I was very impressed with Matt and David from veterans, plumbing and heating. They were on time, very polite, neat, never took breaks and very informative. It was not a clogged line like I thought. They found the problem which was underneath my place. Matt took pictures that showed where it was broken. When David came the next day, it was fixed. My drain has never worked better. Nice job guys!

He has also an excellent personality, is very professional. His knowledge about water purification systems is impressive. He represented your company extremely well. Then confirmed my next PM and insured tech scheduled was top notch. Then he proactively scheduled a follow up check by him in a month. He knew his job and had proper tools. The part that makes this company so good is its workers. I wasn’t happy about the original price as I felt it was more than most companies but the installer Jarrod was the best. He talked me through everything and why the price was a bit more as the whole unit need replaced based on the type of HVAC unit it was. He just made me feel at ease about the process. I will come back to this place as long as they have people like him helping us that don’t know.

I called Veterans Air and the came out at a time that was convenient for me. Matt was professional, and knowledgeable. He repaired my plumbing issue and even spent time just being friendly. I highly recommend Veterans Air and I will continue to use the for all my A/C, plumbing or electrical issues.

Early Sunday morning of a holiday weekend, we were awaken by a chemical smell from our a/c unit. We reached out to Veteran Air for help and Will was eager to lend a hand. We were not expecting prompt service on holiday weekend but were excited to hear that a tech was sent to aid us. Donnie was the service tech that handled our call and did a thorough assessment of our situation and despite the bad news of the system being beyond repair, guided us through the next steps and coordinated the replacement of the system. Knowing that we were facing record breaking heat and heat indexes, Donnie installed a loaner temporary a/c unit to help keep us and our pets cool while we waited for a new system to be installed. Will and his team worked on our replacement system and they were out the very next day to replace the entire system, inside and outside. Daniel did a great job and worked non-stop to ensure our system was up, running and cooling the house as quickly as possible. Their professional installation not only worked well, it look good as well! While the three men we dealt with personally did a fantastic job it is a testament to the first class operation and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for such amazing service!

Best Home Services is a great company! I chose them because of their 5 star rating and number of reviews. I am so glad I did. One call that was answered quickly by a live person to have a service scheduled when I needed it. Texts ahead of time to confirm appointment and with the name and photo of the technician. Jason was amazing. He showed up on time and quickly determined what the problem was then jumped right in to correct it. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions along the way. And while no parts were needed, it was reassuring to know that his truck was fully stocked if they were.I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future for the many services they offer. It was also appreciated that they offer a military discount.I guess their name really says it all!

Paul did an excellent job of installing a motion-detecting floodlight outside my garage. He also installed a switch for another light as well as tracking down an issue with a defective light that a different home repair man had bungled. The latter problem was particularly tough but he stuck to it until he found the problem, even though I tried to encourage him to go home to his family since it was getting way after hours. Besides being thorough and professional, he meticulously cleaned up after himself, plus gave me advice on maintenance and self-repair jobs. I really appreciated that. Every step of the way he kept me informed of what he was doing and why he had to do something a certain way. I would not hesitate to ask for Paul again to assist with any electrical repair in my home.

I called Best for an AC quote and they asked me about plumbing and electrical. I decided to give them a try for a clogged drain and they sent Joe over the next day. He arrived on time and called to let me know he was on his way. he provided a competitive quote, finished the work quickly and cleaned up. He did a great job. On the way out, he noticed that our ceiling was still missing after Hurricane IAN and he offered to provide us with a quote for Drywall. We had called a lot of contractors but none provided a quote thus far. Joe took pictures and promised a written quote within 24 hours.

Jamil did an excellent job at clearing out our line from a plugged sink. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and very courteous!We have used BHS many times at our own home and our rental properties. The biggest reason we use them is because they have Saturday hours at a normal rate and Sundays open for emergency visits as well. We called on a Saturday this time and sadly were told there was no one working that day. Disappointed, because our rental had guests staying with no ability to use the kitchen sink, I said no problem and asked about Sunday as this was urgent. They recommended I call back Sunday am. Called Sunday and no one working again! Thankful that Jamil was prompt on Monday, but so wish we would not have to wait until day 3 for a repair we needed much sooner.Thanks Jamil!

Given the job I had put this man up to, especially climbing in my attic during the day in the extreme Florida heat, I felt the price was very reasonable. I had the pleasure of working with 3 different staff members from consultation to installation. All 3 were down to earth, enthusiastic, and right to the point. I utilized Best Home Services when my A/C stopped working properly and my home was a lovely. 98 degrees when my A/C was set for 79 degrees. I contacted Best Home services (after hours) Dana, who took my call was a pleasure to speak with. She told me she would have a tech contact me that night and gave me a time frame. Chris, my repair person called me within the time frame, told me he was on his way to my house and arrived exactly at the time indicated. Chris was friendly and professional. He immediately went to work and remained focussed at the job at hand. He helped me move some items in the garage (which was a cluttered mess) so he could access the attic. Chris was very thorough and quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly completed the repair. He answered my questions and educated me on the repair and also how to better maintain my system. I was expecting the repair to be more involved and expensive but it wasnt as expensive as Id worked myself up to anticipate. The service call fee was a little higher than I would have liked but it was an after hours, late night call and the other charges I believed were reasonable and fair. And I received a senior discount! Chris worked ceaselessly from start to finish. A/C is working great and I am cool and comfy. I highly recommend Best Home services. Will be using them for future repair work!

