    We were in need of a water heater and wanted it as quickly as possible. We called five Star plumbing and they responded within the day and a half. Jesse handled the removal and installation and he was quite knowledgeable and shared with us. Details about new codes and other matters. He finished the job quickly but was very deliberate with the installation. We are very happy with the results. It can sometimes be very difficult to find reliable, honest, and professional contractors in Florida, so we were glad to find five star plumbing who were recommended by another reliable profession.

    Mike the owner of the company was very professional. Nate and Tyler recipe the who house and was nothing but excellent. They have my business most definitely in the future.     We woke up to a hot water heater failure.We had water everywhere. Ryan at 5 Star Plumbing was professional, friendly, helpful, and stuck with us, until our new water heater was installed.Thank you, 5 Star!

    Sean came out on a Sunday to help us with a plumbing backup after Hurricane Ian. He was so kind, knowledgable, showed up on time, and helped us figure it out. This was the only plumbing company I could actually get a hold of after the hurricane, and they were awesome!! I am forever grateful for the help!! We will use them from now on.

    Sean and Jesse came out to repair a leaking pipe under the sink that was “repaired” by another plumber 6 months ago. Quickly went to work upon arrival and after the repair cleaned everything up and even wiped down the granite countertop. Even offered to put the cleaning supplies back under the sink. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

    Sean and Josh were at my home 30 minutes after making the call to diagnose and repair my gas on demand water heater. They found the problem and have the part ordered. Very courteous and professional!This was after 3 other companies were unable to service the unit.If you have a Rheem tankless water heater, five star is the only local company able to work on it. Thankfully, I finally found them and dont have to replace the water heater because of a failure of a $20 part.

    I cant recommend these guys enough!! I called at the end of the business day about a water heater leaking. Jesse showed up next day, on time, with a brand new water heater to be replaced under warranty. Very professional, very clean work and thorough. I couldnt be happier!

    5 Star was very prompt and courteous. Called before arrival and they were early. Sammy, the plumber who was dispatched diagnosed and remedied the problem (roots) quickly. The fee was very reasonable in my opinion. 5 Star will now be who I call for my plumbing needs.

    I had a drain problem flooding my kitchen on Friday night. Donna made it easy to set up the appointment, Brian showed up and corrected the problem. While I would prefer not to need plumbing services anytime soon again, if I do I will not hesitate to call 5 Star.

    We bought a house back in October, and we ended up with multiple slab leaks. We decided to get the entire house repiped. We had a quote on Tuesday, and they started working on the repipe that Friday. They pulled some guys off other jobs and prioritized us since we had an ongoing leak and we were unable to use our water. The guys that came out were very professional. We will definitely use Five Star again!

    Mike, Doreen and their team did a fantastic job on our new home! They coordinated well with our builder making sure we were never waiting on plumbing to hold up project. Their staff was always respectful of our house, taking care not to leave messes and making sure everything was visually appealing.     During the most stressful time right now 5 star sent out Sean to fix our backflow that broke. They were literally at our house in less than 10 minutes and fixed us up real quick. Thank you so much, now we can shower lol. I would absolutely recommend this company and their services.

    Discovered an issue with the toilet in our guest bath late on a Friday; by Saturday we had sewage backing up into the guest tub! Called Five Star after receiving a recommendation from a friend; Kevin was at our house 45 min after my initial call. Within an hour the problem was identified, corrected, and Kevin was on his way. VERY polite and helpful - we will be contacting Five Star for all our plumbing needs going forward.

    Carl came to our home and did a fantastic job . The best company for home installation in the area with the best technician Carl!! He is careful..easy to talk to..diligent and knows what he is doing and finds a solution on the spot. He is not old but is all old school craftiness!

    I had an investment house that ended up taking a lot longer and more $$ than we planned but Mike was one of the few contractors that was on time and did not change his quote and gauge me. His work was so good we used him at our personal house and his workers were polite and after our hot water heater was in they took our old one and now we have longer hot showers. I will have him and his team do all my future plumbing work and will tell my friends and family to do the same...

    Called 5 Star with a sewer backup New Year’s Eve. Their technician was at my home in less than one hour.cleared the blockage, tested the system and was finished. Sure it cost more because of the holiday but what service. This is a great small business that I highly recommend!

    Absolutely fantastic company. Hot water tank went on Saturday they were there first thing Monday morning. Installed a new tank and had me up in running in hours. Tech was fantastic and super professional. Area was cleaned up and looked like new when tech was complete.

    Came home from errends on Saturday AM, th find our water heater had let go. After call to serverapluming companies that suposedly offered emergency services, (They all wanted to send a sales person to give a quote, & maybe replace sometime in the next week, I called 5Star, the lady I spoke to on the phone agve me the price, and told me she could have someone here in a coupleof hours, Brian their Tech was here in 90 minutes. got right to work. and by 5 PM we had a new Water heater and hot water, other places did not have the units in stock,
