Our sump pump in the crawl space went out. The home warranty company contacted Williams Plumbing, and Garry was in touch with me soon after the claim was made. I highly recommend his services. Garry is very knowledgeable about drainage issues in crawl spaces. He replaced the pump with a better one than we had. He went above and beyond in making suggestions to make everything work more efficiently. He suggested that we purchase a dehumidifier to avoid having to deal with mold and/or mildew. He came back out and hooked it up for me to be sure it was running properly, and he even sealed off some areas in the crawl space. Almost immediately we noticed a difference; we have been dealing with drainage issues for the past four years. Looks like we are on the right track now, thanks to Garrys expertise and help. I will definitely ask for him again, should we need service. I highly recommend his services. He is a man of high integrity and will get the job done right the first time!

Gary came to our residence and fixed our broken water main today. He was very professional. We called him this morning and he was here early afternoon. He stayed until he was sure the problem was fixed and we encountered another water leak under the house which he also fixed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Licensed plumber. Williams Plumbing was the company referred to us by our home warranty due to a leak to our hot water heater. Within an our of calling in our claim, Gary contacted us and set up an appointment for the following day. He called prior to the appointment and was able to come out earlier than expected. He immediately pinpointed the problem and made the repair. I can’t say enough as to how impressed with his professionalism and his quality workmanship. His communication with us was very impressive. I will use Gary in the future and would recommend him to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!!

We are always unsure about engaging a new service because you never know what kind of work to expect. Well, we sure were very pleased when Gary Williams completed our job. He showed up within 4 hours of being called, let us know he was coming, listened attentively when we described our problem and went right to work. He explained to my husband the mechanics of he repair, and when he was done everything was cleaned up beautifully. And we were extremely pleased with the price of the repairs. We also asked for estimates on 2 other projects, and Gary happily obliged us. We would not hesitate to call him for all our plumbing and A/C needs, and would highly recommend him to anyone who asked us about him. We trust him totally with our home care.

Mr Williams was clear and upfront about costs. Many plumbers quote a lower price and then start surprising you. Mr Williams told me the least it could cost but also what would cause him to have to charge more. I knew the problems Ive had in the past so this have me a clear view of what was going to happen.He treated my house as if it were his own, cleaning up after himself and treating it with respect.My home is older and many plumbers wont even look at it. He also told me things I can do to keep from having him come back.A wonderful young man who lives right here and cares about making a good home here.Update: had a bit of windfall. Called Mr Williams to do some minor updates in my bathroom. He gave it the same attention as if it were a big job. Puts my mind at rest over things that wouldnt matter to anyone else. It mattered to me, so it mattered to him.

Our disposal started leaking, we didnt notice until about noon. Garry was out that afternoon around 3 with a new disposal. He explained what happened to our old one. He installed the replacement in about 30 minutes. He gave us advice on how to best maintain the new one. You cant ask for better service, wouldnt hesitate to use him again. Thanks Garry
