Outstanding experience, as usual with Pipedream! Giovanni, our tech, installed a Moen Flo water shut off device, in a tight spot and did a beautiful job. Quick, efficient, and clean. We have been using PipeDream since 2016 when we did a large remodel in a 5 bedroom 5 bath home. They were outstanding to work with then and all these years later as we downsized in homes. Highly recommend!

1st project: Paula and Bob were exceptional meaning above the others. We had 2 shower cartridges installed, 2 shower heads, and 2 new ADA toilets. I am truly grateful. I recommend Pipedream Plumbing based on my experiences.2nd project: I am a repeat client. I’m trying to leave a second review but not sure how, so I guess guess I’ll just add to my first review. Paula (front desk) and Gio (plumber) are awesome. They are both kind, caring, patient, and remarkably exceptional at their professions. Gio changed our water heater. We had let it go too long, and it was corroded, and he was careful and paid attention to detail. The new water heater looks great and works great. I highly recommend Pipedream plumbing.

Pipedream plumbing is exactly that--a dream. They are professional and timely. Paula (in the office) was friendly, helpful, and so understanding as we had lost our hot water heater in a flood. She was able to get Gio (our service person and installer) out to us in no time at all. Gio was equally fantastic. He was able to recommend a fix that worked within our space, timing, and budget. Id go as far as saying that the Pipedream team is the best plumbing company weve ever worked with.

They did an excellent job for us, working to get our tankless water heater working. They tried the least expensive fixes first and when they didn’t work, installed a new one at a reasonable price. The plumber who worked on the project, Gio, gave us excellent advice on how to avoid the problem in the future and installed the new equipment in a timely manner. And when I told them the old heater had completely failed and we had no hot water, Gio was out to install the new one the same day. Great service!

Paula has the best attitude when answering the phone, is smart and is always cheery. She was the only person who made us aware that my our water heater might still be under warranty and if so we would only have to pay for the install.Gio did the work in our house, and does clean work. Pricing is pretty average but it was their attitude and approach that sold us on the business.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Monday morning. Water was spewing out of a broken valve, so we had to shut our main off. Our situation was putting an elderly resident in peril. Our long-time plumber was not available and he recommended Pipedream. They were quick to respond and the polite and professional plumber, Giouvanni, was excellent. We really appreciate Pipedream and the service weve had since the home was built nearly seven years ago, originally installed and maintained by them since.Earlier review after Hurricane Ian, 09/31/2023Called Paula about a problem we had with Hurricane Ian and the wind blowing at the house so much that the hose behind one of the outside faucets was dripping water into the walls and was soaking our floor on the other side of the wall. Paula was booked for a week but since this was an emergency she sent Bob out that day to repair the leak. He has been at our house many times for annual service on our tankless hot water system they installed when we built the house. Could never be without one now. Anyway, Bob did a wonderful repair job, smiling as always and our floor is dry. 😊

We have used Pipedream Plumbing since spring 2021. The first was to repair the water heater. The tech showed up on time as scheduled, did a thorough check of the water heater, diagnosed the problem and talked over the options and costs. He ordered the parts and came back to do the repair in a few days. Recently we decided to remove the sink from our laundry room. Pipedream Plumbing was the first and only company we called. Ryan was here the next day on time as scheduled and went over the situation and the cost. Everything he did was upfront and professional. We are happy with the outcome. While he was here, he answered our questions and checked out a plumbing job done by another company. We only wished that we had found Pipedream back then. The honesty, experience, and willingness to get the client the best for what they need no matter how small or big the job is says a lot about this company. We definitely have found our forever plumbers.