I would highly recommend Best Home Services.We just purchased a house and it needed more repairs than we expected. All the employees were kind, professional, and understanding. They worked with us on the price to help.Jeff was the plumber sent to help and he went above and beyond. We needed plumbing repaired before my family came in and he came at the end if his day on Saturday around 4 and stayed until about 930 to ensure it was done for me. His professionalism and dedication to his clients were very impressive. I dont know of any other worker that would go above and beyond like he did.We knew there was an electrical issue that was causing the circuit breaker for the kitchen/living room to go off. Jesse came out to find out why and do a complete electrical inspection.He discovered that the panel needed replaced due to issues he was able to demonstrate to me.There also were other items I knew needed done, plus things I wanted done. Needless to say i was freacking out because we literally signed papers on the house that day and Im told I need to spend another 10 grand for everything I needed and wanted for the electrical alone. He was very patient and understanding. He worked with me in pricing and discounts.Tim and his boss came out to work on the electrical and had it completed within a week.If you need anything electrical or plumbing related, you need to use this company . You get what you pay for. They arent cheap but also not the most expensive.

Since he was under the sink anyway, he checked couplings on sink drain and garbage disposal. Found one couple was wet, tightened it. Found another was loose but not leaking, tightened it. Third coupling was fine. Pricing is on the high side, although appointment time is usually within 24 hrs. Had electrical service performed by Best Home Services. Now with personal experience with service in two trades, will definitely use Best Home Services again.

Wiz, one of the team members was exceptionally nice and kind I say kind because Im disabled and Im Leary about new people coming to service my appliances. They worked very fast and quite. We waited 19 days for part from diagnosis day and as much as we asked when it was ordered we never received information on date of order.We hope the problem is fixed now and remains well, since previous to Mark’s visit both technician left us and with in an hour AC stopped.

We had an older vintage-looking cabinet with an integrated lighting fixture that we needed to be looked at/hung. Our technician Andrew, arrived promptly and looked at the cabinet. He informed us that Best Home Services does not do appliance repair but pointed us in the right direction so that we could get the cabinet rewired and working at Light Source Lamp and Shades. Afterwards, he returned to hang/hook up the cabinet and installed a new wall-switch for the cabinet. Reasonable prices, reliable, up-front, great work. One note, it is best to pick an appointment time frame when you will be 100% available. Recommended.

The price was very good and price matched and went lower then a previous quote from another company.

The service from the time I made the initial contact to the service itself and the follow up was second to none. Very professional and honest. I used BEST Services because we had a warranty repair through an item we purchased at Lowes and they assigned BEST services. I felt that if Lowes uses them they have to be good. I used them for an AC repair and was very much impressed with their professionalism and honesty. There is no reason to use anyone else. For now on should I need any repairs I can not only trust BEST services in regards to their expertise and quality but also in regards to pricing. I feel I can have BEST services just do what is necessary and give me the invoice (although they will let you know the cost first). They are looking for a lifetime relationship and they certainly earned mine. They will not take advantage. I would give them 110 stars if there was such a thing.

As a new home buyer Ray was able to explain to me what needed to be done to fix my plumbing issue under my kitchen sink and what will need to be done in the future. I will definitely be using Best Home Services in the future for any plumbing, AC or electrical issues that come my way and will be recommended them to friends and family that need any of the services that Best Home Services offers.

An annoying vibration (hardly audible to me) occurred at the completion of the installation, and they did not leave until they were satisfied! To our dismay, Joshua Bostwick provided exceptional service at 10:30 pm and on a Saturday night. He was thorough and patient as he asked us a series of questions, and then he methodically eliminated any potential problems before making a recommendation that would meet our needs. We had excellent customer service from the very beginning when we talked with the answering service then the dispatcher and finally the technician, Joshua. When he arrived at our home the next day in 5 star service apparel, he was equally competent. If you need service, definitely consider Best Home Services.

This is my 2nd experience with Best Home and I highly recommend them and intend to use now as my go to phone call.Today I had an Electrician named Tim come out. What a nice young man with a great work ethic. Tim came from a job up in an attic that I am sure was 160 degrees! He was pleasant and got right to the job, getting to the bottom of a 1958 estate home with 4 electrical panels. There was a short on the dock and a fire burst out and melted down the switch for the lamp at the boat dock. Time did the work and the price was more than fair for the time he spent. A+++++I used a plumber a few weeks ago and although we did not yet do the work, the $39 estimate was well worth it and we will use them when we are ready.

Weve used Best Home Services for a variety of home repairs, including plumbing and lighting repairs. Their servicemen have all been professional and efficient. Theyre sometimes a little high priced but worth it for their response time and professionalism. Added bonus is not having to call different services for different repairs.

Received text from office introducing James & notifying me that he was on his way for appt. James was running a bit behind so he texted to let me know. This was very considerate of him. James was sent to check previous install of new Ring doorbell camera, as it wasnt working properly. He listened to me and had it fixed in no time. James also helped with a light that wasnt working & tested a couple of outlets. He sent pictures of what he had worked on to the office. There was no charge since it was a service call back. Veteran Air will be my go to for any future home repairs. Thank you James

Paul was great, very polite and knowledgeable. He disarmed my alarm system and replaced two lights with LED lights in the garage. My one concern: I no longer see the flashing red lights in thetwo wired smoke detectors in my house. I’m assuming that they had to be dismantled as well. ??? I would appreciate a reply about this.
