said all they had was white (prob my fault for giving 3x4 as dims) but I had driven by the place before and seen tons of clay colored windows in the yard. I was building a shop and didn’t care too much about size so ended up with 3x5 I think.I told Matt what I was building and he showed me around the place and helped pick out 5 clay colored Milgard windows that was exactly what I was looking for! Then I noticed they had doors too! Perfect! They had the exact exterior door I was looking for, and I walked out for sub $600 price, which was spot-on with my budget was.Thanks guys!
