    Great and friendly service. Dave came out to help us with our septic tank that decided to back up on a Saturday. He was at our house within 45 minutes and cleared the blockage very quickly. He explained everything to us and the price was more than fair. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

    What a positive experience today using Liberty Drain Co! I called Dave late this morning with what we thought was a clogged septic drain and he was able to be onsite and attending to the issue within a matter of hours. He gave me very fair set pricing upfront and stuck to that price even though the issue was more extensive than anticipated. Dave was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. At the end of the repair he walked me through the itemized invoice (along with pictures) detailing all of the work he had completed.     I called Liberty Drain Co twice, once this past December then again in January. Two separate drain issues. Dave came out same day both times. Unlike the plumber, he did not give up until both very difficult jobs were complete. Dave is honest, dependable and explains what he is doing. He left the areas clean and even put covers on the wheels of the large machine he used inside. Very impressed and I am a customer for life - highly recommend!     We called Liberty Drain on a Saturday. The phone was answered promptly by a gentlemen, name David. No voicemail. It’s surprise me.David turned out to be the owner. He had a job in front of us but was at our house within two or three hours.We weren’t able to be present. He took photographs. It was reasonability priced for the work done. We were very impressed. It was a nice experience.

    Called was able to come next day to identify drain clog. Used camera snake to fine clog and tool to clear the clog. Was very professional. Showed us the issue with the camera and explained what caused the issue. Price was well worth the service and saved us a lot of money if we would have had to replace pipes. Highly recommend!

    I called Dave early on a Saturday morning because both my toilets were backed up and draining very slowly. I decided to plunge both toilets to see if that happened to do anything and it seemed to have helped. Dave was kind enough to stay with me on the phone for a while and walk me through some troubleshooting steps to make sure the clog was flushed away completely. Super nice guy, and so generous with his time at 8am on a Saturday morning! Thanks Dave!

    Dave is great! We had a back up in our rental property with tenants there while we were out of state. We called him after hours and he was there within 20 minutes, located the clean out (that a different plumber said he couldn’t find) and fixed the issue within minutes!     We had a sudden main drain blockage which took all of our drains out of service. Dave and Amanda arrived promptly, diagnosed and fixed the blockage, and the price was very reasonable, especially since we called them at 5:00 on a Fri. afternoon. Dave used his camera probe to inspect the drain lines, and showed us all was clear and in good shape.I cannot recommend Liberty Drain Co highly enough. If (when) we have plumbing issues in the future, Dave and Amanda will be our first and only call. Annnd, they are terrific people: friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

    While staying at a friends house I had a sewage backup into the bathtubs and needed help right away! I called at least 4 other local plumbers and left messages. I also left a message with Liberty Drain Co. Dave from Liberty is the only plumber who returned my call and I couldn’t be happier that he did!     When the buyers asked for a waste pipe video of the home were selling them; a friend told us that there was only one company that could do the task professionally, dependably and with the latest video technology; Liberty Drain. David and Amanda are not just good at what they do. . . they are great! We were integrated into the team and were taught how the process works as the camera rolled down the pipe and we watched the video screen. A video was generated by the equipment to prove everything inside the pipe was working as designed.     I wont be cleaning my tiling tools in the laundry sink anymore! It took Dave 4 solid hours to clear that drain and he still honored the price he quoted me over the phone. He tried everything until he was finally successful and during the process he mapped out the drain pipes under my house and located the clean out which was buried under a foot of soil and tree roots. This guy knows his trade well and hes honest and friendly.

We contacted Liberty Drain Co on a Sunday afternoon and the phone was answered by Dave. Dave and his wife Amanda arrived in two hours. Extremely professional work team. To compound our drain problem we are surrounded by building debris from the hurricane. This wasnt a deterrent for them and they dealt with that in a very determined manner. Located the problem and repairs were made under considerably difficult conditions. Liberty Drain is the ABSOLUTE BEST!

