    What an honest company! My electric water heater went out so I called to inquire about a price for a new water heater. Instead of pushing me to have a tech come out or trying to sell me a new one on the spot, the gentleman I spoke with told me about the reset switch under a panel on the water heater. I drained the sediment prior to pushing reset (probably the first time in years it had been drained) and a ton came out. I then found the reset button, hit it and voila! No more cold showers! In this tough economy, I was stressing the thought of such a major expense; especially around the holidays. Words can’t express my gratitude to Water Heaters Only for their customer service and just being good people. Even though I don’t need a new water heater at this time, my heater has a few years on it and the day will arrive eventually that I’ll need a new one. This company earned my trust, so when that day arrives, this is where I’ll be buying my water heater.

    A 5 star experience. Called and spoke to a professional team member the evening my hot water heater had failed and made an appointment for the following morning.     Don S. Is my kind of dude! Water Heaters Only came on the same day as I called for help. I feel that the price was right for a new 50 gallon tank with parts and labor ( our 40 gallon was 12 years old!). Don was my technician and he was excellent!!     Wow, this company is just plain awesome. I called Wednesday about my water heater problem and the person on the phone explained away my fears regarding the issues. He had someone at my house the very next day to install a new water heater. DON S. is probably one of the nicest guys I have ever met - knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and professional. He explained everything to me in detail as well as answered all my questions. He had the entire job complete in a little less than 2 hours.     Water Heaters Only came the same day I called even though it was a holiday plus didnt charge extra for the holiday call. The water heater was installed in less than 3 hours and the area was cleaner afterwards than before. Hadnt had hot water for several days over the weekend so was appreciative of the fast service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new water heater.

    Excellent service by Chris. Was able to call and schedule an appointment to have my water heater replaced. In addition, the valves and tubing was also replaced. The opening was too snug for the new water heater to go inside so the door frame was removed, space was swept clean, water heater installed, and door frame placed back on all done by Chris; really went above and beyond with his work. Highly recommend this company for hot water heaters not for just their products but their outstanding services.

    Don S. Was the Professional Installer Technician that arrived on time, evaluated the situation of installing a new Water Heater Tank. He gave me the quote and I accepted it. He is a totally professional in his work habits. He was very thorough in removing the old tank and replacing it with the new tank. He checked and doubled checked his work insuring everything was installed perfectly. His work ethics are truly professional. He displays great people etiquette In due time the job was completed and he went over the procedure on how to startup the uni and how to drain the unit.     I was extremely happy when I called, and spoke with Tom. He said a tech could be at my house between 1:30 and 3pm, to install a replacement gas hot water heater.Mine had just decided to fail today, leaving a watery mess in my garage. Trevor E called, and let me know would be there within an hour, and he was right on time. He took the time to answer our questions, and installed a drip pan too. All this, in 108 degree heat today. Trevor E was very professional and courteous. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, who find themselves, in a similar situation, that I did today.     I called for a water heater replacement/installation due to a leaking tank and they were able to get a technician out that day, although I was not available, they did come out first thing the following morning. When Don S. arrived on time he was very professional, explaining what he would need to do and how long it would take. Don was very efficient, cleaned up thoroughly, and completed the job under the time quoted. The old water heater had some piping that was jimmy rigged (previous home owner install) and he went out of his way to make it right including a pan and drain spout. Should anyone need a water heater installation I will definitely refer them to Water Heaters Only and to ask for Don S. for installation.

    We called Water Heaters Only a month ago to replace our old heater as it was original to our home. Don S. arrived at our home two days later (they could have come earlier, but our schedule didn’t allow). We thought we were only getting a quote that day, but once he got that together he said if we approved it he could get right to work that day!     I got an estimate on Thursday, compared to other companies and the bid was fairly priced and warranty was excellent.     We were interested in a Hot Water Recirculation pump and had Water Heaters Only - Mesa come out for a bid. Trevor came on time, explained how the device worked and prepared a bid. We then went to look at our hot water heater which turned out to be 20+ years old, so we decided to go ahead and get a new water heater. Trevor revised the bid which was fine and asked if we wanted it done then. We were expecting to have to make another appointment so this was a very pleasant surprise. Trevor then installed the hot water heater and the pump. It went very well and then everything was cleaned up! We are very pleased with our purchases, the installation and Trevors professionalism. We have some rental properties and will definitely use Water Heaters Only again when needed.

