We had a new air conditioner installed and our vents cleaned. Our appointment was scheduled within days of our quote. The installers where great explaining the process for the day and they did a great job. Then I asked that the vents be cleaned the next week. Israel did a fantastic job he explained everything he would do and got to work right away. My craft room looks like a hoarder house almost, he accidentally broke a vase and came right to tell me and apologized. It was a cheap item no big deal but his integrity is impressive. Last the drywall repairs for the entrance to the attic looks better than what it did when we bought the house. I took a picture of what the one in the garage looks like compared to the new look in our room, and we had been told we would have to paint it - nope they did that too.Thank you Delta Home Services for a great experience and a nice cold system just in time for the Arizona summer.

Delta has always been great to work with. This time was my winter check-up for my heater. It needs cleaning since I have three cats. However, Israel did not try and push the cleaning on me. He was very nice about it. I will think about it in January. Thanks, Isreal.

Thank you Delta! I was lucky enough to win a NEW AC unit since i entered a drawing since my unit is at life expectancy(20years). And i WON!!! Delta was quick and professional in delivering the unit, NO CATCHES!!! This was amazing and the difference between the new unit and old is like night and day. Mind you removal of the old unit, delivery and installation of the new unit was all done in less than 4hours! The crew was nice, friendly and left my place clean. While they were there i asked did they know who i can contact to have a 72inch outside ceiling fan installed, surprisingly they said THEY DO THAT TOO! Scheduled me an appointment a few days later and had a very professional installer come put it together and install it for me in less than 1 hour! Thank you Jason and Delta for your customer appreciation and making my and my families life easier. I will go with no other!!! :) ***FAST FOWARD*** Thanks to Manny for inspecting/maintenance on my ac, he was great, helpful, nice and super informative! I definitely will request him next time!

Great service and great people. It was summer in Arizona with temperatures well above 110 degrees and the main AC goes out. I contacted 3 or 4 companies to get quotes and went with another company (that shall remain nameless) because they were cheaper. Two very hot WEEKS went by and no AC unit. Temperatures continued to climb and my family continued to suffer in the heat. I come to find out this company was a repair shop and was trying to break into the replacement business. No warehouse, only a store front! I contacted Delta and within hours I had an AC unit promised and installed! Thanks for saving the day!

I never give 5 star reviews, but this company definitely deserves it. You can search for your a/c unit and price On line before having any contact with them. Very few companies do that, the price is usually not discussed until they come out. It was all out there, and they stood by their fair price. The installation was prompt and professionally completed. All of their people were friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

On a Saturday night, my AC went out. August in Phoenix and the house quickly heated up. I began calling frantically company after company and no one could come or would come. I finally called Delta and Brian showed up and made quick work of my problem. He was amazing! he fixed only what needed to be fixed and got the unit up and running. Apparently Delta has been around since 2003, I wish I would’ve known about them years ago.I have added them to my speed dial contact list. I would recommend them to anyone!

Great same day service, very professional service techs and friendly. Ive used Delta since 2016 and have always been treated fair. Fast forward to 2024. The labor charges seem to have gone up. I just paid $190.00 for a 15 minute repair. Who can afford that?Their high profit margin is a bit ridiculous as well. I read about many companies taking advantage of the poor economy and high prices, using that as an excuse to raise their own prices when its not necessary. Its called greed and gouging. I would hope Delta isnt one of those companies. But who can you trust in this day and age, right?

This is unfortunately not the review I would prefer to give. Our most recent experience this time around was less than desirable and has put me in position that I cannot trust Delta when they send a young man around the age of 23 giving advise on a AC issue. That being said, I will continue to use Delta as I have been promised a trained and qualified technician for the future and they will send me the same technician each and every time. I realize that young technicians need the experience in the feild, but, they need years of experience and training before they can properly be left on their own to provide advice and costs on a repair.

I never received the promised call to tell me the time of the install. Even though I gave them a new number to use when I called, they continued to use the number of my now deceased husband even though they weren’t getting through. Disappointed in that lack of attention to customer information.

