I have an older home in Port Charlotte, FL with the old cast iron pipes and was having problems with the plumbing and it was recommended that I have the pipes lined instead of replaced since I had just gotten my new floors installed. I got several quotes before hiring Pipedex. Luke came out and gave me an estimate and didnt try to sell me extra stuff and gave me a reasonable quote. Luke and AJ came out and did the work as scheduled and I was kept up to date via text on their arrival. They had to first clean the buildup on the old pipes and then line them. They did a fantastic job, didnt make a mess and put everything back when they were finished. Im extremely pleased with the work and will definitely hire them for any future plumbing issues I have. 🧑‍🔧

A very impressive company ! We discovered our water main was compromised ( thanks to Charlotte County Utilities for the notification) . We called PIPEDEX and they were here to check things out the same day we called. Within two days they were here and working ! Honest company, would definitely recommend! We we having issues with our water and the well company pointed to the water heater so we called Pipedex based on their other reviews. Amanda who did the scheduling was very nice and friendly and actually listened to what we had going on so she could fully inform her tech prior to his arrival. Alex came out and assessed the situation and determined all was good with our water heater and anode rod rather than just taking our money and making unnecessary repairs. Well definitely be calling them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

Called and got a same day appointment for a nasty clog in a MH. Two guys came out and they worked tirelessly to fix that and a couple of other plumbing items we needed done. It was 7:30 on a Friday night when they finished because they didnt want to leave us without water for the weekend. Much appreciated! They gave extra attention to being very clean when they worked, and I totally trusted them to work in my house and figure out how to reach the clog, which was half the battle. They also have a unique system that kept sending me updates as to when the techs would be here for my emergency call. From the initial call to problem solved, they were on it the entire way. Luke explained that it would be a 3 day process. We had the pleasure of meeting and observing four different Pipedex plumbers labor with great efficiency as we remodeled our primary bathroom. It was a total remodel and they did the tear out, broke up concrete to replace cast iron with pvc and replace copper water lines with pex. A labor intensive job that was done with neatness and excellence. Everything was roughed in and when it was time to put the finished trim on we were wonderfully pleased with the final results.
