Requiring more than two visits, these guys diligently took their time figuring out what the real problem was. Brandon in particular was a pleasure to deal with- texting me his arrival time, explaining what the different issues might be, . He even found an innovative solution for me while a specific part was ordered. Offering 24/7 service, extremely knowledgeable, and dependable, these are the guys to call if you need help!

I contacted diamondback plumbing to fix a faucet and a drain, the technician came out right away and fixed the issues very efficiently. Had Diamondback come out to get some information on the age of of a water heater. There was no upselling or pressure to install a new unit. The unit was old and it was time to get a new one. I needed to avoid a potential problem of the ‘wait and see’ or the ‘omg my water is leaking’ and it could turn into costly mistake. They were able to do a new unit install day of and kept me informed, they were thorough in the job and most of all they didn’t make a mess while doing the job. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, which includes Zach, Kristin, and plumbers…Ed and Cory. I look forward to referring Diamondback Plumbing to other clients of mine.

I recently had a plumbing emergency that flooded my neighbor below. I called DiamondBack and they send me a technician. Nick showed up right away. He was very professional and explained exactly what happened with the plumbing. Nick made the repair through a very small cut in my new cabinets and he was able to save my brand new kitchen from being torn apart and saved me thousands of dollars! Nick is a true professional and I will hire him again and recommend him to others!

After a pressure check and complete review of my bathroom, it was determined that I dont have pipe leaks but just a tenant who likes to splash too much. My realtor referred me to Diamondback Plumbing and I called last week to have a technician check on my water heater because the water was not hot when I was showering. Initially the technician came out and recommended a flush but because the heater is so old, he suggested replacement. I was able to arrange to have it replaced quickly, instead of having to wait a couple of weeks like some big companies make you do. The technician was excellent, he came on time, I saw him on my cameras, he was efficient and had it installed and took the old one away. I’m so happy my realtor referred them to me because I’m fairly new to the area and didn’t want to get scammed and overcharged. Their prices are pretty fair, I had checked around before securing the replacement of my water heater.I will definitely recommend this plumbing company to my friends and family.

Dylan installed a new water heater for the house Im renting. Dylan came yesterday and equated it and then spent several hours installing the new water heater the very next day. Dylan worked several long hours in the arizona heat (over 100 degrees today) and had a great attitude, was very personable.A lot of problems with plumbing agencies is you get put on hold or have trouble reaching them. Diamondback plumbing is easy to reach by phone and great at communicating when they are coming. I would use them again.

Weve been experiencing a problem with a Kohler tub spout that was installed years ago. Clayton pulled the spout out and showed us the bad calcification from years of hard water. Suggested we might try soaking the spout in vinegar. He looked online and called suppliers - an exact replacement for the spout was no longer available. He found a similar Kohler spout on Amazon and gave us the name and product number. Soaking the spout did not correct the issue, so we just ordered the Kohler spout from Amazon.Clayton charged us nothing for diagnosing the issue, suggesting a potential fix and locating a replacement spout online. He was extremely pleasant, polite and informative in working with us. Weve had similar excellent service over the years from a number of Diamonbacks plumbers.

I called, and a woman answered who took my info and said the tech would call me shortly…and they did. They scheduled to come out Sunday morning, Tyree called when he was on his way, when he arrived he was professional and explained what he was going to do. He took pictures, showed us what the issue was and communicated everything. He was very nice and clear. He took care of the problem and an hour later… our air was back on! I would highly recommend Diamondback plumbing and I will be back if anything ever should occur in.