I set up an appointment with Preston and he set up the inspection. The inspector that showed up to do my Trane HVAC inspection was on time and very efficient. He inspected everything and explained the condition of my unit. He did not try to upsell me on anything. He told me I could use a small part if I wanted to save money on electricity but that was about it. I will take his suggestion into consideration since its not urgent. Overall Im very pleased with the service and the thorough report done in a timely manner for a reasonable price. F. Hicks

My wife and I have been using Delta for maintenance on our HVAC system for the past ten years. We have been extremely pleased with the quality of their service.It is rare to find a company with integrity, efficiency, and a high degree of professionalism - from the person who answers the phone to the technician who comes to your house.Most recently the blower motor to our system failed - in the hottest weather - of course. The part was temporarily on back order from the manufacturer, so Delta loaned us portable units for free while we waited for the part to arrive.The owner of the business, Carlos, personally came to our house on a Sat to remove the blower assembly and motor. He said that if the part didn’t arrive on Monday, he would see if he would temporarily install a different motor. Luckily the part arrived today and David came out to reinstall the blower with the new motor.Like his colleagues at Delta, David was punctual, called 30 mins before he arrived, explained the work he was going to do, answered all my questions, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and was finished in just one hour. You can’t ask for better than that!Our A/C is again working perfectly. Thank you Delta!

During the March 4 2024 annual spring inspection, apparently the tech did not blow out the condensation hose on the system clogged causing the system to shut down. $404 later the system was functioning. I did not start using the AC until 3rd week of May 2024. It seems odd that the condensation hose would clog up in 3.5 weeks. Ive been a customer with Delta since 2004. Do I need to remind the tech to blow out the condensation hose? No worries, I will. The tech on the emergency call found the problem quickly and remedied it as required.

Awesome company, I called for 2nd opinion because another company told me I needed a new ac unit when my unit is only 7yrs old. Delta came out and ran a bunch of tests and my unit is running per manufacturer guidelines. Delta saved me $12,000 for not having to buy a new unit. Our 27 year old unit finally bit the dust. I was recommended Delta Home Services by a friend. I called and we had a tech named Alex L. at our house the same day. Alex was very knowledgeable and gave us multiple options on units and financing. We were even able to get scheduled for install for the very next morning. The install team was very professional to us and kind to our dogs. They cleaned up their mess and showed us how everything works. I had a few other techs from a few other companies come out and give us quotes on a new unit and they were minor league compared to Delta. I recommend Delta Home Services 100%.

I wanted a new exhaust fan in a bathroom. My appointments to get the work done were canceled twice and delayed twice. I asked the first tech that showed up what the price was going to be. He did not know but said he would be back the next day with options. Instead it got pushed back two days and a different tech showed up with one fan but was unable to install it due to not bringing the right part. I was unable to get a cost out of him also. Bottom line, it took 8 days to get the fan installed and I was billed a price that would have caused me to get other bids for the work. And I had to clean up after the tech. Management failed to respond to my email outlining my issues.

Our AC went out on a Friday morning, so we had an AC repair company come out. They confirmed our worst fear; the AC needed over $1000 in repairs for a 35-year-old AC. That company said it would take $9K and four weeks to get a new one, and they said everyone was in the same situation. We called a few others and heard the same answer. Then a Facebook ad popped up from Delta Home Services with an online form. What could it hurt? The online quote was $2K less, and they had what we needed in stock. Within 10 minutes, I had a phone call and an appointment to confirm everything for Mon. They agreed to schedule the installation and a crane (see photo) for Tue. Within four days, we had cold air once again. Jason and Dillion and their teams were incredible and punctual. There was a change in the AC brand from what we thought. It was a RunTru which is a Trane brand, so no complaint. Highly recommend!

