The positives: * Always available, every time I dialed their number (didnt have to deal with frustrating automated services). * They were able to fit me in on the one day of the week that I was working from home. * Received timely notifications about who would be arriving and when. * Punctual and accountable, which is a rare find in Phoenix. They respected my time and schedule. * Zachary, the team leader, swiftly resolved an unfortunate call back issue to my contentment. He personally came over and we had a fruitful discussion about the problem and the necessary estimate. Outstanding service. * Leonard and Dale then came to execute the tasks. They were both delightful, competent, and straightforward. They didnt try to sell me on a repair that wasnt required or provide me services that werent needed. They explained the situation, the choices and allowed me to decide. As Leonard put it - Im paraphrasing - i wouldnt want anyone to treat my family in a dishonest way. we dont treat our customers that way. The negatives: * Price is subjective - so everyone can judge for themselves. We ended up replacing a faucet on our own based on their price quote, but in my opinion, the other services they provided were reasonably priced. * There was a minor issue with needing a callback visit. Possibly due to my own impatience, the call was not handled to my liking. However, it was resolved the next day by Zachary. In conclusion, my experience with this plumbing company was truly positive and Ill definitely use their services in the future based on their stellar customer service alone.

Leonard is incredible. i had a leaking sink faucet that needed replacement. leonard wouldnt repair it, not because he lacked the skill or knowledge, but due to safety concerns, which i appreciated. there was some mold growth, and leonard recommended a product from the hardware store to take care of it. he wasnt keen on installing a faucet that didnt come from a trusted manufacturer, but he didnt push for the priciest one, instead, he suggested one of good quality. you can definitely trust leonard to do a job properly if he commits to it. even when he couldnt take up the task, i can vouch for his dedication as he took the time to assist me over the phone.