They took extra care to make sure our house remained clean when installing the new toilets and removing the old ones.     We woke up on a Sunday and our drains were backing up in to the bathtubs we had guests in form out of town so I needed to get things fixed ASAP I called a few other places, I was ether told that they couldn’t do the job, or that there would be a fee to get them to come out. I called Liberty Drain Co. Not only did they come out that day and get my water flowing again, but he figured out that I had a root that was blocking my drain. They came out the next day and fixed the root and now it’s better then ever! One of the best things was he told me how much it was going to be over the phone. Their flat rate model is so nice. I loved knowing what I was going to pay up front. Plus I didn’t have to pay to get a quote or just come out and take look. I loved working with them.     Dave and Amanda are the best. We have had a chronic drain problem which was only getting worse. Dave diagnosed the problem immediately and routed out the old cast pipe in a matter of two hours.     I cannot recommend Liberty Drain highly enough! My wife called several companies to come out and solve a drain problem in one of our bathrooms and Dave at Liberty was the one firm that quoted her a real estimate over the phone and was available to come out the same day we called. Dave used boot covers, a face mask and made quick work of our drain problem. Service was quick and courteous and well worth every penny.     After calling a few other companies I finally was able to get the service I needed. Liberty Drain Co. should of been my first call.     We were absolutely thrilled that Dave & Amanda from Liberty Drain Co could come out when they did. We called several other drain cleaning companies in Port Charlotte and either they didnt answer their phones, it went to voice mail and no one called us back, or they were weeks out regarding when they could come out and help us. Liberty Drain Co was able to come out that day and let me tell you, they saved us. We had a clog we couldnt fix on our own and it was really becoming a huge issue.     Dan Jenkins was on time, professional and clearly loves his profession. When someone loves what they do, they naturally go above and beyond the call on duty and that’s Dan. I just bought a home and the inspector suggested I call a professional plumber to check my sewer system. Dave came out and took video of my pipes and found nothing wrong. What he also did was explain how plumbing works and why the inspector was concerned. He then gave me concrete advise on what needs to be addressed to prevent future problems. Great guy, honest and a great plumber. You won’t regret calling him.

    We couldnt figure out why the tub kept filling up after a shower. After googling plumbers we came across LIBERTY DRAIN CO. When we called them, i wasnt expecting a LUVE person to answer. I was so happy when the gal Amanda answered. After telling her my situation, and gaver my address, she said Dave is on the way ! She wasnt kidding, he arrived within .45 mins. He found the problem VERY FAST. Not only was the drain clogged with HAIR , he found a leaky pipe. Dave explained what was going on and how he was going to fix it. David Jenkins quickly assessed situation over phone, said he would be here within two hours to fix our problem. He was here on time, identified and fixed the problem using high tech camera and equipment and gone in an hour.David is highly professional, efficient, excellent communicator, couldn’t have had a better experience thanks to David.     Just a fabulous company. I had a problem that 2 other companies tried to fix. Charged me over 2000 and accomplished nothing.     Dave completed a difficult-to-access, broken sewer line repair at my rental house. He was able to complete it right away in one day, which was fantastic for my renters who couldnt use their water/sewer in the meanwhile. In the process, he discovered that a portion of concrete pipe connected to the city main was crumbling. He was able to repair it and make it bullet proof for 1/5th the amount of what it would have cost to repair it if it failed and the city had to step in. I am so grateful. The renters and rental management company both said he was very professional and a pleasure to work with.I then asked him to inspect the sewer line at my own home (which was replaced several years ago) to make sure it was okay. He was very personable, cheerful and knowledgeable. He discussed potential areas of concern with me, told me my line was fine and why, showed me relevant camera footage and provided me with a flash drive containing a dated video of my entire sewer line for future purposes. He also clearly had my interests in mind when discussing property owner vs.city responsibilities for sewer line problems. I highly recommend him if you need work done on your sewer line.
