Frew plumbing did an excellent job servicing our boiler this year.Scheduling was easy as we are part of their preferred customer plan. This annual fee is worth the scheduling priority and service discounts and it must be great for Frews manpower planning knowing the number of return customers each year.The company sends a very experienced plumber who knows boiler/radiator systems. I feel we can get the full life out of it with the expert care of Frew. This year our sight glass broke during the cleaning and safety checks. Replacement was made at a 2nd appt with no interruption of service.Couldnt recommend them more is you have a boiler/radiator system like ours.

It was determined that the unit needed replaced and he had the new one installed by Wednesday morning. Both Erik and the office staff kept me up to date along that way so I was able to stay informed. I thank Frew for prompt response, and quality service. They did a repair on my 5 year-old boiler they installed.When I was first looking for my new high efficiency boiler with 5 zones I requested quotes from 15 plumbers. Frew was not only the first to respond, they sent tons of pictures showing their work on other sites, came out quickly to review the project and returned a quote promptly. It was completely detailed with menu options so I could pick and choose. I suspected they might have been higher price so I wanted to wait until I other quotes. To my surprise, only 5 plumbers actually came out. 3 obviously had never done this type of work before, 1 submitted a quote that was about $3000 less but not detailed and I was worried that while the project was underway he might say that will cost more. The last plumber I had to call to find out what was going on. He said thank you for calling. I am having problems doing your quote. (meaning he too had not ever done such a project). My mind was made up and I called Frew and said yes. With the quality work they did it was immediately obvious I made the right choice and I tell anyone who asks to go to Frew. I know my old boiler was terrible, but my gas bills dropped by 70% so the savings was more than worth it and very soon my boiler will be paid off just by the savings.

Frew was slammed, but could send someone out the next morning. Greg was at our place before noon. He was able to fix the main leak within an hour. He also found another leak from our toilet and fixed that as well. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Normally I would give Few 5 stars. However this review I can not do that. Due to a gas leak issue, I called Frew to have them come out and check the hot water tank exhaust for the gas company informed me they would not light the pilot due to the exhaust attached to the hot water tank was clogged and showing high levels of carbon monoxide. Insteadof the woman offering to send a technician to take a look at it, she said they had no openings until tomorrow. She did not even suggest a technician to come after hours. That option should have been offered when she had no appointment times opened for today. I have been without hot water since Thursday and today Monday. Very unprofessional for not saying the best she could do was send someone for after hours service.

Ive used Frew H&P for years. They have a very nice package deal that covers a yearly furnace inspection and A/C inspection. When it comes time, they call you to set up your appointment. We are so glad to have found Frew Plumbing, Heating and AC - we have used them for several years now. We sign up for the ac/furnace maintenance plan to make sure our systems are running efficiently before the seasons change, and have also had to make several emergency calls for both systems. Once, they walked me through several things I could do to get our furnace going again so I could save myself the emergency call - but they also saved us when the furnace shut down in the middle of January and the temps inside dropped quickly. Theyve also saved us several times with the a/c and we are now working with them on a replacement as our system is older and irreparable. I know I can trust Frew when I call them and they have really come through for us, which I especially appreciate since we have two young children in the house to watch out for. Weve worked with Tim, Erick (HVAC techs), Adam (plumbing) and Mike (sales) and theyve all answered any questions I have and are super friendly and dependable. Techs are punctual, clean, and respectful, the office is easy to work with, and we are very glad to have Frew to rely on!

I had a major failure in the plumbing lines leading to my septic tank, with an unknown cause, unknown complexity, but I knew I was facing a large project and a large bill. Suggestions from other plumbers seemed ineffective and unnecessarily destructive. The owner of Frew came out, assessed the situation, walked me through the process, was very methodical and kind explaining the whys and hows. Every single person who came out to my home associated with Frew was professional and friendly, very respectful of me and my home, and I cant recommend all of them highly enough. You always hope something major like this doesnt happen, and that the previous work done was correctly, but when its not, having someone who values honest, correct work, is invaluable.Full problem list: collapse sewer line in foundation wall, improper pipe under house for sewer lines, improper pipe outside, improper connection to septic tank, all corrected or in process to be done soon.

They are always incredibly courteous to talk to on the phone and very prompt with any visit. I am very happy with the work recently done to replace my boilers blower motor, the repair tech was very professional, polite and answered any questions I had thoroughly and patiently.

We had a sewage back up on Friday night.... Raw...sewage in our basement bubbling up the drain like mashed nastiness from hell. After calling the township and confirming the problem was somewhere from the road to our house, we called another plumber and waited two days for him to be able to help. He didnt have the right equipment and said he did not know of anyone that would be able to help. So then I found Frew.... I called them at 7:56 am this morning and they had not one. but two vehicles here with two of their emplyees that were prepared and knowledgeable and POLITE before 9 am. Within three hours we now can use the sink, the washer, annnnd most importantly... the toilets!!! We have never had this problem in the past and I dont know if their price was comparable to other companies, but their service was INCOMPARABLE and their response time made my entire day so much better. I hope we dont have to, but if we do, we will definitely use their services again!Thank you!!!

We found Frew Plumbing after a bad experience with another company. Sean, from Frew Plumbing arrived on time and went right to work. Ours is an older house but new to us, so we had lots of things that needed attention. Sean was patient, listened, and then went to work on each and everyone of the projects. Frew Plumbing pulled our family out of one of the most trying experiences of our life after our municipalitys hired contractors ripped out our sewer during a municipal storm sewer project, refused to hold their contractors responsible and followed with a letter threatening to call the Health Department if we didnt fix what they broke. Today my family will shower, use the toilets, washing machine and do dishes in our home for the first time in nearly four months. The project was so complicated, we spent months looking for a plumber able to do the job. We had a fairly large job for the Frew guys with the installation of a whole-house six-unit ductless system that took about a week in July of 2016. The cost was very reasonable, especially after comparing their quote to three other well-known HVAC service providers in the area. Mike was extremely responsive and reachable at various times during the week and the weekend. It’s worth noting that his proposal was the most professionally put together when compared to others, and he took the time to work through several iterations of the different specs of the units. Likewise, the installation was done in a professional manner – Erik, Tim and the crew were solid guys to do some very complex installation work and they took the time to do it right - its been about a month and so far all seems to be operating great. They had complete access to the house without us there and would do that again if we need additional work done. I recommend these guys without reservation.