We discovered a leak around the flooring in our house. After checking with friends for referrals, we called Diamondback first. Sam and Dylan were at our house within 40 minutes of my panicked phone call. After listening to the troubleshooting my husband and son-in-law had already done, they asked us if we were comfortable letting them cut into the drywall to check one spot before they had to give us a quote to check multiple places in the house. We said yes, go ahead. And that was exactly where the problem was! Within an hour of their arrival, the pipe was replaced and completely fixed, and we could turn our water back on!Sam and Dylan were so courteous, and I cant emphasize how much I appreciated how they listened carefully to what we described. They were thorough, completely professional, and very careful about how our house was treated. Of Diamondback Plumbing & AC, I used the AC portion of the company to have my unit check for winter. Tyree was my AC Tech and I have nothing but praise. From his attitude, appearance and a pro in all ways. He took good care of my property, both rooftop unit and surrounding areas. Upon completion Tyree explained all photos and the outcome of each of his checks and the parameters my unit should meet. My unit was within all. The point being, nothing hidden and all findings good or bad were validated. Good straight forward business! We needed to make an emergency call for backed up pipes that affected the whole house. Lucked out and got Corey, he was so great. While working on our issue he could tell someone in a nearby unit was working on the same pipe. We went next door and sure enough they were, Corey cleared the blockage for both of our units in under an hour. Nice, personable, super efficient and knowledgeable - Diamondback is lucky to have him!

On this trip they came to help with a clogged drain and successfully were able to clear the clog. Unfortunately our 50 year old cast iron pipes are in poor condition so will lead to additional repairs but they were open and honest with the communication with us.

My upstairs unit was not working. It was not going below 83 degrees. Diamondback came out same day and diagnosed it. It was low on refrigerant so he quoted me to add some and to do a leak search. He advised that because the age of my unit it would make more sense to replace it than to do any major repairs. He added the refrigerant and got the system working for now. We will be looking at replacing soon. The technician was very friendly and got us out of a tight spot. I would recommend Diamondback to everyone.

By far the best Plumbers I have ever met! I have lived and worked all over for huge companies and Diamondback was just Top Notch Professional in every way! Dyllan, Cory, and Colt came out gave me an estimate! I had no Idea where this leak was in the old building and he was able to narrow it down in just a couple of hours and able to get the job done within two days! Not to mention it was a really big job! Dyllan assessed the leak informed me of my options and gave me an estimate the same day! Now that was even the best part. These 3 guys found out that I had another pluming issue came out to my property mins after my phone call to check on my business and make sure I was taken care of! Now that is service! I have used Diamondback Plumbing and Cooling in the past, so when my a/c went out, I placed a call to them, and within 30 minutes a technician named Tyree was at my house. He is an extremely polite, neatly dressed, and knowledgeable young man. He asked a few questions, then went up on the roof to check. He took several pictures and showed me/explained what was happening. The unit was over 25 years old and was shot! He contacted his supervisor, who called me to go over my options. A new a/c unit was installed the very next day, along with a new air return grill and digital thermostat. They offer financing, which is very helpful in a situation like this. They ALSO had a company come out the next day to clean all the ductwork in the house.Thank you to everyone involved!

What can I say about this amazing place! I had a gas line punctured on 9/1 when our trees were being planted. The gas was turned off and I called this place in a panicked frenzy! A good friend recommended these folks so I called I wish I could remember the ladies name but she was extremely helpful, pleasant set the appointment contacted me a prior to the service man arrival.Levi came out (you would think he had 60 years experience but I doubt he’s over 40) and inspected, located the problem, Levi used his camera to scope the lines showed me where the problem was, after jetting the whole house and snaking the lines he couldn’t Jet, using the camera again showing us all clear we added a couple of other small plumbing concerns which Levi corrected. Very clean very neat never know he was there and the price was HALF of what quotes over the phone were.Yesterday was my second time that I had a family member in need of plumbing repairs. I called made the appointment with them today, once again super easy and friendly no hassle dealingsMy daughter and Son in law are in the middle of a major remodel to their kitchen. During the removal of the old cabinets for new ones they found a leak in the drain, the house was built in the late 60s when they used cast and galvanized pipe the galvanized pipe is what had corroded through and had a pin hole. This is a true level home drain pipes inside the block wall.Levi came out again and was a hero. He had to remove and replace not only the galvanized pipe but also the Fitting in the main line this pipe attached to all with new ABS plastic.I didn’t bother calling and price checking these folks as they are straightforward, honest and all around dependable and extremely reasonable on their pricesI have found my plumbing company