    We called in the morning after noticing that our water heater was leaking. Water Heaters Only, Inc. gave us a window between 1pm and 3pm. The technician who came was Dillon G.. He was very punctual. He arrived at 1pm and worked hard until almost 4pm. He did a great job replacing our old water heater by a new one. He was very competent, very efficient and courteous. He was very careful and left the installation area within our house as clean as it was when he arrived. He worked very diligently, carefully and methodically. The work was not easy: some of the water pipe connections were rusty since we have had our old water heater for about twenty years. We appreciably greatly Dillons excellent service and professionalism.

    I needed a water heater right away, and Water Heaters Only was one of the few that would give an estimate over the phone, most wanted to charge me for an inspection first, and it would take days. The estimate was not only competitive, it was the lowest of all I could obtain on short notice.     We had to replace our water heater today, Feb 6, and our home warranty company contracted the job to Water Heaters Only. Our technician was Don and he was able to acquire the appropriate heater, evaluate our installation, work with his staff and the home warranty company and get the job done on site in a couple of hours.     I woke up this morning to a leaky water heater. I called Water Heaters Only and got me on their schedule the same day. Don S. was our service technician, who called to let me know when he was on his way and he arrived on time. Don quickly realized that our water heater needed to be replaced but he didnt have our model in his truck. Don said he would drive all the way to Mesa (we live on the opposite side of the valley) to pick up a new one and come right back. He did not have to do this and could have postponed the work until Monday, but he didnt want to leave us in that situation over the weekend.     I called Water Heaters Only on a Monday. They are professional, quick, responsive, friendly and reasonable. I would highly recommend them. My story: They said they would have someone out on Tuesday morning. Then in a couple of hours I got a call from Dillion, said he was nearby and would like to stop and look at my old water heater. When he came he found the issue right away. He offered to fix a leak on my old one to save me money but, I opted to put in a new one since mine was quite a few years old. He was quick and cleaned up after himself and even hauled off the old one.

    They were at my door within an hour of my calling. Trevor was the technician responsible on 4/23/18, and he provided very useful feedback in addition to the standard work involved (as a new home-owner I had no idea that water heaters should be drained three or four times per year).All in all, Im very satisfied with their service. The water heater itself has a 6-year warranty (10 years available for $100 extra with this specific Rheem), and they warranty parts and labor for one year.The price was fair, the service prompt and friendly, so I would most certainly contact them again.

    Our hot water heater went out and we looked around and had several bids. I liked the idea that the company only does water heaters. The benefit is they specialize in one task so they get really efficient at doing installs. Mine was done by Dillon G today. I personally remodeled my bathroom and have done plumbing and construction.     I highly recommend W.H.O. to anyone who wants friendly and fast service. We were expected out of town for a wedding on Saturday and this happened on Thursday March 21st. Since I had the emergency shut off instructions sticker on the side of the water heater, I automatically got $50 off the service, so that was a nice bonus. It sucks to replace stuff like this in the house, but this company made it as smooth as possible for us, so I really appreciate the service level and Trevor E was friendly and professional!

