As promised, I received a call in the afternoon, and they worked with my father to assess the situation, provided a cost estimate for the job and assured that the work would commence within the next week. When I called to check up on the status, they were waiting for a part but reassured me that they would strive to complete the job by the end of the week. Although they informed me that the required part would not be available until Friday evening, they committed to starting the work first thing on Saturday. They were punctual and got the new line running, and I had functional water by Saturday. To my delight, they also installed two new toilets for me on the same day. Despite giving them a weeks notice for a substantial task, they responded promptly and resolved the issue at a cost lower than what another plumber had quoted. Later, when I faced a problem with water bubbling up from the main drain in the basement and improper drainage in the shower, they promptly attended to the issue before noon. They efficiently snaked my sewer line and extracted a significant amount of roots. I would definitely call upon their services again. Im extremely grateful to Donald & Sons Water Heaters LLC! I made a call and within an hour, Giovanni was at my doorstep, even though it was a busy Friday. Sadly, the diagnosis for my leak indicated that my 50-year old water main line needed a replacement. However, Giovanni kindly gave me a $400 discount for being a loyal customer, which might be true since this was my third plumbing repair with them within a year. Its been a year filled with water and plumbing issues, which is quite unusual. Moreover, another commendation for Giovanni is his proficiency. He managed to complete that massive repair all in the same afternoon! His customer service has been outstanding, I must say. After the installation, he performed a thorough check on my faucets flow, hot water heater, and found some mud clogging up the lines filters, which he quickly cleaned out. Whats more, he discovered a 1/8 tiny gas line (which was connected to a now non-existent lamp) that wasnt capped. He capped it at no extra charge! I cant sing enough praises for Giovanni. Hes extremely professional and a master at his craft. In addition to everything, he also stopped by the next work day to quickly close off the slightly open backyard faucets valve which was causing the water meter to move slightly. Giovanni is extremely thorough and skilled!

However, he did advise me to purchase a separate faucet, and his time estimation was spot on. In hindsight, I believe more questions should have been asked from both sides.
