I was having issues with my 18-year old air conditioning unit and called John here at South Hills Plumbing & Heating and he came right out. We could have kept the older unit going, but John was able to quote me a new unit on the spot which was competitive with what we have been quoted on in the past.John scheduled for an installation a few days later and returned with (2) other technicians to help remove the old unit and install the new one. They did a great job with cleanup and now my house is so much more cooler than it was before.Thank you John and the rest of the team there at South Hills Plumbing & Heating!

Walkin to the office as we live nearby and fred and his team was really nice. we had this vibrating ceiling on basement after flushing the toilet for a week. his team came in same day and fix the problem in no time. i really appreciate and would definitely recommend South Hills plumbing and heating to all. Didnt end up using hvac services but the guy was kind enough to call me back and help me work through my dead furnace problem on a Sunday morning with temperatures in single digits. Will definitely call them first next time I need help.

Had what seemed to be a pipe burst but ended up being a pressure reduction valve breaking. They were on site and fixed the problem within 3 hours of the initial call. Tom, the plumber was professional and courteous. I would hire again.

Had water pressure issues , they came out next dayand replaced the pressure relief valve to try to fixpressure issue even though there was no guaranteewhich they told me upfront. It solved a little bit of thepressure issue. They recommend I call the waterauthorities to have them check the pressure at the meter which I did and there was plenty pressure at the meter. So I called back to South Hills Plumbingand talked with them . They sent the same plumberout to trouble shoot. The issue was the newpressure relief valve was bad put another new onein and the pressure was great. They did this at nocharge to me. Highly recommend this company for being honest and having great integrity.
