Vitaliy is absolutely incredible. We got a water softener, and a reverse osmosis system installed, both of which were not pre-wired. In addition to being friendly and professional, he was very transparent about the work he would be doing and clearly wanted what was best for us. He put in a lot of work to give us working systems and routed the piping out of the way so it wouldnt interfere with anything. I honestly cant say enough to convey how happy I am with his services.

Ive had VITech do a number of plumbing jobs, big and small. I have only positive recommendations. Just had them replace the shower faucet, valve and trim. It broke and needed replacing. The bathroom is old and not a five star bathroom but Ed did an amazing five star job. Fantastic work and attention to detail. Lesser plumbers would have risen only to the level of the room.

I filed a claim with my home warranty for our leaky kitchen faucet and we were assigned VItech to service it. Both of the technicians we had were wonderful. Vitaliy and Igor made multiple trips to help us solve the issue and came back late Friday afternoon to install a new faucet for us so we didn’t have to go through the weekend. Our kitchen faucet with touch sensor constantly ran water, Vitaliy came over, determine the problem and helped us to get the company send a warranty parts. When the parts arrived, following day he came and installed it! I was so impressed with his attention to details that I’ve hired him on to install my water softener and whole house filter. Really knows his stuff, and you can tell he wants to actually fix the problem (unlike some plumbers who either give you the run-around, try to cut corners, or seem to waste time in order to run up the bill). Vitaliy and his partner came in to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. Im always wary of plumbers as my family as been screwed over to many times BUT ViTech Mechanical and Vitaliy was the real deal! Best plumber in Arizona. Their pricing is very fair. Ive had numerous plumbers before and nobody did as thorough and good a job as VITech. I also had a shower nobody could fix the water flow - VITech came and got it working. I highly recommend them if you need a plumber that you can trust and count on. In my book they are the #1 plumber in Arizona and Ive pretty much tried everyone.

We have used VITech two separate times over the last several weeks in our home. Once for a very small issue (replacing an outside spicket that was leaking) and the second time for a much larger more complicated shower leak. Happy to say that both times they were on time, professional, efficient, friendly and fixed both issues. The owner even personally answered my husbands telephone call on a Sunday and took the time to ask several questions to make sure we werent in an emergency situation before scheduling a Monday appointment. Great service that we will use again if needed and highly recommend!

I had a water softener issue on Saturday afternoon, I called Vitech, at first he said Monday is the earliest that he could come but when he heard that I had to shot the water off, he couldnt leave me without water over the weekend so he said he will come about an hour.He showed up and recommend to replace the softener since it is old( 20 years) i said i dont have money to replace it at this time. He suggested to make a loop and connect the pipe without softener so we can have a water till I make my decision and he wont charge me for that.WOW that is business model that wont go wrong .Thank you ViTech you are life saver I appreciate your kindness.THANK YOU

Vitaliy came to help me with flushing our tankless hot water heater, which I had put in over two years ago. He asked me when the last time I had it flushed and of course I had not ever had it done, the person who installed it never told me I would need to do it about every year. Because it was so bad from the build up Vitaliy had to order a part from the company to get this fixed. He then only charged me for the part and not his labor -he - because he knew the company that installed it was negligent in not informing the customer on the maintenance required. Because I knew Vitaliy was honest I have put his phone number in my phone and I only call him for my plumbing needs. I recommend Vitality to everyone I know with plumbing needs.

Every time they are responsive, reasonable and very professional. Add to that list, respectful. Today when Vitaliy arrived he was wearing a face mask and asked whether he should remove his shoes. Just all around great company to work with.

Knowing how bad the water is in Arizona. I finally decided to do something about it. A friend suggested I call vitech. I made an appointment on Wednesday for a consultation. He showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He came on Friday to install a reverse osmosis system. He was again on time and completed the work quickly and cleanly. Vitech is also extremely reasonably priced. I have recommended him to my friends that need any plumbing help.

Our home started flooding late Saturday afternoon, due to a blockage in the sewer line. We called our home warranty company, who dispatched another company that wouldnt come out for 24 hours, even though our house was flooding. The home warranty company then contacted VITech, who agreed to come out within 30 minutes, regardless of the fact that it was 5:30 pm on a Saturday. They worked to diagnose and correct the problem and encountered a few difficulties. They did not give up and worked until 8:15 pm to resolve our problem. This type of customer-centric business is rare these days and it was very much appreciated! Most other companies wouldve either given up the later it became or they wouldnt have come out the same day. We are so pleased to have found this company and would definitely recommend them!

Vitaliy came to my house a few weeks ago to help me drain my hot water heater. We found a lot of calcium deposits as expected. A homeowner should drain their heater every 6 months to a year depending on usage. While he was at the house he also came upstairs to check our master bath room shower drain. His snake was more effective than Draino.Next he walked 10 feet to my wifes drain on her side of the bathroom. Having a woman with long hair before us and my wife also having long hair, lets just say he was able to open the drain. Happy to have a good plumber local to me!
