Im grateful for finding Gladwill Family Construction through the NextDoor app. When my homes almost 90 year-old galvanized lead pipes decided they were done this winter, I needed an immediate repiping, which left me with an exposed and open shower wall. Id had a few bids from different contractors and had one lined up. Only to find myself looking again, with a hole in my shower wall, When Trevor came, he provided a comparable bid and a convenient timeline to begin the work. We needed a whole new wall built with cement board before he could tile. I already had tile ordered and he was able to repair and retile a beautiful accent wall. Since we were now renovating our homes one and only bathroom, Trevor also removed the old flooring (four layers worth), replaced with new laminate and installed a new vanity and sink. He was able to remove and replace the toilet for the flooring without a hitch. Keeping in mind this is our only toilet, I was nervous, but he was calm and knows what hes doing! Hes also very responsive, thoughtful and polite, making this an even better experience. Thank you!

Trevor has done repairs in our home before and has always been very punctual and went above and beyond when it came to the repair and painting of the interior of our bathroom. It looks so much better and very professional.