    First off let me say Water Heaters Only installed our water heater 22 years ago to another owner. There card was still on the unit, so I called. I was transferred to the Phoenix office and they wanted to send out a Technician the next day. I explained we werent in peril but didnt want to temp fate. I was scheduled for Monday morning 2/8/16 between 8-12 for a free quote. Don called around 8:10 and said hed be there within 20 minutes. After the quote we agreed to the price he said he could start right then. Much to our surprise we had a new gas water heater installed by a professional technician with in a few hours. Don cleaned up, took the old unit out and also gave us some needed advise on another plumbing problem we have had. Good advise! I would recommend this company to my neighbors with a very high rating. The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful in walking me through steps needed to get the warranty work done. Called the manufacturer and they immediately provided the information I needed for the replacement. First thing Monday morning I spoke with Tom at Water Heaters Only. He got me on the schedule for Monday afternoon! Don S called early on in the appointment window to let me know he was on the way.     Had a water heater installed in my older home yesterday by Trevor who was so professional, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and patient.     My water heater was delivering various temperatures of water. On July 11, I requested service online and was contacted right away. A service call was set up for the same day with a two hour window. The technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving. Don, the technician, arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes, and gave me a quote for services which were very acceptable to me. He removed the old hot water heater and installed a new one within two hours. he also replaced the water input valves. His workmanship and professionalism were excellent. I called a competitor and paid their $125 after hours rate only to have them show up and not be able to repair my 3 year old water heater that I had purchased from Home Depot and self installed. Got home from work in the late afternoon, opened the garage door and was welcomed with a gush of water which had flooded the floor of my garage and a ton of wet boxes (mostly filled with junk).     Pluses: I called for a non-emergency replacement of our water heater with a very slow leak and company scheduled for later that day. Don serviced our home. He was timely, professional, and did a quality installation.Minuses: For a company that ONLY does water heaters you would think their prices would be better than most. Price quoted over the phone did NOT include new water flexes/ball valve and refitting T/P line.It is my understanding those items are routinely replaced when installing a new water heater so should have been included in the stated price. To me that is like getting a quote for an oil change only to find out later that it did not include price for oil filter or labor (which are standard) so somewhat of a bait and switch. Research after the fact revealed that price was also at the top of the normal range...so no savings here. Had I spent a few more minutes doing an internet search, I would have found a reliable independent solo company and had the work done at a cost that was easily $300 to $500 less. HOWEVER, people that have had emergencies left reviews that they were very pleased with prices (Im sure they were excellent compared to the big time advertisers such as Parker & Sons or George Brazil where you are paying for their advertising costs).Bottom line: If you want quality and timely service at a good price AND experiencing an emergency, Water Heaters Only, Inc. is probably your best bet. If your situation is NOT an emergency, I suggest you find a quality independent/solo plumber who also only does work with water heaters and pocket the savings.

    I can’t thank Trevor E. enough for his patience working with a skeptical customer! I was lied to by our Warranty Company that tried to overcharge parts as modifications, then refused to replace my water heater! The Warranty Company kept dragging it out, claiming it’d be replaced “in two weeks” for months. Every plumber that they assigned was “F Rated” which I refused. Going without hot water due to this chaos, I was very distrustful of any plumber.So I had to find an honest, qualified plumbing service that I could afford out of pocket to replace the worn out water heater.     I called Water Heaters Only on Friday 4/17/15 as my hot water heater started leaking. They said they could install a new unit the next day - no extra Saturday charge. Don showed up and did a great job. He extended the piping on the gas valve to make it easier to shut off if there should be an issue. Nice to have someone look out for you for no extra charge.     We had decided to change from tankless water heater back to a 50 gallon tank. We called for an estimate. Don and Mike showed up on time ready to install a new water heater. After getting our estimate, we decided that we wanted to repair the dry wall in the area where the new heater would be installed. Water Heater Only does not do these repairs.     08/10/15 Wow! Great Service. Don was very professional and knowledgeable. My water heating was leaking from the bottom, So I knew I had to replace our W.H plus it was time. Everything was all brand new and Don took his time to explain everything to me. Btw customer service was great too. I called other companies and they seem to not care at all. I am happy we have a brand new water heater and everything is working great. I will only use Water Heaters Only and tell friends and family. Thank you W.H.O

    I dont usually write reviews, but my experience with WHO deserves one. Im a Realtor that needed to replace a water heater at a property Im selling.     I initially called the fine people at Water Heaters Only because their telephone number was on the sticker of my water heater that was installed when my house was built 15 years ago. These stories never end well for me--calling a telephone number on a sticker without doing heavy research, but I was a bit desperate with water all over the garage floor. Well, for ONCE there is a happy ending! They came out earlier (yes, I said *earlier*) than the time frame they originally quoted me(although they called me to ensure that I was home). Trevor explained everything they would do, gave me the quote, and they had the old water heater removed and the new one installed in a bit over an hour. The UPS guy stopped by and dropped off a package just after they left, reviewed the workmanship, then noted Water Heaters Onlys telephone number. I guarantee you--you will not go wrong with these guys.

    9/21 Don of Water Heaters Only, overall did a great job, was competent and performed all tasks needed to get the job done with reasonable prices. He is very professional. Professionalism along with competency is both crucial.     Dan was very prompt in coming out to install our water heater on 9/11 since we had no hot water. He was very professional and neatly dressed. We have a home warranty through Fidelity and they were very quick in getting it all completed. Thank you Water Heater Only !!

    On Sunday, I noticed my water heater leaking and no hot water. I called for service and was actually called back that day, making an appt. for the next day. On Monday, March 23, 2015, Don came out to see what was wrong and it was determined I needed a new water heater. I inundated Don with questions during the install and he professionally answered all my questions. He was done quickly and efficiently and even shook my hand when he left.