Sunday; 1;30 in the afternoon. I tried replacing an aged water shut off valve that wouldnt shut off completely so I could remove a very slow draining toilet to repair a blockage no amount of plunging/snaking/chemicals would remedy. My replacement job on the valve leaked a trickle of water so I knew it needed needed a real plumber and figured it was time for a pro and called my usual plumbing service. But the soonest they could make it was the next morning. Leak was too bad to wait so I called DiamondBack Plumbing. Was surprised they said they could make it out within an hour and not have an extra charge for it being the weekend. Their tech, Justin, arrived within the hour and fixed my leaking valve replacement. He asked if there was anything else so I told him why I was doing the valve replacement and he tried using his professional auger to clear it. When that didnt work (much to his surprise), he quoted me a more than fair price to remove the toilet and clear out the blockage. I was intending to do that myself (when I first started this endeavor at 11am that morning, I knew the toilet removal, clearing, and replacement would take me two hours at least to complete, if not longer) so I quickly accepted. Justin got the toilet removed, cleared the blockage of mineral deposits and other matter, and put the toilet back on in little time. All for much less than I expected to pay, especially for it being an emergency call on a Sunday afternoon. I like my previous plumbing service; but I love my new one even more and wont hesitate to call DiamondBack Plumbing the next time I find myself in a job that I find goes beyond my own capabilities.

He and his partners bravely crawled into a space under the house several other plumbers declined to delve in to. It was nasty, Ill credit that. They were quite professional, found the problem, which of no fault of theirs, took several days to get fixed, but that was because it ended up being a sewer line that had to be dug up, so that had to be arranged with utility marking and all that first. They got the actual job done in a day and always answered every question we had through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs. Pricing was quite competitive with others and I believe we got better service than we would have with anyone else.

Called and spoke with Michelle, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. When my issue got a little too technical, she had me speak with Chad, who seemed to know exactly what my problem was over the phone, and sent me back to Michelle for scheduling. This was at 1pm on a Wed and Michelle didnt think she should get a tech out that day, but said she would try her best because we mentioned we had two small children and she didnt want us stuck with a clogged main drain. She was able to get Justin to our house by 3:30 and he was wonderful. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 30 minutes, and allowed me to hover over him asking a million questions. We had received a quote earlier in the day for 780$ from another plumber and what he was describing just didnt make sense, and Justin confirmed why that didnt make sense and even showed me on the inspection camera why the other service wouldnt be necessary. Was charged 150$, and was happy to pay it. Will use their services again, and refer them to anyone who needs a plumber.

What a terrible time for a total A/C malfunction. John and his guys worked tirelessly on our unit and installed all new duct work because ours was broken down truly beyond repair (I made the mistake of using a handyman to install the duct work when we raised our ceilings which created a nightmare of a problem☹️). They worked through some of the hottest days of the year which made the job take longer to complete but obviously the health of his team was the most important. I really appreciated the work Diamondback did and John going the extra mile to send his guy to paint my ceiling where access to the attic had to been made. Worth every Star!

I am so THANKFUL for DiamondBack Plumbing!!!! We bought a new faucet for the kitchen, the store where we purchased the faucet arranged for installation with another local plumbing company. The technician arrived, and ran into a problem with old faucet hot water handle, wanted to cut old handle off, but first wanted us to sign off that if our granite counter top was damaged in the process, it was not their responsibility! I called a local realtor for a Plumbing company recommendation, she never hesitated, told me to call DiamobdBack Plumbing! Mind you, the previous plumber had turned off water, and then left our kitchen a complete MESS! One phone call, and less than 2 hours later Levi shows up!
