I would like to personally thank Jack and Kevin for the outstanding job that they did installing our new free-standing tub. Several plumbers looked at our requirements and would not do it because they were inexperienced or afraid to drill the holes for the faucet, control valves and hand shower in our fiberglass tub. These guys displayed professional confidence to us right away, they seemed to be very experienced, had all the right tools for the job and they were diligent and organized. All these character traits could be combined in one word professional. Not only would I use these guys again, but I would recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Highly recommend Jacks plumbing. I was really in a bind with some underground plumbing issues building my house. Jack came out on a Saturday, shared his knowledge with me with a few issues I was having. Old school guy you can trust! Jacks Plumbing is someone I will definitely rely on in the future!

My water heater had been giving me issues. I saw Jack’s Plumbing van down the street on a Saturday afternoon and decided to take a chance. Jack and his son Kevin were very friendly and despite having been working all afternoon at this person’s job, they did not hesitate to say they would go over to look at my problem.Not only did they go pick up the heater for me at the local store but installed it, did not markup the price of the heater and charged me very reasonably.Excellent work ethic. I recommend Jack’s Plumbing LLC to anyone needing plumbing work.

I would highly recommend Jacks Plumbing to anyone. They do excellent work and go above and beyond in their service and work.They just did a bathroom remodel for me and when they started tearing out old tub found out the condo above me had leaked into mine for quite some time. They stopped my remodel and fixed the leak in condo above mine and still completed my job on original timeline.I live out of state and they kept me informed about what was going on and I had confidence they would do an excellent job and they delivered.

I recently moved into Port Charlotte and needed a plumber. A neighbor suggested calling Jack Plumbing whom is familiar with most local trades. I met and dealt with Jack directly. There was not dealing with slick sales people nor subcontractors.Jack and his son were timely, neat and what I liked most was their use of quality materials. Copper fittings were replaced with copper and none of that cheap quick connect garbage. I am completely satisfied their work and would use them again.

Jacks plumbing helped us out with our water heater. Water was not getting hot and also had a bad smell. He came over and fixed the issue right away and was very reasonable with his price. Will be my go to plumber.

The words reasonable and plumber dont often go together, but Jacks Plumbing is the exception! My first experience was a toilet I needed to replace because of a crack in the tank. Jack got right back to me with the same price that a handyman gave me so I chose them. There was no leaking (yet) but Kevin came on the same day that I called! I was extremely impressed with his work ethic. He was meticulous and so clean! He took his time making sure everything was perfect but no cranking up the quoted price. I was so pleased that Ive had Kevin back two times since then to replace outdated faucets throughout the house. When I told Kevin that I settled for a color of bathroom faucets, he went on line and found me the exact color I wanted and good quality. Most people would have just let me continue with the faucets I had but he wanted me to be happy with my choice so he came back when the new ones were delivered. No high pressure Let me get my money and run from Kevin or Jack. They answer the phone or get right back to you. Their pricing is fantastic and the attention to detail and clean work ethic is unheard of these days. They let you buy your own items or bring what you need, your choice! Their response time is fast! I will never go to any other plumber after dealing with them and Im fussy! This was a long review but I could say even more. Outstanding service is an understatement!

Had water leaking out of a pipe from my water heater. Of course on a Saturday. Called Jacks and he was on site within an hour. Cleaned up a mess from a previous plumber and did a wonderful job.

They did work for us in our guest bathroom. They re-routed the water pipes in the shower. Very need and clean and very professional. If we ever have any plumbing problems they would be the one to call.