Can not express enough how great our experience was with Delta Home Services.Our air conditioner went out and heat temperatures were moving to 115 degrees. Not fun.I met with 3 companies and when Jason, with Delta, came out I instinctively knew this was the company to work with.He was very professional, never uttered a BS sales pitch and even though I had done my research he gladly answered all my questions and made very good comments and items to consider.Since we had two 25 year old systems we decided to replace both at the same time and he made arrangements to replace both within 48 hours. God send.The replacement crew that came out was also very professional, cordial and prepared for business. I found out one of the guys, Juan, has been working for Delta for the last 10 years. That says a lot.The crew worked non-stop from 7am to 5pm in 113 degree heat and when they finished they completely cleaned every evidence of anything from working that day.They even arranged to have another person come over to touch up a very minor paint issue and he was equally professional, cordial and skilled. Old time skills.Obviously we recommend Delta to anyone looking for the same type of expertise, skills and no-nonsense honesty.

I found this company on a FB ad, so I didnt have the highest expectations. I tried their online tool to get pricing, but 1. I didnt know what I had 2. I didnt know what I needed. So the tool was pretty much useless for me. I received a call a day later and they offered to send a tech out to go over it with me. Next day, a tech came out, he was able to use several third party sites that explained what I needed. He was patient and answered all my dumb questions (like why I need a furnace in Phoenix). By the time he left, we applied and were approved for credit. The unit was installed within a couple weeks. The day of the install, they brought out a portable AC unit for my wife to use in her office while they installed the new unit. The install crew was very professional and really friendly. Very respectful of my home and dogs. Overall, the entire experience was very positive. I thought getting a new ac unit would be a headache, it was not.

Neima was an outstanding service technician. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained in detail each step of the inspection and showed us pictures of the results. We were able to view both the before and after photos of the work he did on the unit . I also observed him cleaning the condenser coil and test components of the outside unit. I was impressed with the way he was able to convey to us what needed to be done as well as why it had to be done.

A couple of days after having a maintenance check-up on the Trane air conditioning-heater unit and being told all was fine with it, I didnt have any heat. I called and Keith came out and located a leak in the unit. The unit is working now and hopefully there wont be another problem with it I appreciate that the problem was taken care of the same day. Keith was very professional, knowledgeable and very personable.

We have had a number of different techs come out the past three years. A couple of them did adequate work but seemed to be mostly interested in selling stuff. Hopefully they have moved on. Manny on the other hand not only took the time to explain what he was doing, but also worked quickly and effeciently. He recommended one item that needed attention and explained the hows & whys as well. Very pleased with this young man. Hire more like him.

Neima Therani was professional, courteous, wore his mask, explained everything, showed pictures and videos of the problems, fixed part of the issue, and scheduled an appt to fix the rest of it.I only gave 4 * because I wasn’t planning on needing to pay so much $$ to fix a new AC unit. Problem wasn’t his fault, but still annoyed at the surprise.Chase came a few days later to clean and sanitize the ducts and dryer vent. He was great. Also professional, courteous, wore his mask, showed me videos of before and after, walked through to look at all the vents to ensure no damage. And he cleaned up so well, I couldn’t even tell he’d done something so dusty!I’d definitely use them again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRICING!!!While on vacation out of state, our 23 year old air conditioning/heating unit in our home in Glendale, Arizona (near Phoenix) died.On the phone while still on vacation, Delta promised me an appointment with one of their representatives the day after we returned home, first thing in the morning.When we arrived home it was around 108 degrees outside.Inside it felt hotter, even with all the ceiling and stand fans going.Our thermostat simply read HIThe next morning, Deltas representative, Will, arrived as expected and I was surprised at the free quote he gave us in writing.It was for a Trane unit, installed and was lower than I expected.It was the lowest quote I received and for a known brand!Plus they were able to come to my home early the next day to install.We appreciated that Will did not waste our time or play games, but that he gave us his best quote right off the bat.The next morning, a Saturday with expected temperatures around 110 degrees, the installers arrived about 6:30 am.When they left that afternoon, they had improved our airflow and provided us with an excellent air conditioner that works really well and is quiet in the process.I appreciate that they provided us with a quality product at a low price and that they backed that with quick, quality service!I am recommending these guys to my daughter!!!

Update:Had a few bumps in the road at first with Delta but those things were resolved and I can proudly say Im a happy Customer today.Just recently I had a thermostat go bad, I contacted Delta and they were able to quickly resolve the matter and bring out a new thermostat.Overall my experience has been good with Delta, and their prices are great for a new system.
