Fagnelli Plumbing did exceptional service. We had been searching for a reliable plumber. Someone who was honest and reasonably priced. We had had some major flooding and sewage back flow into our basement after the excessive rain last month, and we had so many bad experiences with other plumbing companies that came out. Every company had a different solution to the problem and none of it made sense. They came out to run a camera through our sewer line and diagnose the exact issues. They was thorough and informative and showed us on the camera exactly what was going on. Then we agreed on what needed to be done, and he provided a very reasonable quote. Within two weeks, we had a team out here putting in a check valve. The crew that came out to do the work was on time, extremely professional, and they did great work. They handled everything from the permit to the inspection. Honestly, we didnt have to lift a finger, and everything is in working order again. Thank you!

Returned home from a weekend trip and found that my hot water tank had failed. I was referred to Fagnelli Plumbing . I called the office and received same day service. The service tech was very professional and knowledgeable . the tech reviewed my equipment and confirmed that the hot water tank had failed and was in need of replacement . He did some research and offered me three options. I had hot water the same day. Excellent experience, professional service tech, clean installation 10 year warranty and upfront pricing. I even revived a follow up phone call from the owner the next day.100% satisfaction. Nice to have a plumber that you can brag about !

We have used them twice now; once for a weekend emergency gas leak and once just today for a scheduled repair. I cant say enough good things; they were polite and easy to schedule with both times, and the plumber we had today (Mike) was professional, helpful, and communicated everything quickly to us. Cost was more than fair both times. Work was thorough. We have definitely found our go-to plumbers!

I had a very good experience with Fagnelli. They are very knowledgeable and friendly! Ive dealt with them on 2 separate occasions and they been great both times. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because they are a little expensive. But I trust their work, so its worth it to me.

Very nice, knowledgeable and helped us out in a pinch when our home warranty decided they weren’t going to cover anything ( even though they said they would before the technician came out). They did a great job, and completed it relatively quickly as well.

We have used Fagnelli Plumbing Heating and Cooling for two different jobs in the last 4 months-one was an easy garbage disposal repair and the other was to repair a leak by replacing a pipe. The second job turned out to be more extensive than we all expected. But the crew was great-they took on the work and were done in two days! They were pleasant, very mindful of the slight disruption it was causing and did their best to make sure we were not inconvenienced. They were also good about social distancing from us and wearing a mask when in the house. They cleaned up everything as they moved on to other aspects of the job.
