I had a bad leak in my toilet and needed a plumber late on a Friday afternoon I called around and couldnt get anyone. Then I called Aztec Plumbing originally I was told Monday morning when I told the lady in the office this couldnt wait she found someone to help me. Mikael came earlier than expected he was curious, professional, and listen to me. He gave me options and prices upfront he stopped the leak and we agreed he would replace the toilet the next day which was his day off. Shortly after he left the second toilet started to leak I needed to replace both of them Mikael came right on time and replaced both toilets he cleaned up both bathrooms and left no mess for me. Five stars to Aztec Plumbing for being reliable curious and professional. And a big thank you to Mikael!

Ken was informative, friendly, and amazing! So far both times that I have called on Aztec, they have showed up on the day of and repaired/replaced what was needed. Both techs each time were super nice guys. 10/10 would call Aztec again! I would add a picture but it was toilets they worked on and no one wants to see a toilet lol but they did a great job on each toilet!

Dillon was on time for the appointment. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to scope the driveway clean out and confirmed cracks in the PVC sewer line below the clean out. His inspection confirmed a similar previous inspection. He also checked the atrium drains which were clear. A second cleanout was not found. He will provide the repair estimate today. It was stated that Aztec will remove the pavers and do the repair, but paver reinstall is not included. Overall the appointment was efficient and thorough.

Mike Pacella was our tech he was very pleasant showed me what the problem was with our waterline backing up took care of it even had me try flushing our toilets filling up washer and letting it drain make sure everything was working properly. We will definitely use Aztec Plumbing again and highly recommend them. They have no trip charge no overtime charge and no matter how long the job takes whatever they quoted you to do the job is a flat price.

Brook was here to service our tankless water heater and did so in a professional and efficient manner. I asked him if I could watch and learn the proper way to perform this procedure so he took his time and showed me every step of the process. Rags were placed on our flooring so that he could put his tools down on them and every drop of water was wiped up immediately. He had a descaling solution circulating through the two tanks for 45 minutes, which I later found out was the manufactures recommended time. After a final cold water rinse of the system, all of the valves were reset to their proper operating positions and the two electrical boxes were re-energized. He did a final cleanup of the area under the heater and said that if we had any questions after he left, we could call him and he would gladly answer them. I would give Brook an A+ for his service, courtesy and professionalism..

This is a great company! In the past month we had an emergency plumbing situation where Aztec arrived within 30 minutes. We then had multiple of their employees here to get the problem solved (due to the complexity of it) and every single employee was kind, helpful, and reassuring. Their prices were reasonable, explanations were straight forward, and when it turned out that the issue was one we needed the county to resolve, they came back to make sure there wasnt any further problem that would cause an issue for us for free. I am so impressed by their level of customer service and will use them again (hopefully in a non-emergency situation).

On second day, he completed the work and all connections were finished and working. Richs expertise in re-piping and plumbing were outstanding. I was very impressed with this company, from my first interaction with the person answering the phone--to the quick scheduling of my appointment--to the technician actually being 30 minutes early. The technician, Quin, was very personable, knowledgeable & efficient in performing a very difficult task. The bottom line is that he was able to repair the leak on the day he came to discern the problem. I was impressed with the fact that he had all of the necessary tools to complete the job on the spot, including being able to drill through cement to get to the pipe to repair it. This company was recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely recommend them to my friends in the future.

George Santiago was great. He helped me install a new drain pump into an outdoor ice maker. There were several issues that arose because the pump wasn’t designed specifically for this ice maker model. He was great at figuring out how to make it work. He’s smart and is able to find solutions. The end result was a great installation. He wouldn’t leave until we’d tested the pump several times to ensure things were working well. Loved his positive attitude and problem solving mindset. His work was very high quality.

Our water heater went out at 5pm on Thursday. I was able to chat with someone on the website and set up an appointment for the same night if I wanted, but I decided to have it done Friday. He showed up at the scheduled time and had the job done quickly and didnt leave a mess. He wrote the warranty info on the tank, which was nice.Overall, 100% happy with the install and service.

We really liked Mike. He was very professional and courteous. We were very upset with the pricing. I was originally quoted $2800. When I stated that price was crazy, I was then quoted $2100. I supplied all of the parts. This was strictly a labor job which took less than 7 hours. That is $300 an hour labor. I was quoted much less of a price from someone else and that company was suppling the material (roughly $500). Their issue was that they could not get to my home timely. I believe Aztec quoted a price that included materials. Overall, I loved the service and we are very happy with the result; however, due to pricing, I would not recommend or use Aztec plumbing again. This conclusion in no way reflects Mikes performance.

Brian Dill and his associates came to do a re-piping of my condo unit. I was given a window of 8-10am and they arrived at 8:20am. They went right to work and continued throughout till the job was completed with a very short lunch break. Brian was very knowledgeable in all aspects of re-piping and gave me options when certain issues arose. Adrian and Eddy, his associate technicians also worked very hard throughout and from what I could see did an excellent job as well. After completion of job they cleaned up my unit of any dust or debris that was caused by the re-piping. They also checked all faucets in the kitchen and bathroom areas to make sure they were all functional before they left.

The total cost also included a 10% because of the agreement I will be contacting the company to insure I didnt unwillingly get locked into a long term contract.In summary, the service and technician were great. The cost: I believe I could have done much better elsewhere.

What a pleasure working with Quint. He had come out a few days for an issue. Decided let Quint handle the new water heater and added a toilet and also kitchen sink. Yeah, I spent good money, but Quint worked great. Very professional and knows what hes doing.

I had an emergency on Sunday afternoon. Within 3 hours my tech, David Hopwood was on scene. He temporarily got my water use back and Monday my problem was solved completely. David was knowledgable and very personable. Thanks for a great job.
